Great value and beautiful local surroundings

The place is in a very authentic neighborhood. When you step out of the house you can see the children from the kindergarten playing, geese walking around and beautiful trees. Amazing local atmosphere. The room is comfortable and super clean. We work online and the Wi-Fi was great.

The gate of the property is locked during night which is great, but we didn't know that and almost missed the sunrise at Angkor Wat becouse our bike was inside and we couldn't go out.

I’m well accommodated. Will come again. Highly recommended

I love how convenient and comfortable the room is. The staff/owner are friendly, and I mean it. We talked like we knew each others. I get it now why it’s called homestay. It feels like home.

They don’t sell water or snack or anything. You could just have a little walk to from those local stores, though. Only a hundred meters from there.

We had a fantastic stay and we were very well looked after. A very clean and hospitable property :)

The property is located about 10 mins tuktuk away from the centre of Siem Reap, it’s very quiet and there’s a very lovely school yard outside - for us after staying in the centre it was really nice to be somewhere a little more remote.

nice and welcoming

great family who let us stay with them, needed to stay an extra night and was no problem. we had to get up early to see Angkor wat sunrise and the owner had already got up and opened the gate for us.

was a bit far from the centre so we had to get quite a few tuk tuks but they weren’t very expensive so this was not a massive problem

the room was clean and cozy. the host family is helpful and friendly. they also accommodated my early check up. it’s safe at night as they lock the main gate; we left 2 bikes in the yard without any problem. they’re also happy to unlock the gate early in the morning we left for the sunrise at Angkor Wat - just give them a notice the day before. i love their multi purpose terrace.

Superb

The accommodations are excellent for the price. The staff goes out of they way to meet your needs. Like staying with family. This is more like a home stay than a guest house. An excellent look into local culture. If you are looking for a nice quiet place surrounded with local culture and treated like family then this is the place for you.

good place with good heart

I felt like a guest in mr.chamreun's home. He is so much supportive and guided me on how to visit the places which i expected. Any time mr.chamreun is helpful and attentive . He helped me to book a bike to go around the places which i planned to visit. This leaded me to a tremendous amount of cost reduction. I owe a lot to mr.chamreun. The room is clean and bed is big and furniture also good and clean. NEAT and tidy restroom. This place is cheap and also we can have all the facilities we need with great and humble heart of mr.chamreun.

The room is suitable for bachelor's and couples . we need to take another room for people with children

Nice and kind owner

The owner is very funny, interested and kind. The surroundings of the hotel was very local and animal friendly. The room had many furniture to hang our clothes and everything. Pubstreet is around 15 minutes away by tuktuk.

We did not like that there was no hot water in the room, as the owner always takes cold showers. The shower was just on top of the toilet, so the toilet would be completely wet if you take a shower. The floor is super slippery when you take a shower, so we had to use our flipflops to not fall. Next to that, there were many mosquitos, eventhough the owner did everything to remove them. Also, it is a bit hard to find for tuktuk drivers, in the 4 days, our tuktuk driver got lost twice in the evening.

I don't like anything here, super dirty room, the room has a musty smell, mosquitoes, towels have a bad smell, ... the bathroom is very dirty, there is no hot water... far away from the center

very spacious and comfortable room. the bed had wonderful sheets and we slept very well. we also enjoyed the couch and coffee table provided. our host was very kind and attentive!

Extreme friendly hosts, great non-touristy location

I had a great time in the place of Chamroeum and his wife. Their small family were so friendly and welcoming so I could feel there like at home. The host and his wife were very helpful in every situation and gave me lot of advices about how to organize my time. I liked the place and hosts so much that I decided to stay 2 weeks longer. The room was very basic but had everything what I needed. The location was a little more outside of the center (which I preferred). It was in a small village only with the locals which gave me the opportunity to get to know better the Cambodian culture and traditions. Also totally safe place (even at evening). Market is on the corner. Angkor Wat Temples (and also other places) are easy to reach by tuk tuk. I had there very special time and can absolutely recommend Sihariddh Angkor Villa.

Friendly hosts! Nice location!

I had a wonderful stay in the Sihariddh Angkor Villa. The Host were extremely friendly and helpful in every situation. I felt there like home and stayed much longer than planed. My room was basic but with everything you need. The location is great, outside of the city and not touristic. All places worth to visit are easy to reach by tuk tuk.

Fantastic spot out of the way of the noise in the city. Perfect for late bus arrival and Angkor Wat

Although we arrived very late, the host was super friendly and helpful settling us in. The place itself was perfect and out of the city. Lovely people here and very nicely furnished rooms in a great spot.

Road was a little tricky to walk at night after some rain, not a criticism of the host at all, just advice to future travellers to get a tuk tuk if it rains, drivers will drop you at the door.

I loved everything! It was clean, it smelled good, the owner was really sweet! It’s further from the center but really easy to go w a scooter. The must are the air con and the tea.
