Exceptional

Fabulous apartment. It has WiFi, aircon, fans, washing machine, dishwasher and nets on windows. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and excellent location looking onto the beach. 10 mins walk to strip. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable trip, made memorable by staying in a lovely apartment.

I loved the sea view, looking straight out from the balcony. it is very handy that there is direct access to the beach and the coastal walkway. You are very close to shops and restaurants and the apartment has free parking. Carin was very helpful and kind to us, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. She has a very good knowledge of the area which she shared with us.

Winter break in Campoamor

Beautiful views to the Med from bedroom and lounge. Beach access (but a lot of steps.) Private underground car park excellent. Friendly owner always in touch for any help needed even though she was away in Belgium Owner arranged brilliant transfer service from Alicante Airport the taxi driver extremely reliable. Highly recommended.

Fabulous in summer but loss of sunshine in winter on terrace from 11am making it colder than expected. A lot of steps and uphill walking. So only for fit people really.. Mats needed on tiled floors in lounge bedroom and bathroom in winter. Housekeeper did not provide basic information regarding important things and we had to chase him up for bathmats...he provided only one!. Ensuite toilet flush not working properly so needs attention.

An amazing stay here, the apartment and views are out of this world. Photo's don't do it justice. So much going on on the beach below. We had a fun packed holiday. We were met with a lovely warm welcome, thank you so much Carine and Michel.

Can't fault anything with our stay.

10/10 Couldn’t recommend it more, so good for families for the location and all the equipment in the house

My family and I stayed here for a month in jun/July, the apartment is absolutely ideal for families. So close to 2 beaches, big supermarket, pharmacy, bakery- loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Wifi perfect, tv is just Spanish but we didn’t mind that and there is an internet thing to connect something up but I’m not really into tv so didn’t bother getting it but the option is there if you need it. The views are breathtaking- the photos don’t do it any justice, views out the master bedroom and sitting room. Plenty of space for 6 people, lovely reclining sofa. Aircon is really good, not in one bedroom but again we didn’t mind that. Carine was an excellent host- bought a new cot for the house because we were staying so long, really nice touch to be so accommodating. Really good communication and flexibility. The pool is so nice after a day at the beach, there are no sun loungers to lie around but we went to the beach every day anyway. There are parasols dotted around for shade and it’s spotlessly clean and quiet. Underground car park with a dedicated space if you have a car but the location is so good that you don’t need a car. The only thing that could improve would be the oven, it’s the non fan type but it wouldn’t put me off booking again. I love to cook but I’m sure most people don’t cook a lot on holidays, and there is microwave, toaster, grill, hob, juicer, kettle, coffee machine etc so plenty of options for other ways of cooking. The washing machine was really handy to have and clothes horse on the balcony. Also has a decent hair dryer, iron and good showers. Beds are comfortable, plenty bedding and towels. Loads of storage space in bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook and recommend to anyone!

The oven- it works fine it just doesn’t have a fan so takes ages, really a very minor thing considering how good everything else was. Still gets 10/10

Great location, accommodation and amenities for the family. We would be happy to stay there again.

Secure underground parking for car, very clean accommodation with great sea view and amenities.

The collection and handover of keys was efficient. My only recommendation is to include in the booking, details relating to the small cost of 20 Euro for this service (depending on arrival time) and deposit of 300 Euro (although I was not required to pay this at the time). Overall, we were very happy!!
