This adorable farm house is spacious, has everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook meals, all of the beds and pillows were very comfy, and the location could not be beat - just a couple of minutes from the main road without all of the traffic. Dorin made checking in and out a breeze and was quick to respond to my texts. The outside fire pit was the perfect end to the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay. The host was pleasant and quick to respond to questions, etc. The location was convenient and a short drive to everything in DC. Grandparents stayed on the main floor, 2 adult kids/spouses upstairs, and all the grandkids/cousins together in the bunk room upstairs as well - worked great. The yard was nicely shaded and the fire pit was great. The dining and kitchen area were also nice and open - especially important for our group size. There were a few quirks, such as a bathroom door that was very difficult/loud to close (especially at night with sleeping kids not to wake), a bathroom fan that didn’t clear the steam, not nearly enough surfaces in the bathrooms to put any personal items (upstairs), not enough towel hooks, the grill was quite dirty, and the washing machine controls were inconsistent to start. There were also quite a few bugs inside, which I noted to the host after our stay and was assured the property was sprayed the following week. I would probably stay here again because of the location, but not without seeing what my other options were first.

7 of us had a wonderful time. Easy walk to Sidter Bay beach but far enough away from all the traffic. Place was perfect and plenty of room. Host was helpful and quick to respond.

Great house. Ten minute walk from downtown, but you would never know it because it feels like you’re out in the country. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Pretty wood floors. Great washer and dryer. This house is great for a big group. We enjoyed the backyard picnic benches and fire pit. Host is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We will be back!

This house is big and spacious……larger than the photos in the listing ! Loads of parking, well maintained, tons of hot water, big tv, fast internet and well furnished. Only 10 minutes from town and a very quiet location. Host was fast, friendly, caring and efficient. Highly Recommend Property and Location.

There was 8 of us staying for NYE weekend. The house is at a great location being in Sister Bay and just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown area. I bet it’s even better in the summer when the weather is warm. Any questions we had about our stay, were answered quickly. A cute house in a great area! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Large farmhouse, updated kitchen, great common space. Only suggestion is add a cabinet in the main bathroom to set toiletries on and towel bars to dry bath towels. Warm and cozy home. Owner response was spot on. Only blocks from famous Sister Bowl!

This property was the perfect getaway place for what we needed. Three moms each to their own bedroom and three teen girls shared the bunk room but each had their own bed. There was plenty of space to sit around playing games, watching movies and eating pizza. The house is in a quiet location yet close to town. Beds were super comfy. We loved our time together and this “home away from home” was perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay in Sister Bay. The house is in a great location, was very clean, and comfy beds. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Room are large and lots of space, as well as a fire pit to relax around in the evening.

The house was very comfortable for 8 adults. We loved the location as close to downtown but out of the way and quiet too. Highly recommend this property for your next stay. Door County overall did not disappoint as there was beauty everywhere you looked and everyone we met were kind and welcoming. We were sad to leave and hope to return next year.

The house was old, beautifully redone, and full of character. The beds were comfy (if low!) and everything was clean. Although there was no propane and the grill was gross, we were able to cook our steaks over the fire pit so no problem. Really enjoyed that fire pit once we found wood to burn! Sister Bay is beautiful and very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

We rented the house for my family while attending a runion in Sister Bary. Its a very comfortable, clean, quiet and and well maintained rental property. 15 min walk to the center of Sister Bay. Host was outstanding. Very responsive. Checked in to make sure everything was fine. Can strongly recommended.

Really enjoyed our trip. Enough room for our extended family to stay together. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed and games. Big flat yard good for games. Loved the fire pit. Close drive to everything. Could have walked if we didn’t have little ones with us. The carpet is old and a bit stained but I think that’s to be expected in a lake town. It can get warm upstairs at night but fans are provided! Owner checked in on us and was very friendly and easy to get ahold of!

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It has charming character and was very easy to feel at home in! The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The location couldn’t be better - you can drive to right into Sister Bay in just a couple minutes or take a ten-minute walk if you have more time. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My wife, daughter, son, their friends, my parents and my wife’s parents all came up for the week. we all needed RnR. We beached it went to Washington island to visit college friends, ate way too much, and hung out at the house a lot. We finished off the week w the door county triathlon! Very spacious, plenty of room for 10 of us and very clean! Dorin was extremely responsive. We’ve already booked our return trip for 2023!!

House worked well for our group. Grandparents has the main floor bedroom with a queen and the kids and us stayed up stairs with the other 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 13 minute walk to town (no traffic if you go 1 road over). So close to Sister Bay and all kinds of other adventures. Great location to stay and clean property. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Excellent communication from owner before and during our stay.

Lovely house; nicely decorated - very close to town - spacious. We stayed in the house most of the weekend (it was cold) and found the kitchen could use a better supply of cooking tools/utensils. Otherwise great!

Located just off the downtown area of Sister Bay. Close to dining, shops, and rental stores for skis. Owner checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. Heat and hot water worked really well, didn’t have to wait to warm up. Wonderful stay.
