About this apartment rental

Only 250 yards from the beautiful Village at Northstar and Ski Run. Catch the free shuttle or just walk to the village and enjoy all that Northstar has to offer. No need to drive once you get here!

The kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of gourmet meals for family dinners. Additional storage, High Speed Internet, and Digital CableTV.

One bedroom, one bathroom with a large open living room. Hardwood floors in bedroom and living room. This condo is ski in/ski out when snow conditions permit, quiet, and only a short walk to the village shops and restaurants. Free parking. Or use complimentary shuttle bus. The kitchen features bar, fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Kitchen is well equipped with toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable seating for 3 at the counter or put the sides up on the table to seat 2. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen foam mattress. In addition, the living room sofa easily converts to a comfortable full-size sleeper.

Your stay will also give you access to the Recreation Center ($3.00 per person per day) which has a complete health club, an outdoor heated lap pool open year-round, three large hot tub spas, kiddie pool in the summer, tennis courts, and game room. There is a ski locker close to the unit for storage of your skis/poles and snowboards, and a free laundry room a few steps away.

Wonderful, clean condo in a great location. The property owner/manager was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I acciedntally left a personal item in the condo and the owner was so helpful in locating the item and shipping it back to me. I will glady stay at this property again.

We had a great time staying here and it was extremely close to being able to get right on the runs to ski. Easy access to snow and a quick walk to the village. The home was the perfect size for the 4 of us and allowed us to share some good quality time.

We had a great time here. The kitchen was stocked really well with pots, pans, and utensils. There were even some seasonings, olive oil, etc in the pantry, which was wonderful because we made Thanksgiving dinner there! Really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and proximity to the gondola and the Village. Would recommend!!

I enjoyed staying in this condo. It's perfect for one or two people, quiet, warm when it's cold and cool enough when it's warm, and perfectly situated for your summer hiking, MTB, and trail running adventures (I did all three!) The village is also really convenient re coffee and eats!

Wonderful ski in and out condo. The ski trail is a short walk. The condo is clean and well equipped. The owners left detailed instructions. Checking in and out was a breeze. The drying glove/ boot machine is needed for the kids wet soaked gloves. Occasionally we can hear the upstair footsteps, but is not a big problem since the condo is great in many other ways. The foam top in for the sofa bed was a really nice touch. We definitely would like to return to this place again.

Nice little condo with upgraded amenities. There was a storage for all of your stuff right next to the room. Best part is you walk up a block and you are on village run; you can ski/board straight to the gondola.

I try to rent directly from owners as I appreciate direct communication and the customer service tends to be better than rental agencies. I was not disappointed! Host was extremely responsive when we encountered some minor issues. What company will respond to you at 10pm on a Friday night? And thanks to modern technology, she was able to remotely help us out. Kudos!

I came for a short stay with my family and we chose this condo for the ski in and ski out experience. It was incredible! We could not believe how quickly we were on the short run to the lift and then up on the slopes! Most importantly, the condo was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and the owners were very good with communicating with us! We have stayed at many different rentals in Truckee and this is our favorite and we definitely intend to stay here again for our future trips!

The outside of the condo and the surrounding area was beautiful. This was my first time experiencing Tahoe in the summer and I was more than awe-struck by the surroundings and area of this condo. Inside the condo was absolutely cozy and welcoming

Very clean and accessible townhome right on the slopes! Fast wifi is nice for streaming and the kitchen is well equipped. Very cozy and quiet spot - made the trip very enjoyable! We didn't use the fold-out bed, but it is a full queen with a foam mattress topper to make it comfy.

Loved this place. 2min walk to the ski trails, and you can pretty much ski to your door coming back (if you can find the hidden trails leading back). Comfortable bed, very convenient to walk to the village. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is located about a 5 min walk just above the village. It's small, but highly functional. The kitchen is well equipped. The heating systems worked great. Ski in/out is off the Coyote Fork ski trail off of Main Street. You have to hike just a little bit, but from there it's an easy ski down to the Highland Gondola. Be aware that it is on the first floor and there is a condo above, so if there's noise from furniture, etc. upstairs you will hear it. That said, it's a great place. Tatiania was excellent - very responsive to any requests. We'd definitely come back.

Conveniently located very near the Northstar main lifts, this little one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. Four people might get cramped. Kitchen was well appointed with cooking gear, the appliances are new, and the stove is gas-powered, which is great. We really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to the village, which is also easy walking distance. Some things to be aware of: hot water runs out very fast and the bed is situated oddly in the room - you pretty much have to crawl over the bed to get to the other side. Other than that, great weekend getaway place.

The slopes and village were just a short walk down the hill. A few times we took the shuttle which was very easy and convenient. Comfortable beds and foam mattress for the sofa pull out, where our son slept. Nice view of the snow topped trees from the main room. Great time!

Nice condo, convenient to the North Star village. Memory foam mattress in the bedroom was warm and comfortable. Sofa bed was much better than we had expected. Sofa collapsed into a platform bed, not a spring fold out bed like most sofa beds. It would have been firm, but the condo provided a very comfortable, thick, memory foam topper which made the bed as comfortable as a regular mattress. We appreciated the hotel shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap that was provided and the bottle of wine as well. Especially appreciated the owner allowing us to check into our room a little early. Would stay again.

We stay in the Village and surrounding condos often. This condo was noticeably clean and all of the linens were fresh. Much more so than I have noticed in previous rentals. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the condo is updated enough to feel fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable, very responsive heating ensured a really cozy experience. Kitchen was fully stocked and functional. Loved the view of the pine trees out the window with gondola nearby. Stayed As a family of 3 and it was perfect for us. Very spacious in fact. Would stay again.
