5 nights at the Mystery Hotel

The facilities and staff were exceptional. Our room, including the bathroom, was very nice. Breakfast was outstanding with a wonderful number of inviting choices. If you are traveling by train, the hotel is well located, easily walkable. The exercise room was small but at least there was one. Many people enjoyed the Jacuzzi. We loved our 5 days at the Mystery Hotel.

The hotel was a longish walk from the river and other important parts of the city. The immediate area surrounding the hotel was nondescript.

Schöne, kreativ eingerichtete und geräumige Zimmer. Habe ein gutes Upgarde bekommen. Tolle Rooftop Bar.

Fantastisk stil på hotellet.

Flott beliggenhet, nydelig hotell med fine rom og gode senger. Fin takterasse med boblebad og solstoler.

Excellent breakfast with huge selection. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Convenient location within the ccity to reach major sights by foot or other mens of transportation.

Świetny hotel w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji.

Świetna lokalizacja, do najważniejszych punktów można było dotrzeć na nogach lub wybrać komunikację miejską, która była tuż pod nosem. Podobał nam się pokój i jego układ. Widać, że meble i wykonanie były na najwyższym poziomie. Na zdjęciach wydawało mi się, że pokój będzie malutki, a wcale taki nie był. Największym zaskoczeniem była łazienka, która mimo swojej wielkości była niezwykle funkcjonalna. Szyba prysznicowa była do sufitu, co sprawiało, że dźwięk był wytłumiony. Pokoje były bardzo czyste.

Woda w butelce była przyniesiona jednorazowo. Fajnie jakby ktoś uzupełniał tę szklaną butelkę. Druga, drobna rzecz to taka, że w toalecie przy futynie brakowało wąskiego kawałka płytki.

Lovely Hotel Spa

Loved the spa area, even if in the photos it looks a bit bigger than it is. There is jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, showers. They have very comfy thick bath robes and regular slippers. The room as really clean and modern.

The only thing is that in their welcome pack, it says they can give you free vitamin water beverages if you ask in reception. They didn't understand what I referred to and so they sent bottled water first and I asked to please send regular tap water.

Was expecting just a bit more for the price.

Very nice friendly atmosphere. Great decor, Spotlessly clean

Dark room. No outside view, only an internal atrium and a brick wall. Although it was very sunny and quite room we were not aloud to sit in the roof garden, closed.

Dream Hotel

Nice hotel for a Budapest trip - will come again in March 2024 for a sightseeing trip

Great hotel, unique style. Excellent breakfast and very friendly personnel. Quiet and convenient location.

All fine, unfortunately the rooftop are was closed due to the saeson... (the hotel is not to bamed for this ;-))

Sehr schönes Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmergröße war auch sehr gut. Die Dusche war sehr schön und richtig groß.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber man sollte auf jedenfall sich eine 3 Tagesfahrschein holen ansonsten muss man sehr viel laufen.

Einmal und nie wieder.

Außerhalb der Zimmer die Ausstattung

Bei diesem Fenster hatten wir den Eindruck, ein Raum im Gefängnis zu haben. Ziemlich hoch , klein, kaum zu öffnen und außerhalb der Fenster mit Gittern aus Beton versehen. Schrecklich und unverschämt, so etwas dem Hotelgast für diesen Preis anzubieten. Darüber war die Gastronomie keine 5-Sterne wert.

Mystery steht für einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in außergewöhnlichem Ambiente

Das Hotel ist von außergewöhnlicher Architektur und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage in der Nähe zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Hervorragender Service, tolles Frühstück in sehr interessantem Ambiente runden den Eindruck ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ajánlom a szállást azoknak, akik szeretik a kényelmet, a szép és igényes hoteleket és a reneszánszt.

A szoba kifogástalan volt. A forgalmas utca ellenére a jól szigetelő nyílászárók biztosították a pihentető alvást. A reggeli választéka pazar volt. A tisztaság maximális volt, a szoba felszereltsége tökéletes és a nagy, kényelmes ágy pedig pazar élményt nyújtott.

Nem volt semmi negatív tapasztalat.

Traumhafte und luxuriöse Unterkunft.

Eine stilvolle, luxuriöse und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Es gab nichts auszusetzen, außer das der Parkplatz ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss in einem bewachten Parkhaus war. Ansonsten hat alles gestimmt vom freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Personal, über das sehr gute Essen und bis zur Dachterasse mit der Bar und dem Blick über die Stadt. Eine Metrostation ist nur ein Paar Minuten entfernt.

Die fehlende Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel ist sicherlich ein Manko. Erwähnenswert die Tatsache, dass es beim Frühstück nur ein Kaffeevollautomat vorhanden war was manchmal zu Wartezeiten geführt hat.

The perfect bolt hole for our group to explore a beautiful city by day, return to for a relaxing recharge and retreat ba

The location was perfect for exploring with teenagers. From the moment we arrived the staff were courteous and super helpful. Our room was no longer available but they provided one which was perfectly adequate for myself and two girls, even gifted a bottle of bubbles as an apology(which I shared with adult friends who joined us this year, of course!) loved the chocolates and fruit on arrival. Actually, the whole experience was simply lovely!

If I had to choose something it would would be the high level window in our replacement room- it felt a little claustrophobic tbh and it’s nice to be able to see outside without tip toeing😃 but our aim was t to stay in our room and gaze out of a window so it was y something I’d make a formal complaint about.

Small palace in city center, some notes for spa facilities

Loved the theme and atmosphere in the hotel. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Located ideally in the city center.

The spa facilities were beautiful, but too small for the size of the hotel, so sometimes too crowded. Staff of the spa was hard to find. The hours for the jacuzzi outside were in the middle of the day, so not very comfortable in the summer, open until 18. Would prefer to get in the jacuzzi at night. Inside spa hours could be a bit wider from 8 or 9 until 22 or 23 instead of 10-21, but that’s just a minor point.

Good accommodations in a good location.

Quiet with friendly staff. Plush decor with lots and lots of drapery … everywhere!

A little strange and quirky…dare I say mysterious? Elevator has no floor buttons inside to push (make your selection before entering and don’t enter with someone who is going to another floor). Brick wall behind a glass wall in the room, with a small portion of astroturf on the floor. Couldn’t figure out that design element.

Beautiful hotel with relaxing day spa and helpful staff!

The day spa is really nice and the hotel is beautiful. Bar food was really good and staff is kind and helpful.

Only small complaint is that curtains had gaps that let early morning light in the room.
