Pick up keys only till 8 pm at completely different location.

Great, well equipped modern apartment, in a great location!

Perfect location! Within five minutes of walking distance there is everything anyone might need; a big mall with a cinema theater and very well equipped fitness center, grocery stores, liquor stores, flower shops and an impressive food market. Parking is not included with the reservation but I always had been able to find parking space within 50 yards from my apartment. Apartment is fully equipped for entirely independent living. Nights are super quiet, nothing disturbs your sleep.

The only thing that I would not have liked was short supply of closet space. I was there by myself so it didn't really affect me much, but if you happen to be in a company of more than two people you are living out of your suitcases.

We were very happy with the stay.

The location was excellent, the place was very clean and spacious for our family.

Nothing, really. The only issue for us was that the flat is located in a block with thin walls and since we were jetlagged, we went to sleep early but the flat was quite noisy. However, this is no one fault.

Good apartment, good value, small improvements to be done

The apartment is very nicely decorated, with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the views and location were nice. A lot of parking spaces available.

The heating was not ideal, during the month of November it gets cold outside and the heaters are very small for the rooms. A little bit dirty in some places like under the sofa or beds. There is also some mold in the shower.

Very good host very friendly - property was in excellent condition and cleaned well - near to shops

Family picked it up in advance - friendly staff dealt with it

a microwave was needed or a toaster - toaster especially for breakfast but this was minor compared to lovely condition of property

Disappointing

I rented this apartment for a night with a friend, the apartment was looking very good but everything was very dirty, the washing machine didn't worked and he said that it would be fixed but nothing happened at all as the hair dryier, cups and plates weren't clean at all and I can show proof, the saddest thing is that when i asked for a refound the host try to offer me money for a good feedback here on booking.

Absolutely amazing

We were arriving late, and we contacted the host whom was very friendly, who was more than helpful to let one of my family members to collect the keys. The host helped with any issues we had, and was so friendly. The apartment is even better in person. Smart TV, was a bonus. The apartment was clean and modern. The beds were so comfortable, and we enjoyed every little thing about it. The experience was good, the apartment was nice and warm, extra blankets and everything else you need just to feel at home. Which we sure did! The host is what tops everything up, words can’t describe how lovely he was even though it was just a call but he has no problems with any queries we had! I would recommend for sure. Good location, the mall is round the corner, bus stops round the corner and everything else. Brilliant stay!!
