Welcome to West Phoenix and your potential big house for your business or vacation. Do not hesitate to contact us for shorter or longer stays. This home has a huge Master-bedroom, a very spacious Family, a Gym, living rooms, and a large kitchen. This super-size, clean, safe home is ready for your vacation or business trip! This home has an incredible 4147 Sq. Ft. in West Phoenix, Camelback Ranch, 22 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport. Its outstanding location is near numerous dining & entertainment options.
The home is close to the Camelback Ranch baseball stadium, State Farm Stadium, the Westgate Entertainment District, and many other amenities.

It is ready to provide ample comfort for your family or business trip. It has seven bedrooms (five available for booking and two for owner’s storage), four full bathrooms, a den, a family room, and a gym room. Enjoy a beautiful living room, a full bath, a bedroom with a closet, and a gym room on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and ceiling fan.

The first floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom, a living room, a large kitchen, a gym, a huge family room, and a back patio with an RV gate.
The second floor has the Master-bedroom with its master bathroom (separate shower, tub, toilet room, and walking closet), three more available bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the den/loaf.

The huge kitchen includes many cabinets, an island, tons of counter space, and a pantry. The large family room on the first floor and the den/loaf on the second floor have smart TVs with streaming devices and sound systems.

The house was definitely a 5 star house. The beds were all large and extraordinarily comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with ample water, coffee, and everything that we needed except that neither of the ice makers worked in either of the two full size refrigerators. A major asset for the house was the hand held shower wands, and they are so valuable as I have a handicap and have to shower sitting down. The floors in the kitchen and dinning room area were exceptionally dirty. The bathrooms were dirty with visible hair in the tubs and all the bath mats were also obviously dirty. One of the commodes had not been cleaned. There was not enough hot water to accommodate when several of the group needed to shower at the same time. It would have been nice to have had tissues and trash cans in the bedrooms. Also, when we arrived there were not enough hand towels or wash cloths for all the bathrooms; however, to his credit, when we informed him, the owner responded quickly to supply them for us. We feel that cleanliness is the most important factor in determining the 3 rating. All the negative issues can be, in our opinion, easily corrected and be brought in line with the standards we have experienced in our previous stays at Vrbo properties. If you charge a 5 rating price we expect a 5 rating experience. It is really a very nice house. It is worth a try. Maybe our week was just an exception. We will look elsewhere next year, but we might try it again in the future.

We showed up late at night probably about 8:00pm. The front door was unlocked. The mechanism to the front door didn't work the entire visit. House was clean and the perfect size for our group. Location was "right" and all things were a "good fit"! Appreciate the water in the one fridge. We figured out to use the garage door opener to secure the house when we were gone. The one shower upstairs has a massive amount of long black hair on the wall. Not a major thing, but just a few areas that weren't entirely "clean". Most of our group didn't have any hair....so we could rule out our team! :) Overall, 4 out of 5 stars!!

The home was perfect and we had everything we needed for our Holiday with the family. I was so excited to notice there were two refrigerators, we were able to store our food and all our beverages perfectly. The communication was very effective and my family enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Eddie was very helpful in our needs when asked. We would rent this property again when we return to Phoenix again in the near furture. Plenty of room and a tv in each bedroom.

This is a big house.

This is a big house.

The first thing that strikes you upon entering this house is the shear size. The owner Eddie Aprile, greeted us with his wife. Very pleasant people. We were given the tour of the house. For anybody who enjoys electronics and elaborate sound systems, you will be very well served. With a stay of 75 days, we had an opportunity to acclimate to the area and discover that we were well privileged by the central location in relation to proximity to virtually all kinds of services and types of shopping. If there were any elements of slight disappointment, was the shortage of household and kitchen amenities. This was expressed to the owner, and he was quick to respond to our suggestions. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there. and on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it an 8. Marcel & Elizabeth , Montreal, Qc.
