Spacious Apt Near Airport

Plenty of room for 2 people. Room was clean, good wi-fi. 5 min walk to subway and close to FC Barca stadium/museum, and airport. And THE BEST STAFF. I left something valuable in the room after checking out and Nadia took the time to walk me back and let me look for it and I found it! Thank you so much Nadia. A lifesaver!!

Little noisy outside but not the hotels fault. The switch between shower heads was stuck or broken, couldn't get good pressure.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que al quedarnos en la habitación #1 estábamos muy cerca de la puerta de entrada y se escuchaba cada vez que alguien entraba y salía del hotel.

ottimo!

La struttura era completa di tutti i servizi necessari, piccola ma non eccessivamente. Il riscaldamento funziona, c’è un phone e anche un bollitore con delle bustine di thé. La posizione è ottima, non in centro così da stare in una zona più tranquilla ma attaccata alla metro che porta ovunque in 10 minuti.

Mancavano solo delle coperte in più così da non doversi coprire per forza con quelle del letto, ma dopo averle richieste sono venuti subito a portarcele. Gentilissimi!

Comfortable

Very clean, everything you need in a kitchen is available. Well decorated and even though the neighbourhood does not feel very safe the metro is 5 minutes walking distance therefore comfortable.

The hot water after someone takes a shower takes at least an hour to get hot again. The walls are very thin and you can hear from other guests and the street.

Comoda la posizione, a due passi dallo stadio e dalla metro per raggiungere i vari punti da visitare. Appartamento pulit

Posizione molto comoda con i collegamenti metro/pullman, appartamento moderno e ben curato.

Letti e cuscini troppo scomodi, sopratutto il letto dei bambini dove si sentiva un “ferro” a metà della schiena.

Nevhodné, pokud máte rádi čerstvý vzduch a výhled.

Okna byla dvě, velmi malá, úzká, na stropě nad postelí v patře. Větrání byl problém. Byli jsme 2 dospělí a dvě děti, ale na každém dvoulůžku bylo na přikrytí jen jedno "prostěradlo", deky nebyly žádné.

Superb

It was a very good room for a week's stay, with everything you could need. We all received two towels each, which they offered to exchange for new ones mid-stay. We appreciate the communication very much as we were notified in advance about coming to the room when we were not there. The room was completely clean and ready to live. It was very nice to have air conditioner.

You might want to think about buying things like oil or sugar as you need them for a week's stay and cooking and it's not possible to use up a large packet in a short time. But overall everything else was good.

It was ok.

9 min walk to metro station.

No face to face communication with any staff. It would help if someone met us and provided map or directions for sight seeing as it was our first time in Barcelona. People next door made lot of noise on our first night there. There was noone to complain to.

The interior is really good and beautiful, it was very clean and lovely. The bed was really comfortable!

The location was quite good. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. The room was quite clean and with a welcoming atmosphere. The window roller is one of the best facility.

The property didn't meet our expectation for three persons. It is for two persons. The problem is that on booking there are a lot of photos with your place but they are not specifying well that there are different apartments for the same price at Hotelito Botique Cinca. What I saw in photos was an apartment with two rooms. One that was the living room with a sofa that you can extend and sleep on it in the same place with the kitchen and some stairs that leads to another room above the living room(or it was just a space for another bed). So please be more specific with photos on booking(or other sites you are using) because when we arrived we was very confused of the apartment. We were 3 big guys that had to stay in the same room that was ideal for two persons. Or at least we wanted to know the actual apartment from start, not to be different from booking photos as it was. Beside that, everything did meet our expectations.

The location was pretty quiet at night. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was completely functional.

The beds could have been more comfortable. The pillows were too soft, and the bed frame was quite harsh.

The apartments are very clean and near to where I needed to be , in my budget , so for me this was great. The staff were very friendly and helped me extend my stay .

Natural light and parking could have been better but in an urban area this is near impossible.

Decent place, few improvements needed

Had most of the essentials and access to the metro was pretty good. The area was quiet too. Spacious for a studio style apartment and the bed was comfortable. The black out curtains and shutters were brilliant at blocking out the light helping to ensure a good night's sleep. Communication before and during the stay was good.

The air-con smelt of damp when it was on and began to make my partner ill so we had to only use it for short bursts and keep it mostly off, which could be due to the filter not being changed. There is also only one plug in the kitchen which meant that we had to move the microwave across the kitchen each time we wanted to use it. Whilst cooking, this was very difficult. We had our sheets and towels changed once during our stay as we requested, but we noticed there were marks on the sheets and we did not get tea towels replaced and so we had to contact the staff in order to get these. Once we got these though there was not a problem.

Exceptional

Our family loved this place. The location was just right. There were restaurants, grocery stores, and the metro was a 5-10 minute walk from the property. To the untrained eye, the area seemed sketchy; however, our family of 4 women safely walked around past midnight (I know, gasp! ;) ) and felt safe. The property itself was found on a very small, private looking street that had family apartments (evidenced by the kids running around in the morning). We stayed on the first floor and it was deep enough into the complex that we didn't worry about someone breaking in. We very much appreciated that the room had enough toiletries and cleaning supplies for the duration of our stay, so we didn't have to go shopping on arrival. The loft was big enough as was the downstairs for us to fit comfortably and the land lady was the SWEETEST. We didn't have cash on arrival and we'd had a horrible experience with the European "Venmo" in Italy so she trusted us to leave an envelope with the Tourist Tax when we left (which we did). We were very thankful for that. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for economy stays in the area, it worked very well for our family.

Nothing really. Was it the Ritz? No, of course not... It was a budget-friendly apartment that was clean, comfortable, convenient, and safe. Which really, is all we needed since we were outside exploring most of the time :)

Terrible stay

The room and bathroom were clean, the kitchenette is well equipped.

1) The neighborhood was not the nicest, a bit scary. 2) The mattress on my bed was 5 cm thick, I could feel the metal of the bed springs poking my back all night long, so had a terrible sleep. 3) The rooms in the property are jammed together, separated by a tiny dark hallway. Guests in the adjacent room were noisy and we could hear everything. 4) the front door slams hard every time a guest arrives or leaves, not the best sound to hear in the middle of the night. 5) For those who arrive by car, there is not street parking in a 2km radius (the property is in a tiny alleyway). We found a large parking lot 10 min away and were told not to leave anything in the car as break-ins in the area are common!

The shower cannot be locked in height. And there is no place to store luggage after check out. The spare folding bed for the 3rd person is not very strong.

The apartment is bright and clean in a quiet and convenient area. It takes 5 min to bus/ metro station to the center or the airport. We didn't meet the host but they gave us all needed information to check in and check out.

a little bit of inconvenience is the lift. It was a quite nerrow so we have a bit of hard to bring the luggages up to the room
