Petros and Sofia and even their kids really know what hospitality is and they should teach it to most of the other accommodation owners!
The structure is a family house with several studios and it's located 5 minutes driving from Zakynthos city centre.
The studio was large, super clean and comfortable.
When we arrived, Sofia greeted us from the porch and introduced herself and her kids who were really friendly and even prepared us a nice greek coffee. We sat for a bit chit chatting with them and Petros came from the airport as he usually picks up/drops off people with no transportation yet. He gave us some advice where to go/trips to do considering wind direction and distance and he is a very funny and friendly guy. You can see the love of a nice family. It really felt like being at home.
In the morning when we woke up, we always found Petro and Sofia saying good morning and offering a nice coffee before we left for our exploring day. And when we came back they asked us how our day was. They have been very helpful and friendly and for sure they are among our unforgettable memories of Zakynthos. We will come back and I really recommend choosing them.

This is a big family, they live happily in Zakynthos. The family is very enthusiastic, Andros and his lover Sophia, there are 4 princesses and a prince. I remember them. The room was very neat and clean and Andros gave me many travel tips! Thank you and I will come again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. Petros and his family were generously kind and supportive. They made my trip to Zakynthos truly special :) I would highly recommend Petros Giatras to anyone traveling to the island! đ

The warmth of Petros and Sofia. They made me feel so comfortable and they were very helpful when asking about advice to travel round the island. He even offered to drive me when I needed to town or the airport. I highly recommend staying here, even if it's not that close to town and you would need to rent a car to move around the island. Petros and his wonderful family are worth it

the fact that they put soo much effort into this place and really care about their guests and their stay, it really shows in the property.
such an adorable accommodating family, Petros and Sophia (sorry if I spelt incorrectly) and their 4 well mannered children.
As a solo traveler it was really nice to stay with them, they will treat you like part of the family.
they were always at hand and helped with whatever I needed even helped me to get a scooter and picked me up and dropped me to the airport as I missed my ferry there and got a plane.
the rooms themselves are nice cute little balcony on some where you can watch the sunrise/set.
would come back just to stay with them.

Petros and Zofia felt like staying at your uncles home, those uncles that you adore. What a lovely couple, and the 4 kids are so welcoming and very well-mannered.
The room was more than enough for me, with everything needed and a beautiful balcony with views, I was able to sleep with windows opened and looking at the full moon. If you live in a big city you know how special this is.
I cant thank enough for all the hospitality, the tips about the island, the cultural immersion and the Petros rides to the town and even to the port when I left.
Will come back for sure, hopefully with the rest of my family.
There was a loud noise on an early Sunday morning (7 am) since a tree was being cut. I had to wake up early anyways, but a notice in advance would have been appreciated since I slept with windows open. Anyways, I cant lower the score, because its been amazing.

The bedroom we got was superbly clean and very well equipped. The location of the house is very central, short rides by car to many of the main spots in Zakynthos. And if that wasn't enough, family Giatras are incredible people, super friendly and always trying to improve our stay. Saying thank you is just not enough, I'm so glad I've had the opportunity to meet such nice people.

Gorgeous! The best landlord that he will drive you from the airport even though your flight had been delayed. And if you have any problem about your journey in the Island , his family and him are all friendly and they will help you, drive you to the city town and give you a lot of informations.
And the room is well equipped , with the air conditioner, we slept well.

We had a fantastic stay there. The room is super clean and comfortable. The owner, his wife and four kids are very friendly. They are very nice family. They are happy in introducing their town, history and their family. We chatted every evening and shared fruits. We are warm welcome to come back to visit again. We will definitely book their place again. Highly recommended!

where to start from for this Amazing place?? if you are looking for a authentic zakynthian hospitality,this is definitely your place!Petros, his wife Sofia, 3 gorgeous daughters(P+K+F=đ)and his adorable son (D đ) made our stay homely and extremely welcomed.we also made 2 days of remote working there and the wife worked decently.the rooms were clean and sheets and towels were changed often! any need we had they would help us fulfil it! they helped us also rent a motorcycle and Petros also gave a drive from/to the airport! they even had a bbq and invited us and the rest of the tenants! what an amazing place and such a hospitable family! location is great as is 5min on moto from city center of Zante and 3min from tsilivi beach. great location if you are looking to relax and have a good time!

The hosts are very friendly, caring, and open people, and there wasn't any problem with contacting them. The apartment was very clean, Mrs. Sophia even changed the sheets and towels every two days. You can take a taxi from the city to get there or take a walk as we did and enjoy the views. Totally recommend!

We had a perfect stay at the premises! The family is adorable, the place is unbelievable clean and they helped us in every way possible to have a great time in Greece (e.g. super delicious restaurants, figuring out where to get a covid testâŚ)
As some rooms have a little desk and the wifi connection is stable, we are even thinking about working from there in off season :)

Everything is Petros Giatras was perfect. The reception, the room, the place and the best of all was the host. Beautiful family, They were always available for anything we could have ask for. Very welcoming and hospitable Greek Family that treat you like one of their own. Their kids are so adorable and well behaved. Petros and Sophia went above and beyond of what we expected as guests in making sure we had a excellent and well rested stay as well as guiding us with all the local information we needed to know to make the most of our holiday.
Very comfortable and relaxing stay if you want to get away from it all up in the remote hills, quiet nights, amazing countryside view from the balcony overlooking the mountains and sea as well as having the Roosters wake you up in the morning when itâs time for you to get up and go to the beach within hiking distance if you donât mind walking a few kilometres.
Our stay was amazing and very family friendly, quiet, restful and comfortable making our stay feel like home.
