Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cabin with plenty of room. Not too far from beach. Great beach location. A little farther from big store but peaceful and wide beach scene. Owners checked in on us to ensure our stay was comfortable. Made great memories with family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decided to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday with my sisters their families, my Dad and my family somewhere other than our home. Out of the Blue proved to be the perfect location! Plenty of room/bedrooms for everyone to lay their heads at night. We chose Out of the Blue because of the 3 full bathrooms because of the number of people we had staying at the house. This was also a great choice! No one was waiting to shower or use the restroom during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed-we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, with the help of Honey Baked Ham ;) The covered porch proved to be a hit with everyone- the weather did not cooperate (was raining most of the time we were there) but we had enough room to to play corn hole and enjoy our time. We did bring a folding table to seat the kids for Thanksgiving dinner in the living room but other than that the property was super clean, well maintained and well appointed, we never felt as if we were on top of each other-plenty of room for the kids to hang out upstairs -adults downstairs. Plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy watching World Cup Soccer together in the downstairs living room as well. Also, the kitchen is bigger than appears in the pictures-pleasant surprise. The beach is a short walk from the house- a plus when the weather did break for us. Lastly Cobb Real Estate was GREAT! Very responsive when booking, professional when checking in and responsive when we were at the house- the power went out for the whole subdivision-result of the rain- for a couple of hours. Cobb was easy to get a hold of, helped us determine that the power was out for the entire subdivision and was there to help in case we needed it. All in all a GREAT experience. I'd rent from Cobb again without hesitation and would stay in this same subdivision/home again without hesitation. And have recommended that my friends do the same. Very impressed!

Pros: Nice, clean well maintained home exactly as pictured. The house also had many spices and cleaning items that had been left by previous renters that was really nice to have and grateful the management left them. Games and toys were available also a nice touch. Cons: Construction is being done immediately in front of and next door to the property. Extremely loud, saws, nail guns, huge trucks. There was no relaxing on the porch for a beach vacation which was a huge negative. Also emptying portapotties which as you can imagine quite a smell and noise. The construction ruined the house for us. During construction, a deep discount would be appropriate as the house is not usable to its full potential. Also, the house is further from the beach walkover than appears in photos. I would recommend any one staying rent a golf cart if planning to use the beach. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The AC did not work properly, the home was set to 70 and it was 76-79 in the home. Property management was aware. Also there is no access to the master closet due to being locked as an owners closet. A clothing rack or somewhere to hang should be put in the primary bedroom. There is also a huge lack of towel hooks/bars for a house this size. Overall, the home is nice and in a nice community but I would not recommend the house for probably another year until the construction immediately next to the property is finished. But should be noted that there is a substantial amount of construction throughout the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us and sitting on the front porch in the evening was so nice we did it every night after dinner. The house was well stocked with the necessities, the check in took only a few minutes and check out was a key drop off. Everything went great without any issues. None of us wanted to leave! That says it all.
