Séjour agréable à la Tropézienne. Découverte de Sanary

Accueil physique par la sympathique Erika Appart joliment décoré (tableaux, bibelots, lampes ...) Spacieux (pour 5/6 pers). Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 enfants et un bb Le duplex donne du charme Grande terrasse (assurez vous que la toile d'ombrage soit installée) avec plancha (pas utilisée) Cuisine équipée Climatisation (pas utilisée) Idéal famille Lit bb à disposition (nous avions oublié le nôtre) Emplacement idéal dans Sanary (à proximité de tout et dans rues piétonnes) Carte de parking public (sinon difficile de se garer) Grandes chambres pour mise en place lit bb Grande salle de bain On s'y sent bien Astuce : pensez à décharger vos bagages devant le parking Arnaldi et garez y votre voiture (1h gratuite). Le parking est à 100m de l'appartement. Vous aurez le temps de porter tous vos bagages et faire l'état des lieux avec Erika. Elle vous remettra alors la carte du parking de l'esplanade ou vous pourrez vous garer ensuite. Ce parking est à 300m donc moins pratique avec les bagages. Le parking de l'esplanade est accessible avec un coffre de toit. Nous avons passé 3 nuits au duplex pendant le pont de l'ascension. Nous le recommandons vivement aux familles "nombreuses".

Nous restons sur une note très positive et avons passé un excellent week-end de l'ascension. Nous souhaitons signaler les points ci-dessous qui nous paraissent être des critiques constructives :: WC trop haut difficilement utilisable : un petit réhausseur de jambes ferait l'affaire. Pensez à installer la toile d'ombrage dès les beaux jours. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la grande terrasse ensoleillée. Manque de produits de base (sopalin, sel, poivre, huile, PQ insuffisant, tapis de bain et cuisine, papier film/alu) ou vérifiez le réassort lors du changement d'hôtes. Draps et serviettes en supplément. C'est dommage. Le manque d'eau chaude (a priori 1 seule chauffe la nuit). A l'attention des hôtes : Pensez à mettre le chauffe eau sur marche forcée ( tableau électrique derrière le miroir de l'entrée) Attention aux joints de la douche Pensez aux menus travaux (peinture, fissures...) avant que ça ne se dégrade trop et qui pourraient casser le charme 😉 L'accès par les escaliers raides et étroit (ça ne nous a pas gêné mais ce point mérite d'être souligné pour certaines personnes) Idem les chambres en enfilade et l'unique sdb dans une des chambres. Ce point mérite d'être souligné. Cela nous aurait gené entre amis. Dans tous les cas je recommande votre appartement très agréable et j'espère que vous tiendrez compte de nos remarques pour encore améliorer le confort de vos prochains hôtes.

Very nice condo in the center of Sanary. Climatisation system works very well.

Very nice hosts that provided a baby bed and made sure the internet was working. Very nice air conditioning units. Terrace was very nice and living room and kitchen. Location is fantastic!

Only 1 bathroom. Apartment is on 2nd and third floor. Stairs are difficult for small children and infants. In mid summer need to have apartment cooler for arrival.

Excellent 3 bedroom apartment right in the centre of the old town.

Be warned. As with most French properties there is no key safe. You will need to arrange a time to meet on arrival and departure and also hand over 800 Euros cash on arrival. Every other country we stay in has some sort of key safe and a way of paying any deposit in advance.
