We stayed during the off season so we were unable to use the pool or spa but I would imagine they are wonderful when in operation. The sunsets were great and the outside decks are perfect to sit and watch the open bay. Lastly the house is much bigger than the pictures on the Web site. We would definitely recommend this house!!

Property was fully stocked, and very easy for a seamless rental. House is beautiful. Would love to be there in summer! Town of East Hampton is awesome shopping and restaurants.
Property manager gave thorough instructions on home. Had a little issue with operation of heat, but manager eventually was able to resolve.

Perfect place for a family trip
The House was the perfect place to enjoy a trip with four generations of family members. It has a magnificent view overlooking the bay. It is beautifully laid out and was extremely spacious for our family of 8. The Owner is very responsive and helpful and provides a wealth of useful information about both the house and the area. The location is also excellent— within walking distance of a private beach and a playground and just a short drive to East Hampton and Amagansett. We hope we can return and enthusiastically give it five stars.

GREAT HOUSE!!
So, we came for Spring Break as a family and I must say this house did not disappoint!! The house itself is in a lovely neighborhood, quiet and pretty. The house itself is fantastic, very big, in great condition, laid out well and architecturally stunning. It was very clean upon arrival and exactly as described. Views of the water from the enormous master suite and the entire top floor. Kitchen is just perfect fir any level of cook. The theater and pool table floor are perfect for getting together and hanging out with family to have fun together. But the top floor which houses the kitchen/LR/DR are just also perfect for hanging out with friends and family to hang out as well, and watching the sunset from there is just amazing! Really I have no complaints and can only say good things about my stay. The owner was attentive if I had any questions and responded very quickly. An amazing vacation, I can’t wait to go back!!!!

A Gem of a home!
After searching far and wide for the perfect location to host our intimate fall wedding in 2020, we discovered this beautiful gem of a home right on the bay in East Hampton! The pictures/video on the web are very accurate - lucky for us because we pretty much planned the entire wedding based on those images! This home is so unique - the facade is deceivingly small, but when you walk in there is this gorgeous vaulted ceiling with large windows that lets in the natural light - so pretty! It was large enough to accommodate our whole family very comfortably. There is a beautiful, open kitchen, dining and living upstairs and comfy bedrooms downstairs - everything was immaculate! The infinity pool with steps leading down to the beautifully manicured lawn, along with the view of the Marina was the perfect backdrop for the outdoor wedding we planned. We lucked out with a sunny October day that ended with a magical sunset. Tom and everyone at Stay Marquis were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Thank you for helping make our special day so perfect!

Modern House, Wonderful Host
We had a lovely stay at Sunset on Gardiner's Bay. The owners were beyond gracious and extremely hospitable. They were very communicative and checked in a handful of times to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is modern and very updated, it has everything you could ever need. I loved the open floor plan of the family room, dining room and kitchen. It is ideal for cooking and lounging but everyone also being together. And then you have the privacy of the bedrooms as well. The master bedrooms is massive. Downstairs includes a bunk room and a movie room. We used all of it! The view of the marina was lovely, and the house provides access to a small private beach which is a short walk away and was fantastic. I would recommend this house to anyone. The owners especially made it all very welcoming.

Booking this was the BEST decision
Stay here!! I booked this house with my husband for a weekend with our two families and it was absolutely perfect. We held a private wedding ceremony with our parents and siblings in the backyard after cancelling our big wedding due to covid - the backdrop was gorgeous and we have No Regrets. The house is clean and stunning with every amenity. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a 5 min walk to the neighborhood beach. Tom is communicative and sent us kid-friendly recommendations when he learned we had a toddler with us. Cannot recommend this house enough and cannot wait to rebook for an anniversary.

A really special house and location in the Hamptons.
My wife and I spent a few days here in this beautifully designed and well maintained house. The house was even nicer than the pictures. It was very clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We contacted the owner Tom with a few questions and he was very friendly and helpful. Each night we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. I enjoyed exploring the area on my bike. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Sunset on Gardiner's Bay
The property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. The large kitchen and main living room are a perfect place to host everyone enjoying the six bedrooms. There is more than enough space to hang together in that room and on the fabulous porch which surrounds that room. Every night it seems that view of the sunset and the bay gets better and better. We were there at towards the end of September and it was in the low 60\'s every night. Very pleasant but a little too cool for us to enjoy the huge, great pool at the house. It truly is the biggest cleanest pool I have ever seen at a house. I was not sure if the pool temperature could have been adjusted but I assume it would be in season much warmer. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a great meal. We had some local chefs come in two nights and cater an excellent dinner for the 7 of us staying there. Beautiful short walk to the beach and a nice quiet area to go for a run. It is also 15-20 minutes from some great hikes and farmers market. And when you break it down per night, it certainly beats getting several rooms at any local hotel. No comparison. I certainly recommend it.

Wonderful Experience in Every Way
I really don\'t think that I have ever seen a better sunset and we literally got one night after night. I also used to joke that the pool could easily be on the cover of pool magazine -- just impeccable and perfect in every way. The house is tremendous, very spacious for our family of 5 and just a perfect spot to relax on the property and to explore the area, which is delightful on foot or on bikes. Just a wonderful place that gave us a fantastic time away and will leave us with too many happy memories to list. Really the best.

This was the best family vacation we have ever had! The house is spectacular the views and sunsets stunning-10 of us from 6 to 81 hope to return next year to celebrate our birthdays. Gracious hosts and home!!

Fantastic family home to rent in Springs, East Hampton.
Sunset on Gardiner\'s Bay is a beautiful dwelling situated a stones throw away from the Marina and a short walk to a private beach. The interiors are tastefully decortated with a traditonal feel. The ameneties are superb, everything from full kitchen appliances to a well equipped cinema room. The house has a stunning first floor terrace which leads out from the kitchen. The views and sunsets from here are to die for. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and heated to a good temperature. The outdoor furniture is well kept and comfortable for a party of any size. Overall would highly recommend this house to any family or party of guests looking to entertain in the Hamptons.

90th Birthday for Dad
We had a great stay and it was the perfect spot! We did not have to leave the house. Everything we needed was available to us and super easy for our father. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. Thank you Tom for the great communitication.

Nice property
The house was well maintained and everything was as advertised. It accommodated our large group with plenty of space to spare. The living space and master look right out over the pool and the bay which is immediately at the end of the property. Agent and owner communicated very promptly.

Amazing property!
This house was simply breathtaking! The property is so well maintained and gorgeous right on the marina. Spacious is an understatement, we never wanted to leave.

Beautiful home, even better sunsets
Beautiful home, perfect sunsets and view. Huge space that accommodates 13 people perfectly. Very much in the woods, but still quiet and serene. Deer in the backyard in the morning!

Best Weekend Ever!
I am speechless when it comes to my experience at Tom's gorgeous East Hampton Springs house! Sunset on Gardiners Bay is the one of the most gorgeous houses I've ever seen -- from the pristine kitchen, to the stylish architecture, to the gorgeous and comfy bedrooms, to the dreamy pool with marina views -- staying in this house was a dream! Tom was so communicative throughout the process and made our stay so comfortable -- and even left a bottle of wine for me and my guests. I can't wait to come back and stay at this perfect waterfront home again!

Breathtaking Property
This house was everything and more - the architecture and atmosphere was just breathtaking!! It was the perfect place to celebrate a huge milestone in my soster’s life with all of our loved ones! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from every view in the back of the house, bbqs and games in the larger common areas and was an all around luxurious experience! Tom was truly an amazing host and always responded so quickly whenever we had any questions during our stay. We truly had an experience of a lifetime here and would recommend the property to anyone!!
