Great location close to the water and many great amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Would consider staying here again

We loved this home! Tons of special touches that made it so much better than a hotel room! Bed was super comfy, shower was great. Loved that there was on site laundry. Very close to many restaurants and walking distance to river.

Needed a quiet place for me and my animals while my home was being tented for termites. This was the perfect find. Excellent cottage in downtown Bradenton. Owners are amazing. Perfect.

The unit was absolutely wonderful. The area was very quiet and secluded. There was not much traffic in or around the unit. The owner had supplied spices for cooking which was very nice. I only stayed for a few days but would have been comfortable staying for a longer period. I was there close to July 4th and it was a very nice touch to see the owner place flags along the walkway. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The place was clean and matched the pictures in the listing. Bed was great and kitchen was functional. Would stay there again if I am in area.

We enjoyed everything this cottage had to offer. We walked to eat and walked to sightsee . 10 minutes to the beach & the best retro beach vibe complete with neighborhood cat to feed ,which made us less homesick for our own. Host was easy to reach when needed and very accommodating to our needs. Value for this location is AMAZING!

This location is the best to enjoy the city of Bradenton downtown and Riverwalk. Everything is in walking distance. The cottage is well equipped and cozy.

Good location and convenient

We wanted a simple weekend getaway within walking distance of things to see and do. This cottage is nicely located downtown Bradenton with an easy 5 min. walk to the waterfront. The owners left coffee and creamers, which was perfect to "get us going." The king bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed lounging on the couch and watching TV after a day of activity. We enjoyed visiting the unique "Oak and Stone" restaurant across from the pier with 46 beers on tap, pay by the ounce! Best pizza I ever had, too. Also enjoyed walking to two thrift stores downtown, breakfast at the Sage Biscuit, a drink at Pier 22 tosee the sunset and exploring the local library. We almost got tickets to the performing arts center about 10 min away on foot, but opted for a sunset cruise to see dolphins off Anna Maria Island instead (Fun Boat). If you're ready to slow down, relax and exhale, this is the place for you.

I absolutely loved this little duplex! The bed was wonderful. It was spotless and so cute. It had everything we needed and was within 15 min of the beach but it was within walking distance to the river! The neighborhood is very quiet which was great! I will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

Stayed for long weekend over 4th with spouse and 2 young children. Found home very clean and full of all amenities you could need. Bedroom has closing door which was nice separation from living area. One of the best shower set ups in a rental home I've seen. Couch and bed comfort level so so. Smart Tv worked great for kids at bedtime. You can walk right from house to pick up riverwalk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was very clean cute little place to stay. Not far from beach and things to do. Best price around! They don’t over charge at all. Cute little yard and had everything we needed.
