The lovingly and faithfully refurbished half-timbered house has 6 apartments, all with their own access, private entrance and large terrace with grill, wooden furniture and pillows. All bedroom windows can be darkened. The half-timbered facade with stylish wooden windows, the luxurious full equipment with antique elements guarantee relaxation in the breath of bygone times.
The apartment No. 2 (77m²) is located on the front of the house with its own access via the terrace (38 m²) and adjacent parking space on the roadside. The terrace and green area are fenced with nostalgic wooden palisades and their own wooden gate. As soon as you arrive, the crunchy Baltic sea gravel on the terrace under your feet conveys a maritime atmosphere. Ball lights create a romantic atmosphere in the blue hour from 9 pm to midnight.
The apartment No. 2 extends over three floors. The living room with kitchen and adjoining dining area is on the ground floor. A beautiful dimmable chandelier with 12 lights sits enthroned above the wooden table with 5 antique chairs. A cozy sofa with chaise longue with a view of the 48 "flat screen TV and music system with CD player offer entertainment and cozy relaxation.
The high-gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has two lines with an island. Fridge incl. Freezer, sink and dishwasher are on one side and above it the illuminated display case with dishes and glasses shines. The hob with a ceramic hob and touch controls, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers form the island. , The kitchen equipment is complete with pots and pans and all the utensils necessary for cooking such as: potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, mixing stick, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knife etc.
A Saeco fully automatic coffee machine plus separate milk frother conjure up a perfect cappuccino. There is also a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. There are also espresso cups, coffee mugs, cereal bowls and some antique serving bowls and plates.
In the 1st A wooden staircase (14 steps) leads to a small hallway, from here it goes into the bathroom and the first bedroom.
The bathroom with nostalgic green and white tiles offers a bathtub and rain shower, a vanity with two drawers, a large mirror with two additional lights and a towel radiator. A hair dryer with diffuser and a bath and towel per person are provided.
In the bedroom there is a double bed with a wonderfully thick mattress, each side of the bed has a bedside table with a reading lamp and in front of it a fluffy carpet. Next to the wardrobe with interior lighting is an antique chest of drawers with 3 drawers. A stylish mirror, a nostalgic glass bowl and an additional table lamp with dimmed light create a feel-good atmosphere. The beds are freshly made with great bed linen.
In the 2nd A wooden staircase leads to a small hallway from which the two further bedrooms lead off.
The second bedroom has two antique white single beds. Each bed has a bedside table with a reading lamp and a fluffy carpet in front of it. Two high wardrobes with interior lighting and 8 hangers per person offer plenty of storage space. In addition, there are two chests of drawers, each with 3 drawers with an XXL mirror above them, so there is enough space for putting on make-up and dressing up.
The third bedroom is like a doll's house. The antique Swedish bed (0.90 m wide but only 1.9 m long) as well as an antique chest of drawers and an antique children's chair exude nostalgic charm. In addition, it is equipped with a dessert with a reading lamp and a wardrobe.
