Nice Location, NEEDS Maintenance, NO Clean Rooms

The location of the property was in a quite spot, but that being said Inverloch is quite a quiet rural town. Close driving distance to the local town. The Games Shed was quite a nice addition and the variety of family games stashed away in the cupboard. I did not get time to play the games as we were out most of the time anyway.

The Property was not clean, there was dust everywhere including cob webs in every corner of the property. The Master bed had a blood stain on it which really surprised me. There were spiders in the bathrooms walls. The whole house was not mopped or vacuumed, there was crumbs and bits of pieces under the dining table. The bath tub in the en suite was filthy - there was hair lying around the bottom. I was not really impressed with the fact that i had to clean after some one else and that the floors were dirty, i brought along my 5 month old child and was not able to lay the mats down for him to play on, even after I filled out the form explicitly saying that i would be bringing a child under 1 year. Not able to use the fans as they were full to the bring of dust, dust above the master bed frame and ceiling and we could see it hanging down in daylight. Not imprssed that we have to pay a cleaning fee for a short stay and then no cleaning actually gets done?

Beautiful property would stay again!

Loved the size of property lots of space, loved the games room also

Main bedroom had a squeaky bed so every time I rolled it woke me up 🤣

Family getaway - just out of the way

The house was perfect size for two families to share. The games room was good and all appliances, etc were excellent.

The wheelie bin was over flowing when we checked in and the pool table could do with a bit of up keep. Otherwise it was excellent.
