Superb

Lovely house, in the heart of Palermo. The host was super friendly and helpful. Having the whole house for ourselves was a blessing, as we could enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, or indulge on the sofa for a coffee. The decor was lovely, bed was comfy, and the bathroom big. Location is perfect to enjoy the old town and lots of restaurants and markets nearby. The house is in a limited traffic area, so no space for a car if you have one. There are stairs to get to the lift and stairs in the house to go to the bedroom upstairs, something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

Exceptional

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Went there for a week of "home office", very fast and reliable internet connection. Silvia was very nice, responsive and gave me some good recommendations. You are in the center of everything. Another big advantage: despite Palermo being a very lively city, even on weekends in the apartment you notice nothing of the hustle and bustle and can sleep calmly. Be prepared to see the apartment even nicer in live than displayed in the pictures. Great week!!! Would be glad to return anytime.

Great place in the old part of Palermo with wonderful view from the upstairs bathroom, 2 balconies and a smal terrace, a

Wonderful host, perfect location for the old town, very comfortable for families as each story has its own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had basic cooking supplies such as oil and vinegar, salt and baking soda, some spices and coffee. The washing machine works well and there is great space for drying the laundry (outside and inside). The small terrace provides for a pleasant space to chill out in the afternoon.

Exceptional

The flat is in great position, close to the centre, train station, airport bus stop, bars and restaurants, supermarket. The double bed in the upper (reachable by some quite steep stairs) bedroom was very comfortable. There are some stairs to get to the flat, so not very convenient if you have big suitcases (which we fortunately did not have :)). Both bathrooms (in fact, the entire flat) were clean and the kitchen is equipped quite well. Silvia is a great host, extremly responsive and kind.

Sorry to say goodbye!

Fabulous apartment. It had everything we needed and more. The locations was perfect. The little balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy a drink after a long day sightseeing. Silvia was the perfect host. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. The front bedroom was a little noisy on the days that a nearby bar was open late, but earplugs solved that and I slept very well. The big bedroom upstairs was lovely and quiet.

awesome downtown place with super hostess

location is super, quiet, safe, in the middle of the city centre with all the amenities super close. the flat is super nice and spacious with the addition of a small very private balcony. though it’s central, there is silence and a good sleep is granted! nicely furnished and super kind hostess

Silvia is great host. Apartment has an excellent location, it’s cozy, pretty spacious, has 3 balconies. Nice view to walking street, port and mountains.

Check it out

The apartment was huge and there was a vast amount of space for four people. The host was very friendly and helpful. It had an elevator that isn’t very common. It was in the middle of the city and it’s close to everything. Overall, it was really quick.

Exceptional

I have stayed in Palermo in many places, but this one was my favourite! First I booked it for 3 days, but ended up staying for almost two weeks, I didnt want to leave it. The location is just perfect, the apartment is clean and well equipped, there is everything you need for cooking. I loved two balconies and lovely traditional decoration. And the host was just amazing! She always asked if everything is fine and helped immediately with any requests. If I come back to Palermo, I will stay for sure in this lovely casa!

Charming two floor flat, excellent location

We spent 9 nights in Casa del Parlament. The location is excellent, in the center of the city, within a walking distance of the main attractions and several restaurants around. The train and bus station is a 15 mn walk away, which is perfect if you plan excursions without a car. The flat itself is a very charming duplex with 2 balconies and a small roof terrace in an ancient building. The apartment was very well equipped and perfectly clean. We loved the place and felt truly like at home. Sylvia is a very warm and welcoming host. She was always available when needed and the communication was perfect. Grazie di nuovo per tutto!
