The Junction Boutique Apartment is a 2 bedroom loft style apartment situated within walking distance to everything Echuca/Moama has to offer.

What a perfect spot to relax, unwind and take in all the sights and sounds of the Mighty Murray River which is only a 300m stroll away. Follow the river down to the beautiful historic Port precinct and visit all the attractions it has on offer. Then why not wine and dine your way around the endless options of quality eateries, wine bars and pubs.

You can explore Echuca Moama at your own pace on foot or why not pack your bikes and explore the many trails Echuca/Moama has to offer. We have an abundance of bush walking tracks and riverside trail options all at your fingertips. Whether it be strolling along the Campaspe River walking tracks, walking or cycling along side the Murray River, taking a relaxing bush walk or jogging the scenic drive, the options really are endless.

If staying in is more your style the apartment boasts a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is decked out with everything you should need for normal cooking, including a pantry stocked with breakfast goodies, basic condiments, a variety of teas, coffee and milk in the fridge, just help yourselves. Over in the bar you will find the wine fridge, an abundance of wine glasses, a corkscrew and a bottle stopper if you need it. The dining table will seat six people comfortably.
In the living room we have a 50" LG smart TV with all the bells and whistles, you can catch up on all of your favorite TV shows or watch endless amounts of movies with the apartments very own Netflix account. We also have an old school DVD player with a large movie library.
Outside we have an undercover BBQ area, a 6 seat table setting and a lounge area which gives you plenty of room to entertain with friends and the grassed backyard is a great place for the kids to run around and play.

Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The large main bedroom consists of a king bed, a split system aircon/heater and TV which you can also watch DVD’s on. The second bedroom consists of a queen bed and a spilt system aircon/heater. We also have a porta cot available for use. The upstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower, bath and toilet. We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Downstairs has a separate toilet/powder room.

At the Junction Boutique Apartment we provide all linens and towels.

This place would be absolutely perfect if it wasn't for the school next door. Bin collections at 6:30 and caretaker noisy at 7:00am. Despite this the place is in a great location and very comfortable. Our two dogs loved it. The owner Kristy, is very hospitable and everything you could want was there. Thanks for a great stay.

Great pet friendly property. So clean and fresh. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Great kitchen. Comfy beds. Fenced yard for dogs. Great heating. Walking distance from the port of Echuca and main street. Would stay again. The hosts were very obliging. certaibly stay here again.

The place was well equipped and thought well so you can have a relaxed holiday, with all essentials. Bed was comfortable, and area quiet at night times. Not that it was noisy during the day time either, school kind playing was quite soothing and didn’t bother us at all. Dog loved the neighborhood and easy strolls to the town, as much as we did. Good restaurants and friendly people around. Thanks!

We stayed 2 nights at Junction Boutique Townhouse and enjoyed it. Kristy very generously provided lots of goodies and allowed us to check-in early. We were able to walk to most places in Echuca and only needed to drive over the new bridge to the Moama RSL for dinner. The noise from the school, which we were told about, was only a minor inconvenience. We have 11 grandkids!

Such a beautiful holiday apartment that we really loved. Everything was provided and was spotlessly clean. Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Best pet friendly place we have stayed in with a fully secured back yard that our little fur baby loved. Kristy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We booked this apartment last minute and from start to finish, our getaway was easy and relaxing. Kristy was great to deal with and the apartment offered everything we could possibly need. Dennis, our 1 year old Labrador enjoyed staying in the back yard and it was great having him close by. Highly recommend this property .

We loved our trip to Echuca. Kristy provided everything we needed for our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The apartment is in a great spot, close to everything. A fantastic time was enjoyed in an ideal location for walking to all the tourist amenities, and the great eclectic shopping in the high street and surrounds. The accommodation was extremely comfortable with delightful decor throughout. We had a wonderful time at our Echuca accommodation, we could not fault the property it had everything we needed and more! The house was spotless and super clean which was really nice and refreshing for a pet friendly accommodation. We had a couple of bbqs of an afternoon and enjoyed the morning sun coming through the windows. We enjoyed our stay with our pup and even though we won’t be heading to Echuca anytime soon we highly recommend the property for anyone considering staying.

Kristy has thought of everything when listing this property. There are books and magazines to read, lap blankets, cereal, milk, some essential supplies, bathroom supplies, laundry supplies. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed in. We loved it here and will definitely book again when in Echuca.

The apartment was located in a leafy green part of town, park your car and walk ... wonderful! The host had thought of everything that you might need while away on holidays, all the equipment worked, there was lots of storage space for our stuff (so lovely to have room put your things away when staying for a week or more), communication with the host was a breeze, and the ability to bring our two dogs was excellent, secure backyard and room to move. Thankyou so much.

We loved this property. Was in a good location and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It was lovely sitting in the back yard on the only sunny day we had. Our fur boys liked running around and jumping of the deck onto the grass and vice versa. The complimentary treats (chocolate, biscuits & bread) were a lovely touch and much appreciated. We would certainly recommend this property to able bodied people (not suitable for mobility impaired). Only drawback is the school, however as we were there over a weekend it was not an issue for us. Thank you Kristy for your prompt communication. We loved the apartment.

We came up from Melbourne for a weekend getaway to see the Moama Lights. This was a cosy, pet friendly stay. The hosts have made all the creature comforts available which was so considerate.
