The staff were really friendly and the room was well layed out. The location is really central and convenient.

Don't stay here if you want a good night's sleep! It is a popular pub and even though I slept there on a Monday night, at 11pm it was really noisy. I had to have my window open for fresh air but that meant that the locals having g a drink and a laugh below my window was all I could hear until around midnight when they left and went home. Great staff and a clean Co.fy room but the noise did affect my sleep, so I have to mention it.

Didn't get murdered in my bed, so all OK.

Location. Not really much in the way of accommodation in Gainsborough.

Nothing really... it was OK. I stayed just one night, would stay again. No problems.

Everything was fine and met my needs - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was convenient and price was good

Nothing really - the place needs some general TLC / maintenance inc decor etc but wouldn’t hold that against them for the price and in view of current economic times..it was it is and their doing a decent job.

This was the 3rd time of staying at the property . The owner has worked so hard to update the property . The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome .

An older property, not a modern plastic, cloned property. Basically a Pub with rooms.

Gainsborough's a dismal dump and I'm happy never to return.

The taxi out of town.

Possibly the least friendly pub landlady i've yet to meet on 5 continents.

The bedding was very clean

although it was a single room it was really small There was not a lot of room next to the bed to move about and the bedding was really clean but the overpowering smell of fabric softener was a bit to much

Saturday night the pub closes at 1am

It's a room over a pub, with a shared bathroom. Good value for money. Great central location (alas the railway station is not in the center).

Saturday night the pub closes at 1am, and only then does the noise die down. A light over the mirror would be nice.
