Le séjour s'est bien passé et le beau temps était avec nous. Hyères est une ville magnifique.

Emplacement centre ville et parking privé

Manque de contact uniquement téléphonique. Manque de précision sur les équipements (sèche serviette impossible à éteindre pas de pile dans télécommande) Nous voulions appart avec vue sur jardin et nous avions vue sur la rue.

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Hyères

Die Wohnung liegt am Beginn der Altstadt und Fußgängerzone. Einkaufen, ins Café gehen und die Stadt besichtigen ist fußläufig gut zu machen Das Haus hat Parkmöglichkeiten im schön bepflanzten Hof, die für Besichtigungen anderswo und Badetage sehr wichtig sind. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, konnte alle Anfragen gut und zuverlässig lösen. Danke dafür!

Im großen und ganzen Alles ok. Manche Kleinigkeiten fallen ( Licht am Waschbeckenspiegel), sind aber nicht so wichtig.

It was nice but the lack of coffee and appropriate bedding was disappointing

The location is fabulous and the apartment is spacious, with a cute balcony

No coffee or filters were available for the drip filter machine which was disappointing. Also, other than sheets there was only a duvet with no cover in a plastic bag to use in the bed

Old city central street, top property.

The property is smack in the middle of the main street in the old city centre. Parking is marvellous, the place is almost brand new. One thing to note is that the apartment is in the top floor, after 3 high flights of steep stairs, but I live in the same old building, on the 3rd story too, so it was no issue what-so-ever for us.

Nothing. Just mind the stairs when booking, if this is a thing for you :)

Comfortable apartment with excellent facilty

Spacious apartment with excellent facility (except small kitchen light did not work), good location in the centre. The bed is very comfortable. Free parking is a bonus.

- Can only write messages to the owner, speaking is not possible (owner does not speak English). - We stayed on the first floor facing the street, opposite to a cafe with terrace so lack of privacy when we sat on the balcony (cafe is open from 7:00 till 19:00).

Clean, well equipped flat

Very clean flat with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Good central location with parking. Cot and high chair available. We also got to check-in early which was great and very much appreciated.

Decor all slightly a bit grey for our taste. Also, the bedroom door didn’t quite shut and the main light flashed on and off when we were there.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Hyeres

We loved everything about this apartment. it’s well located on the edge of the medieval town, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Nice place, but internet problems

very modern updated apartment with beautiful dishes, dishwasher, washing machine. high ceilings and details if an elegant old building.

When I checked in, there was no internet service at the apartment, so no way to contact the host to let her know of the problem. There was a message saying it was not in service after logging on- presumably she had not paid for it to be on. when I contacted her after finding a restaurant where I could use WiFi, she told me to use the connection for the apartment across the hall. Service was horrible and although on the last night there she made the other apartment available to use the connection there directly so I could attend an important online meeting, it really was not a good situation, and quite unfair when the listing says there is internet. the communication about how to find the place did not mention that there are two separate adresses for the building and the parking because the parking is on the street at the back of the building. I was a little confused about all of this until I got there and saw the setup. The parking entrance is very hard to find. Another similar entrance is almost next door. it would have helped to know that. I was at the wrong one looking for the keypad to enter the code to get in before figuring it out in my own. The front door to the building is kept open all day, which results in the hallway being freezing cold during a winter stay. The apartment itself, though nicely updated is not cozy feeling and could use some rugs on the floors. Also a cover for the extra duvet, which I found sitting in a plastic bag and was very glad to have because the weather was very cold on the first night of my stay.

If it's still availlable next time in hyeres, I'll take it again!

Great location, really! Nice coffee shop dowstairs, very calm. Our host was very nice, even if we had a few comunication problems. All together, very cosy, great WIFI, AC and 2 TVs! Great coffee machine.

Everything was likable, but I was surprised by the stairs that weren't mentioned. and by some pb with communication... but all together, those didn't destroy the mood!

Superb

1. Apartment is modern and well furnished. 2. Ralph was always in touch. 3. Location is great, in the centre of Hyéres and there are all what you need for every day life in a resort town: - grocery shops/markets and boulangeries; - coffee shops to get a coffee cup; - restaurants to get lunch and diner; - bars to get couple glasses of wine/beer; - old town is right here to walk on streets up and down; - bus stops are just in 3 minutes by walk to get them to the beaches.

Two things we didn't like: - the presence of a slight smell of smoke, despite the fact that this is a non-smoking apartment; - cleaning, dust in the corners.

Great stay in a heart of Hyères !

Flat is very new and clean . It has all needed facilities. Easy self check in and self check out . Owner was very responsive and provided all necessary instructions. Flat situated in a heart of old town , so plenty restaurants around and old beautiful streets to visit. Tourism office is just around the corner where we bought our tickets for the islands same as the bus stop that can bring you to the Port (bus 67) or even any town around the coast till Saint Topez (7801 , 7802) . Food shop is also just 3 min walk. I would recommend this flat as its very comfortable and great location. We enjoyed our stay !
