• Located on the 4th floor, the condo offers privacy, yet easy access to club amenities and the off-site opportunities.
• Once inside you’ll notice the attention to decoration and detail that makes this look and feel like a true Florida vacation.
• Enjoy the private Lanai from morning to evening, watching the waterfowl from your lakefront vantage point amidst waving palm trees, and the golfers as they play the par 4, 9th green on the Sound course.
• Full master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, large walk-in tiled shower and double sinks.
• The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be joined to make one king-size bed with an adjoining bath.
• The newly renovated kitchen (granite, tile, stainless steel appliances) has all the amenities for dining in or the casual meal on the run.
• High ceilings with ceiling fans in every room (including Lanai) make the home comfortable whatever the weather.
• You are a short 5 - 7 minute walk to the Club House, Racquet Center, Aqua Range, River Club and Boat Shuttle to Lovers Key.
•Pelican Sound Golf & River Club is a 5 minute drive from the new Coconut Point shopping mall / restaurants and 5 minutes to the Miromar Outlet mall
Pelican Sound allows our membership to be transferred to you for the duration of your stay. You will enjoy all of Pelican Sound's great amenities including golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, dining, sports bar, pro shop, men's and ladies locker rooms, fitness center, pools, sun deck, spa, and a private boat launch. Pelican Sound also offers up to 6 daily River Boat rides down the Estero river that borders the property out to a beach at Lovers Key State Park on the Gulf of Mexico. This is all included in your membership transfer!
The 27-hole championship golf course (3 nine hole layouts), designed by Senior PGA Tour player Mike Hill and golf course architect Chip Powell also provides an aqua range and complete short game practice facility for chipping and putting. And for the tennis enthusiast, there are six lighted and fenced Har-Tru (clay) tennis courts. Friendly, professional instruction is available for both golf and tennis to help take your game to new levels of enjoyment. The new Racquet Center features a clubhouse and has embraced the Pickleball frenzy!
