Exceptional

The place was great, daily cleaning and Constantina was an amazing host and help there. Location is great also, right next to the beach but also in a more quiet area where u don't hear all the noise from the main street.

The accomodation Villa Marinos it’s very OK but Kavos as holiday place is not the best choice.

the location- close to everything.

To say something- is the fact that is just one room (big)- and for a family is important to have separate rooms:).

It was close to the beach, is pretty much all you can say.

For starters I had asked for goodcwifi for business, no good wifi anywhere. The room airconditioner didnt work very well. There was no curtains to block out the morning sun. The free parking had my car blocked in and so I couldnt go anywhete til after lunch when it was too hot

Perfect location, stunning room and great hosts

I have been coming to Kavos for many years and I can honestly say these are the most beautiful apartments and so well maintained. Perfect place to stay, quiet but also near the centre. I will absolutely stay here again and can’t wait for the next visit

No privacy, absolutely not worth the price...

Near the beautiful Arkoudilas beach.

Kavos beach was dirty, full of seaweed, mosquitos all around the rooms with no tools nor devices to get rid of them. The manager came to give us keys, we had the whole villa reserved so we could not book the place for more people than there were beds accessible, the lady counted us and told us there was more people than in the booking (one extra person) and started to threaten us with coming to check daily, whether there were more people. Finally, she asked us to pay for an extra person and charged us 20 euros extra in cash, what we, unfortunately, found out only after re-counting the price. The cleaner was in the area all morning watching us and forcing into our rooms to clean, even though we repeatedly and clearly expressed we do not wish to have the rooms cleaned. There was also a local old lady in the area, trying to be helpful, but it felt like she was literally spying on us and informing the manager every time we left the place.

This place is amazing and I highly recommend you staying here. You'll regret staying anywhere else.

I loved everything about this place it is quite amazing!! First of all it is in a perfect location, the place is very comfortable, and it is family owned. They truly made me feel welcomed when I arrived and treated me like family. I am definitely coming back and staying at Villa Marinos. The friends that went on the trip with me ended up staying in different hotels and regretted not staying in Villa Marinos after seeing how amazing it was and how well we where all treated.

Satisfied with stay. Great location.

Great location, near to bus stop from Corfu town, next to beach and with great swimming pool with bar. Cleaning everyday. Well equipped - air conditioner, hairdryer and all needed kitchen stuff. I'm satisfied with my stay.

There was broken door handle in the bathroom. Bathroom could be cleaner.

Excellent small studio for a short trip at Kavos!

Swimming pool right by at Stavros Studios, free parking next to the building, the beach is 50m away and good restaurants and bars are just around the corner. Although it is very close to the busy streets it is still very quiet at night. Very good beds and everyday cleaning! The host, Maria, is very friendly and will help you with everything you ask.

The curtains are too thin and so there is too much light in the room so if you are a light sleeper you will need a sleeping mask! Wifi connection is a bit slow at times

I did not get what I expected.

The property is very close to the beach. The owner is really nice and helpful.

The property do not have a swimming pool or a snack bar. You can use an other property's swimming pool and bar that is close by. I felt very disappointed, it was not what I expected.

Highly recommend

Great beds, extra seating, wardrobe space, own kitchen, TV, everything was great

Could’ve done with an extra toilet roll each day, and the main one is that the cleaner comes in every morning around 10am, but as we were usually asleep we got woken up to banging for the women to clean the bins and add a toilet paper. As great as this was I wish they could do it in the afternoon/evening

Relaxing break away

Apartment was lovely and comfortable, decorated as described in photos, having two balconies meaning you could relax in the shade when you needed to looking out to the sea or town. Everything worked in the kitchen, hob dials had the number settings scratched off however once determined worked fine. Plenty cutlery, glassware, cups and plates. There was also a grill and toaster provided. Good hair dryer provided although not used as own brought, iron also provided but not used. Big wardrobe with plenty hangers and space for long summer dresses, spacious drawers for folded items and storage space for shoes not being worn at times. Comfy seats by the air conditioning unit and tv for relaxing on. The room was cleaned daily, with towels replaced after three days and our rubbish was also removed meaning we didnt need to find bins/recyling bins throughout our stay. Bathroom was clean and tidy, shower had two heads as shown in attached image. There was also a shared garden space which looked comfortable. The pool shared with Stavros Beach Apartments just around the corner from the apartment was beautiful and there was plenty of sun loungers for relaxing by the pool/ on the complex.

Floor felt like it was constantly covered in sand albeit being mopped each day, therefore flip flops needed for use only in room.

Exceptional

The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed ( toaster, coffee and tea maker, dishes ). They clean it every day ( mop the floors, take out the garbage ) and on every three days they change the towels and sheets. The host Maria was really friendly and helpful, if you need anything just ask her. The Villa is near the beach and far enough away from the loud clubs so it is quite at night.

Best place in Kavos

Good location, kind staff, the room was well equipped and clean. One of the few accomodation that has modern style. The shore is in 1 minute walk distance. The sea temperature is the best all among Corfu, we tried like 20 beaches and here is the warmest! The owner asked us almost every day if we need something, he is very kind and helpful in every situation.

Quiet relaxing place, minuses on cleaning, but pluses on parking space

The location of the property was excellent for those who want to relax is was close to the village beach and far from the noise of the village in a quiet place. A bit tricky to find the place, but the hosts give us good directions. The rooms are large and well equipped. There are parking spaces right next to the villa.

We stayed 6 nights and considering that going to the beach is a problem with cleaning. The garbage was taken, the towels were changed if needed and the beddings were changed if they got dirty, but nobody gave a sweep or a wash to the floors so the sand/ dust was gathered on the floor. It is not the cleanest accommodation I have state at, but it is ok if you take care and do not make too much of a mess. Also, keep in mind that no soap, shampoo, dishwasher is offered as it has a kitchenette and the toilet paper is not being replaced, you must buy or come with them. So in terms of cleaning is very disappointing, is more like renting an appartament in the town.
