Good

The house was modern and had everything we needed throughout our stay (2 adults and 2 children). The hosts were very responsive and provided things quickly once we discovered a few things were missing. The neighbours were friendly and we didn’t hear any noise from either side. The house is 10 minute walk from the train station and shops, which was very convenient. There is also a nice park 15 mins walk away.

The house is opposite a UPS warehouse, which resulted in some noise first thing early in the mornings. Although the house comes with a parking permit, it was sometimes difficult for guests to park when they visited us, as there are double yellowed lines outside. The garden wasn’t useable as it has gravel covering it, so it was difficult for our children to play outside.

very good location for Able Skills and attending courses

location excellent, great communication with the host of the property, had a parking space allocated, which was very good, as permit parking around the area, would stay again.

The house wasn't clean and very dusty; we ended up cleaning ourselves. We were very disappointed with the property; the agent/landlord should have ensured it was in a respectable state for guests!

Reasonable location, good size

When we arrived, is true 1 hour before the check in, someone in jogging bottom and a t shirt was doing cleaning, all the staff was everywhere, didn't look professional at all. It was a particular quite bad smell not fresh, the kitchen dirty and sticky, the bin not empty, dirty cutlery on the living room table, tiles all loose on the bathroom floor and no grout and moving around.
