Fairly comfortable Clean & Safe

Clean room, updated aesthetics and well lit parking lot with no trash. Room & bathroom was good size with a walk in shower minus the small shelf.

The bed was ok, wasn’t the best but fine for a short trip. The tv only had the local stations. But the main issue was the bathroom. When I first walked in the bathroom I thought someone had just used it. But It was a moldy/dirty water smell. I left the vent fan on in the main area of the bathroom and closed the lid to the toilet. After an hour it was much better. I narrowed down the smell to the toilet. The vent fan above it wasn’t working but I think there must be a water leak causing the smell. I had to leave the door & lid closed since vent fan above wasn’t working. The shower pressure was weak & only had one small shelf to place items on

Good rate, breakfast included, seemed safe for parking & low traffic noise for being close to inters

Breakfast was ok; cereal, toast, waffles, etc--no hot food was provided. Room was good, feel like they could have more comfortable lounge chairs & were only given two bath towels for the two of us

We found the floors not too clean after spilling Sri k on the floor

Booking . Com is a terrible business

We arrived to the property to find out they were not a pet friendly hotel Looked like a dump as well We required a room far away from where most guests because ewe traveled with our dog They offered no help Would not refund us

Notifying us they were not a pet friendly establishment as son as they got the reservation

Hotel is great, super clean but too loud due to beign so close to the interstate.

I like the cleanliness of this hotel and it's rooms! Will stay again.

It's very close to the I10 highway so there,s a lot of noise all through the night. Especially the sports cars running up their RPM,s is very annoying.

This is a BEAUTIFUL newly renovated Hotel, that is gorgeous! The Staff are very friendly. The room was spacious and inviting. Super CLEAN! Great location, pull off the highway and its also nearby great restaurants ! Very good Breakfast in our morning. Very Quiet too. Look no further for a place to stay!!! We LOVED it!!! 10 stars!

Clean, comfortable bed.

Spacious. Felt clean. We were passing through and needed a clean place to eat and shower. This worked out well.

A bit of a challenge to find an easy place to eat. The desk staff were not too friendly but efficient.

Todo súper limpio y cómodo.

El personal de la mañana una señora súper mal educada. Fuimos por el desayuno y nos dijo que éramos muchas personas que no podíamos agarrar más desayuno éramos mi esposo yo mi hija y mi hermano . Mi esposo no pudo desayunar. Que mal servicio de la señora. Aclarando rentamos una abitacion de dos camas 4 personas

The room was adequate for an overnight stay.

Room was larger than normal and bed was comfortable.

The floor was very dirty, room was noisy, water pressure was very weak.

We come back because the rooms are so clean and the price point isn’t much more than the low end rooms.

Always VERY clean.

Room above us was occupied by construction workers that apparently brought any/all tools/equipment to their room and dropped them on the floor, then paced the floor for hours. The next night the same thing. It would be nice if the leisure guests were housed separate from those that are working.

The room was nice and clean

You can hear the traffic couldn't sleep well. Got a phone call around 10:30 am. from the front desk, if we were leaving or staying check out time was at 11am microwave wasn't working.

Comfortable, Affordable Stay

The room was well appointed with all of the essentials and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had space to move around as well. We requested 2 rooms side by side and they were provided to us with no issues which hadnt been the case at the other hotels we used on this trip.

The hotel sits next door to an adult book shop but we did not hear anything during our stay. It concerned me that we might be in a rough area of town, but it ended up being just fine. The parking lot was very well lit and security monitors were in place.

Exceeded our expectations!!

The rooms are up to par with a Hilton Tru, for example. Clean, comfortable and pretty. They still offer lotion, shampoo and soap, where others do not. We're staying again on our return trip, so we're very happy with our choice! It's the details, too. They stamp the toilet paper roll. It's so cute!

The breakfast was the only thing lacking. They did offer breakfast sandwiches to heat up in the microwave, and waffles to cook oneself, so I can't complain much.

Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. I would suggest a better coffee dispenser, but other than that, we enjoyed it. The waffle maker was awesome - the kiddo loved making his own waffle.

Nothing - this was a nice stay at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. From the room to the staff to the breakfast, we could not be more pleased.
