About this house rental
This home is perfect for a large family gathering. The home is situated on a large , quiet lot south of Route 28. Guests are greeted by the spacious ,open concept living area with a soaring vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating in the dining and living room areas. The kitchen is well equipped with all the tools needed by the aspiring seaside chef. (Stay tuned for our newly renovated Kitchen Spring of 2020) The home is thoughtfully decorated in a tasteful Cape cottage style. All of bathrooms have recently received a full makeover/renovation. The home is completely air conditioned. We have deeded access to Taylor's pond for kayaking yards from the home.
A separate family room is close by with a large flat panel TV to keep the kids entertained. Your family will be well rested in 5 large bedrooms on two floors. Beach chairs ,umbrellas and cooler are provided. LINENS PROVIDED

Bill's house is truly amazing! We had 10 people on the trip but felt like we could have fit so many more! The house is spacious and truly has everything you need. We loved the outdoor shower, kitchen, and back patio. It is close to everything that Chatham has to offer. Bill was extremely easy to communicate with and helped us with a few recommendations. We also forgot something at the house and were able to retrieve it from him. We want to come back next year if Bill will have us!

The house was great. Size was perfect for our two families. Was nice and clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped. The back yard area looks like it will be beautiful once the upgrades are complete. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay in Chatham
This was a great property for our extended family. The bedrooms were spacious, and the third floor was great for those who wanted to retire early. The television in the family room on the lower level worked out very well for us, as the living room was available for quiet conversation and reading. The patio was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The hosts were great and attentive to every question, even the most inconsequential. The beaches were a short drive and it was never a problem to get a parking space. We definitely hope to return!

Can't beat the location, space, cleanliness & owner communication for this rental. Would highly recommend if you are traveling to the area. House is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner Will was always available for any questions during the booking process and stay itself.

We stayed here with 6 adults and one infant and it was a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful - large, lots of light, well thought out common spaces where we could all sit around together / eat meals together. Beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with A/C, well-decorated, and there are ample bathrooms, great water pressure in showers. Great location, too - close to a couple of the main beaches and a short drive from Main Street. The house also has easy parking. Bill was a great host - was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

This place was perfect for a few adult families to stay! It has plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and spacious living room. Everything was clean and the kitchen was modern and great for cooking! Bill was a great host and was able to help us when the key pad battery died. Overall great stay and would definitely look into staying here again!!

Recommendations: more hooks for towels or a clothes line. Second fridge in basement for drinks alone would be nice. Out side shade< We ended up going out and buying a pop up to put over the patio. I would also recommend better out side lighting. No light on the side of the house for when you use the outside shower, or play games on the lawn. Over all happy with the size, cleanliness, kitchen fully stocked and large dinning table and couches for large groups. The owner was very quick to answer all questions. I would rent again!

Good summer rental
This is a good Chatham Cape house, close to the beach and close to downtown Harwich and Chatham. Bill did a nice job renovating the kitchen recently.

A charming week in Chatham
The five large bedrooms and three and a half baths were perfect for our large family party of ten. The living/dining/kitchen areas were open and airy with a vaulted ceiling. Would definitely recommend!

So much room!
There is more room than the pictures show! The new kitchen is great-lots of storage and cooking items and very clean. The vaulted ceiling in family and dining room makes it feel extra open. We had breakfast on the new patio every morning. 4 bathrooms along with the outdoor shower were very convenient. The bedrooms are very big. The house is big and spread out so that you can be up early cooking or doing laundry and not wake anyone. The house is on a quiet street (OFF route 28) and close to the best beaches and towns. We went to Ridgevale, Hardings, Red River and to Crosby Bay in Brewster. The big dining table and sectional couch were great. We appreciated the nautical decor and overall function of the home. The owners were very helpful. Thank you Bill and Patty!

The house was perfect for our two families. Each family has in own floor. The Kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. The house is very nice and perfectly clean, exactly the same as on the pictures. Highly recommends this place!

Beautiful spacious well maintained home
Beautiful well maintained home with enough space for eight adults. Large dining table and living room for everyone to gather together. Separate den in basement we didn't use, but good if another group wants to do something separate from those on main floor. House was conveniently close to Wequasset Golf club where we were attending a wedding and related activities.

Great location and value
Stayed here for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. Bill could not have been nicer and the house was exactly as described. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for the 5 of us, with more to spare. I would recommend this house to anyone, as it was large, a four minute drive to center of town, and a steal for the price. The perfect home away from home....
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moongazer. Bill, our host, was very pleasant and responsive. Upon our arrival, access to the house was easy, the lights were on and the home was immaculate. Moongazer is centrally located to many sites in the area which was very convenient for our weekend stay. As a family, we appreciated the large table to gather around and the opportunity to enjoy the large open floor plan. All the bedrooms were excellent size and comfortable. I highly recommend Moongazer as an excellent place to stay and hope to enjoy staying there again on our next visit!
