Overall stay was good, location was great, outside of property could use a face lift.

Loved the location

The property is a bit dated. The inside has had some updates and was clean, ac worked well. Unfortunately the shared common space by the front door was not very clean and the family next door left the floats, water shoes and etc. out in the common area. Also, the outdoor porch out back overlooking the water was not very clean a-lot of cobwebs, dusty, leaves needed to be blown.

Quiet condo on the river

Location was wonderful, it's in walking distance to the main street, shops and restaurants. Quiet location along the river with parking. The condo was spacious and clean, with a private deck out back to overlook the river and one at the front facing the street. Beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Truly a home away from home. Would book again.

Had a blast!

It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with teenagers along for the trip.

Too expensive, for the location.

Overall, very spacious and comfy.

Bathroom could have used a few minor repairs (toilet loose from floor) and little better sweeping (hair on floor).

Address of building hard to see after dark Paint numbers white or put clearly visible sign ON building.

Great stay!

Very close to downtown and beautiful views of the patio. Unit was well stocked with towels and toilet paper, and had adequate supplies to cook some simple meals with, if you did not want to eat out.

There was a little bit of trash missed from a previous guest, but overall, it was very clean!

No breakfast offered. The king size bed was comfortable. 3 bathrooms were nice. N to too far from the fest hall. separate bedroom for the kids

No place to park to unload. Had to park 15 minute walk to and from the car each day. not enough glasses tor drinks other than stemware. no liquid measuring cups. Very outdated bathrooms. difficult to navigate in the master bath. the queen beds squeaked constantly with only some one 70 lbs. The noise from 10 PM to 3AM was very disturbing even waking up children. The large dresser in the hallway made navigating the hall with 2 people very difficult. Would not stay again for the piece.

It was a great stay! One of the best yet!

It was spacious and comfortable and very homey.

The washer and dryer wasn’t great. It didn’t spin the clothes hardly at all.

Great location with excellent views and built-in river tubing entertainment!

Excellent location! Excellent views! Easy access to all activities. Plenty of room with a beautiful porch overlooking the river. The parade of tubers was a highlight and made the afternoons more enjoyable.

The condo building was a little dated and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

We drove 3hours to get to Helen and when we arrived at 4:00 to check in we walked into a mess , the air conditioner wasn’t working , the ceiling had fell in one of the bedrooms, towels were soaked with water and laid around the air condition unit . I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get something done , owner never contacted me . I asked to be refunded because it wasn’t worth what I was charged . I would not recommend staying here , pictures on the website are not what you see when you arrive . Thankful that Vacasa stepped up and took care of us and finally found us a place to stay at 9:00pm that night and then the owner wouldn’t even refund my money back for the one night since it was wasted trying to find somewhere else and never contacted me . DO NOT RESERVE THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE SORRY

Great location and excellent value!

The location was excellent, definitely walking distance from restaurants and stores. The view was exceptional, I highly recommended it.

The decks could use some outside cleaning, but it was not a deal breaker.

Very enjoyable weekend will go here again

Beautiful setting and great location clean and nicely decorated had all we needed for cooking a meal, nice covered porch out back to sit and watch the river and nature.We really loved that a great deal of thing were within walking distance. A park, dollar general, restaurants, close parking, bar/restaurants with music, 6 or 7 min. walk to downtown.

It was kind of odd not seeing any staff but worked out fine. When I asked a question through text it did seem like I was annoying the person. I did not get an email that was to explain where it was located and what to do. I did get a text with the code to open the door. I looked in email, spam and old mail in case I missed it but it was nowhere. Why they couldn't just get me the information again I'm not sure. They eventually gave me the address and unit number. Maybe find a way to send info again in case there was an issue. Otherwise a went great.

Left 2 nights early. Not worth the money or the property condition. Great location.

No breakfast that I know of. Location was great.

The place itself is in need of repair and updating on the outside. The unit we stayed in is also in need of repair and updating. Furniture is old, flooring has holes in it. Outside private balcony basically doesn't exist as it is very small.

The location is amazing. An easy walk to town with lots of shopping and restaurants

We didn’t get the room we book so we lacked a bed for our kids and had to use an air mattress. When I contacted the company they said they weren’t sure why my acknowledgment (which I provided a copy) showed the 3 beds because it’s only a 2 bed place. They probably should update their acknowledgments to show the proper information. Overall the apartment was ok and seemed fairly clean. Definitely could use some updating the beds were very uncomfortable.
