Welcome to 'Hook, Wine & Sinker - Harrington’

We offer a beautifully presented four bedroom double storey house in the picturesque coastal village of Harrington is located between Forster and Port Macquarie on the New South Wales Mid North Coast.

Our home has recently been renovated and offers four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, new flooring, a new kitchen, and multiple living areas. This home would be well suited to large families, multiple families or large groups or people.

The house and bedding are as follows:
Upstairs:
1 x Bedroom – Queen Bed with Ensuite (Shower & Toilet)
1 x Bedroom – 2 x Single Beds (Loft style)
1 x Bedroom – Double & Single Bunk
1 x Bathroom – Shower, Bath & Toilet
Recently renovated Kitchen – Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Stove, Crockery & Cutlery and an eight seater table.
Lounge Room – Air conditioner, TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii.
Multiple Electric Heaters

Downstairs:
1 x Bedroom – Queen Bed
1 x Bathroom – Shower & Toilet
Laundry – Washing Machine, Dryer, Ironing facilities
1x Living Room with a double sofa bed (and room for airbeds)
1x Sitting Room (and room for airbeds)

Outside: The property allows for vehicles and boats to be parked at the rear of the house. There are two carports and the property borders 17 acres of open space.

Also included is: Unlimited Internet, a few fishing rods, Books, DVD’s, Boogie boards, collapsible port-a-cot & high chair.

We are located 250 metres from the Harrington Bowling Club, the Harrington Hotel and a variety of local shops including a lolly shop, restaurants, coffee shops, post office, op shop, doctors surgery, chemist, bottle shop, take- away shops and skate park with play equipment.

It is definitely worth visiting Crowdy Beach, one of the Mid North Coast’s most amazing beaches, perfect for children.

A short drive will get you to Harrington golf course and the Manning river boat ramp. This house is the ideal stay for fishing groups with the amazing Crowdy Head Boat Harbour making the trip offshore a breeze. If you require bait, contact me in advance and the local bait shop will deliver it so you can get out early. For those planning to fish make sure to touch base and I will give you a few pointers whether you are chasing Flathead and bream with the children, Jewfish from the break wall or Tuna and Mackerel outside. We have provided a chest freezer to store your bait and fish.

All beds are fitted with mattress protectors and pillows with protectors. Sheets and towels are no longer provided as standard however will be accessible at an additional charge of $150.

Bathrooms are prepared with toilet paper and soap.

Strictly no schoolies or party groups permitted - 24 hour security monitoring at these premises.

Hook line and sinker was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. Close to the bowling club. Close to the Harrington hotel. And a great house with lots of room for us all. We will be staying again next year.

Easy to book. Owners quick to respond to any questions & happy to accommodate some last minute requests. Close to the water and a few little cafes. Quick to drive anywhere else you need to go. It was cold, but the heaters kept us warm enough.

Great property with ample room. We were a family group of 8 and there was plenty of room to spread out. A very quiet street with the added bonus of a great neighbour who we didn't meet but who put one of our bins out during our stay! Recommend this property for a large group.

The house was more than enough for a friends get together. 3 families stayed in a beautiful town & enjoyed the weekend. Very affordable accomodation close to the Harrington breakwall. Only an hour away from Port Macquarie. The house had all the basic amenities needed for a stay. We enjoyed the time being in there. No hassles. We would come back for sure. 2 nights were not enough.

Just spent 4 days fishing out of crowdy with 8 males aged between dad at 77 and nephew 12 The house was clean and plenty big enough for us all Communication with the host was fantastic and he even gave us a few tips on where to try fishing He even supplies bait and at reasonable cost but we took our own The location is excellent and easy walking distance to club and shops Yard was big enough for us to park up 2x 6.0m boats without the need to unhook them Fantastic house and host and we will be back

Great property for a large family or a couple of families. You will need to take all your own food as only some sauces in fridge and tea & coffee. Nice quiet culdesac location for kids to ride their bikes. Bait fridge and honesty box was appreciated. Easy walk to bowlo, pub and 'main street' of Harrington.

It’s a great large house close to the club and pub. The new kitchen was great and it was nice to have land for the kids to play outside. The house had everything we needed to make our stay very easy and enjoyable.
