Oceanside apartment comfortably furnished and well -equipped that is located in the 'heart' of Wrightsville Beach. We do not supply linens you will need to bring your own or rent them from Seaside Linen of Wilmington NC. Top floor apartment will comfortably sleep 6-7 people. Just steps from the beach and the downtown area. The 'walking loop' is just steps away. This is a 3 mile walk around the island. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, play grounds within this loop. Charter fishing boats are available. Cruises on the waterfront are available. The fishing pier is a short walk down the beach. Wilmington's historic district on the river front is a short drive. The aquarium at Ft. Fisher is a short drive. Airlie Gardens is just over the bridge. A new shopping arena has opened 'Mayfaire' just over the bridge with multi-specialty shopping, movie theater. Local churches are within walking distance. Great ocean view from the spacious porch. This apartment building has been in our family for many years. My children enjoyed growing up at the beach and riding their bikes and playing outdoors in a safe and friendly enviornment. During the peak summer months, we have a life guard at the end of the street on the beach. We wanted to share our vacation place with others as the experience at the beach is so peaceful and relaxing. I truly believe you will have a wonderful stay here.

Communication with the host was great. We loved the porch. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The place was very clean and was perfect for us. We will stay here again!

Apartment is on third floor (top), which give you a great view of the ocean, even though is not ocean front. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops. I does get very noisy with bars close by, but we did not notice it inside the apartment. We sleep with a noise makers anyway, so it may make a difference. I would stay hare again!

We loved everything about our stay! Check in was simple and easy, the place was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities one would need for a stay at Wrightsville Beach. Great views and right within walking distance to all the beach has to offer. There is no public parking on this street so it was quiet and the public access on the beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were in town for the marathon and stayed at the Cofer’s place to be near the start of the race. The location is amazing - we were minutes away from the pier and loved being able to walk around the area. The apartment is nicely updated but still has the charm of a long lived beach home. Loved every bit of the experience and hope to be back in future years.

We had such a nice weekend staying at this property while visiting our daughters at UNCW. The property was so clean and convenient. We loved the rocking chairs on the porch with a view of the ocean. The home was very comfortable and cute. We parked our car in the provided space and didn’t need it all weekend. Everything is steps away from the property. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing weekend away. We even lucked out and had warm temps in February so we really enjoyed sitting on the beach and the porch. The property felt safe and none of us wanted to leave. We will be back for sure. Communication from Clay was great and the property was just as expected or better. Loved the butter yellow walls. So pretty. Hard not to feel happy in this rental. Great vintage beach vibe. Thanks Clay!

We are 2 old friends giving our wives a break. The property was great, like taking a step back in time. Park your car and walk to everything. Would do all it over again.

I rented this place with two girlfriends for the weekend. The location is perfect; you can walk to several restaurants, shops and Roberts grocery store. The ocean is visible from the front porch. The home was also very lovely. We cooked a meal as well and tons of pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. I will definitely rent here again!

Nice property....feel sorry that we locked outselves out and you had to come open the door. The hair dryer doesn't work. Happy holidays.

My daughter and I loved the location and the apartment was very clean. We were able to walk to places to eat in the afternoon after we returned from town visiting my mother at her nursing home and it's a stones throw from the beach. Roberts Grocery is right there and Always get Vito's Pizza and Trolly Stop - Tower 7 is a staple too! I would stay again.

Our third yearly gathering of my college besties staying at oceanic. We absolutely love it. It’s the perfect location if you don’t want to drive around and search for parking. So much is in strolling distance. Just steps from the beach. Fabulous views. Spotless and loaded with amenities.

We were 6 people (2 adults, 4 children ages 9 and under) and the apartment was perfect for our short weekend trip for my sister's wedding. The place was clean and clearly well maintained. Some of areas/appliances were a little older (stove, bathroom) but worked well. It is a walk up to the 3rd floor where we stayed but was fine for our family. May be something to keep in mind for older individuals who may not be able to make it up that many stairs. The location is UNBEATABLE. The beach access was right there and while we didn't require any use of the beach chairs or laundry room, they were on site. I did not require communication with the host other than the initial booking and check-in information, but the host was friendly and outlined directions clearly. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this location.

It was a great location, adjacent to the water, beautiful views from the porch, property was very nice with a pleasant home like feel. We were surprised to find that we were in the center of so many activities and delicious restaurants. The property mgr was very friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location/proximity to the beach. Very short walk. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Also nice proximity to a couple of bars/restaurants without it being too busy. Easily walkable to both.

Husband and I stayed at this property for five nights. We have stayed previously and were happy to see that the apartment was just as clean and comfortable as last time. The kitchen had what we needed and we loved sitting on the porch to take in the scenery. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is adorable. Vintage charming, while also very clean and well maintained and nicely furnished and uncluttered. We did not mind at all bringing our own linens for the nice price! Love the rockin chair porch! Closer to ocean than many "ocean front" properties. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing this sweet spot!

This property is just as advertised. Very convenient to restaurants, nightlife and steps to the beach. Parking was nice, the condo and front deck was a relaxing getaway. Owner communication as needed and informative.

We had a wonderful time at Clay’s place. The condo was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfy too. We had trouble with the door on the first day but I called Clay and he came right away and got it fixed. The only downside is the lack of a second bathroom but the amount of space and the location makes it a great place to stay.

The property was very clean and had a great cozy beach house vibe. The location was just steps from the beach and the ocean can be seen from the property balcony and living room windows. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed cookware, plates, utensils, coffee maker and toaster! Shops, restaurants and food stores are all within a short drive of 15-20 min. Private driveway for easy parking. The owner Clay was great providing the needed information and instructions! I would definitely stay there again when visiting Wrightsville Beach!

We had an absolute perfect stay at this apartment! We were in Wilmington for our daughter’s graduation. It’s 50 steps from bars and 50 steps to the beach. Very spacious, nice and clean. Nice beds. You have to bring your own bedding material and towels or rent them from property.
We loved staying here and will for sure book again.

Great location sufficient for a nice stay. This rental does have a lot of steps and my only suggestion would be better night lighting at side entrance to stairs. I do like that this property owner gives options for linen rental or bring your own.

Fantastic location, but doesn’t compensate for the state of the home.
First, we found out upon arrival that sheets and towels were not included (something that, at the time of booking and writing this review, was not disclosed.) You're given the opportunity to rent them for a small fortune.
Sheets were not the only corner cut. It appeared the home was not cleaned between tenants. In fact a note left by the precious renters was still on the counter. Dirt and sand was on the floor.
The home maintains some of its vintage features, Including doors that do not latch — even the one bathroom. One bedroom didn’t have a door knob at all.
The exterior door you’re instructed to go in and out of has a corroded lock, making it difficult to use.
The tvs in the bedrooms don’t appear to work at all.
The listing said two parking spots but you were lucky to get more than one at any point in time.

We found this gem when we decided to make a last minute trip to beach. With smaller kids being as close to the beach as possible is very important to us. You are just steps away from the beach and the downtown area! Great, well stocked place, owner was spot on with everything! We definitely plan to visit this spot again! You will not be disappointed with this rental!

We enjoyed our brief stay at this perfectly located rental. Clay was very responsive as we worked through some travel issues due to Hurricane Ian. Would definitely stay here again.
