About this house rental
Set out over three floors the middle floor houses the kitchen and lounge/diner. The lounge has a 42" flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD, Wi-Fi access and iPhone docking station. There are patio doors leading from the lounge/diner to the decking from where you can enjoy the fantastic sea views. Outside there is ample storage for kayaks, inflatables etc. and patio furniture.
On the lower floor is a tastefully decorated large double room with kingside bed and a bathroom with bath and electric shower over. There is access to the outside area at this level also. On the top floor is the twin bedroom and a beautifully appointed, large double bedroom again with king-size bed. Both rooms have French Doors to a shared balcony which has 180 degree views across Looe Bay. Also at this level is a bathroom with bath and electric shower over. The property has gas central heating throughout, a garage with parking for one car and an additional parking space.
This fantastic property is fully self contained but can also be rented with the adjoining property Beachside. Beachside has also been renovated by the same owners to the same standard and it is possible to connect the accommodation and the decking areas so that a party of up to 14 can enjoy the combined space. Please note mobile reception is poor in this area - O2, Vodafone and 3 are the best options.Please see the facilities tab for further info and accessibility.
