The villa is located only 180meters from the best sandy beach of the whole perfecture of Pieria which has amazing views of the summit of Mt Olympus and the Platamon castle. The sea is clean, clear and calm, very good for children as it is not very deep. It is also nearby (500m-3km) the most famous beach bars and night clubs of the area (Mylos, Le Moon, Molos, Baraki, Shark, NNoto).

The area is very popular with the tourists from all over the world during summer for the splendid beaches and during the rest of the year because it is very close to Mt Olympus (the mountain of the Gods). There are organized walking paths on the mountain, rest areas and chalets. Additionally you can find plenty of water springs and Monasteries nearby. There are also all-year-round festivals, sports and cultural events organized.
