T.QUAL licensed - Australian Tourism Quality Assured, Island Breeze is a luxurious, private, fully appointed house with free WIFI that has been designed to provide a relaxing holiday and tranquil setting with easy access to the major attractions of Kangaroo Island.
It has an open plan lounge, dine and kitchen, together with two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Island Breeze is approximately 500 metres from beautiful Vivonne Bay beach, voted in 2003 the best beach in Australia. The beach provides stunning views, safe swimming and surfing as well as good fishing.
Vivonne Bay is at the centre of the major tourist attractions including Seal Bay, Kelly Hill Caves, Admirals Arch, Little Sahara, Remarkable Rocks and Flinders Chase.
Local wildlife includes possums and wallabies that can be fed from the deck, sea lions at the jetty, dolphins, whales in the winter months, echidnas, goannas, beautiful blue wrens and kangaroos.

This property is really nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location is excellent and there were lots of wallabies around which was nice. Would definitely recommend amd stay again, thanks

We loved our stay at Island Breeze.
Highly recommend.
Stairs up were a challenge for husband with arthritis, but he did cope.
Visiting wallabies and currawongs were a highlight.
We were at Vivonne Bay in May, which is not the peak tourist season. So it was extra quiet and peaceful.
Albert the host was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you.

It was a comfortable well equipped house in a good location

This beach house has fabulous open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with views overlooking the bush. Also BBQ and outdoor seating area. Location nearish the Vivonne Bay beach is perfect for seeing some of KI's best sites, and owners communicated well. Also useful having free wi-fi as phone coverage is not great in some parts of island. Highly recommended.

Albert's place was spacious and spotless. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped - we wanted for nothing!

Unfortunately due to mix up in KI ferry timing we were unable to stay. Howerver we have stayed at Island Breeze in the past and found it to be excellent. We are definitely looking forward to staying there again in the future. It is located in a great spot close to all the attractions we were interested in on KI. The ratings provided are for our previous visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Breeze, visiting southern KI. We watched wallabies in the front yard in the evenings. Plenty of space for 2 couples or small family. Checkin/out was easy.

Island Breeze was situated in an ideal location, being near the beach, and also near all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was clean, tidy, and well provisioned with crockery, utensils, cooking equipment (including bbq), and fresh linen. The resident wildlife was also a joy to watch from the comfort of the property.

We had an amazing stay. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed with thoughtful extras (well stocked - loved that the knives were sharp too) . Quiet location was great to see the south and west of the island.

Great location, clean property but unfortunately the dishwasher was broken and the bbq is old and difficult to light.

Home was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Weather was very hot and there is just one cooling machine in home so bedrooms were a bit warmer than we normally prefer. Location turned out to be a bit inconvenient for what we ended up doing but that had nothing to do with how described. Vivonne bay is a nice quiet area with beautiful beach. Tourist activities can be somewhat nearby with Seal Bay and Raptor Domain. We ended up meeting folks at American River so longer distance to drive.

House was immaculately tidy. It had everything you would need and more including the coffee machine! Bed was comfy.

Vivonne Bay is an excellent location as a central base for exploring the island.
Loved the 5 little wallabies that visited every night in the front yard.

The house is in walking distance to beach and good location for exploring Flinders Chase National Park and Seal Bay. The house was clean and has everything you need for a stay. The beds are also very comfy. Even though there is no yard the balcony is nice to sit out on. The steps going up to the property are steep and make it a little difficult when trying to carry luggage up. Would happily stay again.

The Stayz site was clear and user friendly.
Our hosts provided clear and timely communications. Island Breeze had all that we needed and it gave us intimate encounters with wallabies and small birds, and cocooned us amongst the trees and nature.

The property was a classic beach cabin nestled in among the trees. Everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of restaurants/cafes in the local area. There’s the general store down the road which serves fish and chips and burgers but apart from this, there was only one other general store 30 mins away - no cafes or restaurants that we could find

Island Breeze was a very clean and comfortable property, only a short walk from the beautiful Vivonne Bay Beach and also really close to the general store with the famous whiting burger. The house was well set up with everything you need for a short stay.

The house was really well located for exploring the SW and North of KI. It was clean, warm, comfortable and well provisioned for our stay. The neighbours were friendly and the General Store helpful and friendly. We loved the little wallaby and looked forward to his evening visits. We did wonder what happened to others in your photos advertising the house? Many thanks for adding enjoyment to our KI adventure.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It had all the comforts that one needs. Very clean. Quiet and peaceful area. Location was perfect - short walk to both Vivonne Bay and the General Store. Spotted wallabies in the front yard. We could have stayed here for days on it.

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean with everything supplied. Couldn't find the remote control for the TV though, and didn't find our bed too comfortable. (It was hard with a big dip in the middle; it seemed to us to be due for replacement.)
