Appartement sympathique dans un quartier tranquille

Bien situé et un peu à l'écart du tumulte du centre ville immédiat. Proche des restaurants. 2 terrasses agréables. Parking très proche proposé par l’hôte à un prix correct.

L'éclairage est un peu juste dans la partie pièces de vie (séjour, table à manger). Quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient bienvenus. Il manquait l'eau chaude dans la cuisine lors de notre séjour (mais l'hôte devait vérifier ce point, nous lui avons signalé).

Parkplatz, Schöner Balkon, gute Wasserqualität , sauber , die Lage ist extrem gut , der Host war immer erreichbar , bei allen Sachen direkt geholfen , gutes Internet

Um den Parkplatz zu erreichen, muss man mit dem Gastgeber dort hin gehen

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit supernetten Gastgebern in einer wunderschönen Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bereits vor Anreise, aber auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Blanca bzw. Ihrem Bruder Manuel außerordentlich nett unf hilfsbereit! Die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum von Sevilla ist super und die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt. Wir genossen unseren morgendlichen Kaffee und den abendlichen Tagesausklang auf der Terrasse.

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, aber die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ist laut und die Matratze war uns persönlich zu hart.

Good location to visit Seville

Location of the apartment, very close to the city center. Parking place in underground garage for 15 eur/day. Nice terrace. Air conditioned, you cant stay without it, because being on the last floor in the afternoon is very hot there.

The bedroom is ok, but the rest of the apartment needs some improvements. The kitchen is basically equipped. The couch from the upper floor is not so comfortable.

Muy buena estancia en el centro de Sevilla

Ático muy agradable y funcional. Muy céntrico, en el casco antiguo, cerca (menos de 10 minutos andando) de la catedral, el alcázar y el barrio de santa cruz. Numerosos sitios para desayunar, comer o cenar a menos de 200 metros. Un carrefour express a 50 metros. Se puede alquilar (a los mismos propietarios) una plaza de garaje muy cerca para dejar el coche, porque aparcar por la zona es imposible. Comunicación con propietaria muy buena, tuvimos un pequeño problema y se solventó rápidamente.

Por poner algo, las escaleras que llevan al piso superior del apartamento son bastante empinadas en caso de que haya niños muy pequeños, no era mi caso, que las mías con seis y ocho no tenían ningún problema

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Super Unterkunft und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Gelegen mitten in der Altstadt, also super um die Stadt zu entdecken.

Der Parkplatz ist um die Ecke und man muss rückwärts reinfahren, dabei ist es ziemlich eng, nichts für schwache Nerven.

Great apartment in a lovely part of Seville

Great communication with the owner who stored our motorcycle securely just one minute from the apartment which is situated perfectly for all the local bars and restaurants, the apartment was spacious and the bed comfortably with everything you could need , we were on a motorcycle tour and stayed there for five nights so the washing machine came in handy, nice balcony to have a drink on at the end of the day ,

Location was great!

First day wifi didn’t connect but the next day owner fixed it. Airco makes really a lot of noise, it was very hot days so we needed to use and it worked good but we needed to sleep with earplugs. Bathroom was not so good clean, with some stains in the shower and some hair.

Excellent stay and a great host.

The location was amazing. Within the old town and a short walk through the streets to the main attraction in Sevilla. Blanca's suggestions for places to eat/things to do were fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Feel the authentic Seville in this interesting apartment

The apartment is very interesting, with two levels. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a living room, kitchen and terrace upstairs. It is very good located in the city center, near shops, restaurants and city sights. You can feel the real authentic Seville.

The bedroom window faces the street and can be noisy at night, but the second room upstairs is very quiet.

Spacious apartment with a lovely terrace in an exceptional location close to the restaurants, shops etc. There was also an option for leaving the luggage after the check out.

Amazing

Really super experience in Sevilla, and Atico Amistad was a big part of it. Excellent place, in the heart of sévilla. Blanca gave us good places to eat. The house is stunning. Thanks a lot.

Superb

Great apartment in fantastic location. Super clean & very comfortable for 4 persons. Can cook your own meals. Host accomodate us for early check in. Both check in and check out was easy. Host also recommended some great restaurants nearby the property. Most attractions within walking distance. Coffee maker with coffee pods etc

Having to walk up to the 2nd floor was not a problem for us but might be an issue for some. The shower area was a bit tight.

Perfect base to retreat too

Lovely quiet apartment and a great location. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe. Its so close to everything but really quiet. Blanca was so accommodating with my arrival time, I wasn’t sure if I would arrive at 4.30 or 8.30 and she was happy to flex around either. I loved having the terrace, great to have outdoor space. The apartment had everything I needed. This is a perfect base for exploring Seville, giving you a peaceful haven to retreat too.

Look no further for location and comfort, a true Andlusian-style accommodation with lovely hosts

This is a fantastic duplex flat, located in a relatively quiet corner of the old town, with a beautiful terrace and comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and truly wonderful hosts.

I cannot think of anything.

Will for sure try to book the same place if ever in Sevilla again. It's a save.

We had a great stay, even if too short. The hosts were very welcoming in helping with parking and I do advise to take their offer on it as parking so close to the centre without the possibility of their offer would have been impossible. The place was very clean and the terrace is great for resting after marathon walks around. Overall 10/10!

Very pleasant stay to explore Seville

Very clean, central, plenty of space and many details to feel like at home. All the utensils are there, and even cold water and coffee capsules. The host provided a great summary of points of interest too. Perfect!

Perfect location, kind host. Would defenetely recommend!!

Perfect location right in the old quarter, walking distance to all main sites in Seville. Not too big aprtment but exactly what we needed. Location was most important to us , and cleaningnes!! Hosts were very kind and helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations.

The third "bed" was actually a matrix on the floor, and there was not like a decent place to put it. So I would say the apartment is better suited for up to 4 people.

Spacious and light apartment in central location

We arrived in Seville before noon and it was very much appreciated that we were able to check in early - thank you Blanca. The apartment was very clean and tidy upon arrival and in a central location but still lots of peace and quiet. Nice outdoor area, spacious and light apartment and the bed super comfortable.

The sofa was not very comfortable.

Atico Amistad is perfect accommodation, home away from home; situated within a walking distance from all iconic landmarks, the railway station, and a local supermarket. The staff is responsive and friendly whenever asked a query. The two-floor structure with a large south-oriented balcony provides a massive amount of light all day long, ensuring a relaxing shade in the bedroom. Absolutely recommended!

Very good

A well appointed apartment with an excellent kitchen and a lovely rooftop balcony. The location was perfect for wandering the old city.

I realise this won't impact most visitors but it was cold. The heating struggled to get and keep the place warm.

everything besides the size of the bed. the owners were very nice.

the bed - too small for two tall people. we could not fit in comfortable the floor in the bathroom was dirty. We found a piece of plastic in the bed.

Brilliant host

Host was brilliant. Went out of his way to welcome and make us comfortable.

Location was tricky to reach on the first night. Car park is 5-10min walk away.

Really pleasant and helpful host, quick reply’s and plenty of assistance given regarding sightseeing & restaurants. Beautiful apartment with everything needed in a central location.

Because of health issues I struggled with the two flights of stairs up to the apartment & it was another flight inside.
