Great location, clean and tidy. Parking permit was very handy. Kitchen well appointed.
Difficult to locate. Google maps took us to Huntley Street but it wasn’t clear where Huntley Terrace was. Should be specified.

The apartment was gorgeous - very pretty and very clean. The location, right on the Ness and adjacent to the shops and restaurants, was perfect. The kitchen was perfect to cook in after a long day and the washer/dryer was a bonus.
There is an excellent and well-organized welcome book with a parking pass and visitor suggestions. Maybe for the US travelers, directions for the appliances would be helpful.

The flat is in a brilliant location in Inverness. It has everything you need and more, and Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly.
It was really a great stop in Inverness and we can recommend it to anybody.

This lovely flat is in a very central location. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Furthermore, the flat was nice and warm, which really helps after a day in Scottish weather:).

The location was perfect! it was very comfortable and cosy and made feel very at home.
Only tiny thing would maybe the curtain rail in one bedroom a bit precarious and I worried I would pull curtain off rail but was an easy work around.

Very good location in respect of Inverness city! It would take us 5 minutes to walk to Inverness High Street, but the location of the flat was very peaceful! It was tastefully decorated and very homely and the big corner sofa was a dream to sit on!
There was a Tesco Express literally in viewing distance of the flat, so shopping was very easy to handle as well!
This was a nice flat and a place we would definately book again, should we come to Inverness another time!

It's a lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable 2-bedroom flat close to a Tesco and the river. It comes with a parking permit and I was able to find a space very quickly. There was a folder with lots of good information (e.g. how to adjust the heating) and things to do. We used the "attractions" information to change our plans and visit Dunrobin Castle - which was excellent.
It's not the easiest of places to find. Thankfully I have a UK mobile with data, was given a Google maps link to the property and used it to locate the gate.

Extras in the cupboards and toiletries added to the feeling of home. Great location with noise coming from the local bird life. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, comfortable, clean apartment in perfect, central location. Easy to get everywhere and close to lots of nice restaurants and pubs. Hosts were friendly, helpful and gave lots advice about the area and things to do. Easy to check in/out and parking available close by. Really great find and highly recommend!

Great location near the centre of the city and all facilities. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and all that we needed for our stay. Communication with our hosts was clear and frequent. Would stay again.

The location is perfect, close to everything yet tucked away so it’s nice and quiet. Every time I returned to the property I truly felt I was going home! So comfortable and well equipped, I didn’t want to leave!!

Nice decoration, comfortable rooms, very cosy living room with large sofa and large smart tv, fast internet connection, bath towels, shampoo etc all provided.

Great location and quiet/peaceful.
Accommodation had everything in we needed. Helpful folder with instructions in for appliances (heating/kitchen etc) and a few recommendations for places to eat and visit for those not having been to the area before.
The property is situated in an area that takes a 5 minutes walk and your in the start of the town. You have the same quick access to the walks along the riverside, basically an excellent base to stay in with rail and bus services close by also for a day trip out if you don't want to drive (10/15 minutes walk).
Only downside that (could be seen for some) was the parking being away from the property itself (closest being a 5 minute walk (max), so not far at all). But as there is a carpark close by (supermarket) that can be used for 2 hours, getting your belongings into the property is quick and easy enough to do.
Once you have access to the property, you can then use the free parking permit and park in a few different streets (if you don't want to do this, there is a multi story carpark in the town centre that offers 24 hour parking which is about 10/15 minutes walk away).

Beds were comfy as was the sofa. Every room was clean. Kitchen filled with as much crockery and utensils as you would need. Washing machine great if staying longer. Stones throw from centre of town.
The only thing I did not like was the WiFi strength, television kept losing signal.

Brilliant communication, perfect location, clean and comfortable. A real home away from home and we really appreciated the extra touches to make the stay even more special. We didn't ever struggle to park nearby which was a huge bonus.
Larger towels would have been nice. We also couldn't sleep in the master bedroom due to the hum of the nearby extractor fan and also noise from nearby bars. Not a huge negative as the second bedroom was much quieter and lovely and dark.

Taigh Carnan is ideally located for exploring the city centre, it is tucked in a secluded area so very quiet and feels secure. I have not taken pictures as what you see on the advert is exactly what you get. The place is very clean and has everything that you can think you will need for a self-catering holiday (and other things such as a sewing box, cleaning stuff, plenty of extra linens, quality bow dryer, some condiments, teas, coffees, etc). The lounge is huge, decorated in such a way that everyone can freely move around. There are two good sized-bedrooms that has plenty of storage space for your things, or for your luggage is you do not wish to unpack. The linens and pillows are super comfy; the beds are firm. The toilet and bath is very clean, power shower with working heater. We also used the locked shed to store our luggage. Sarah is very attentive and efficient in responding to queries. I would highly recommend this place for a group of friends or family. It is a truly a lovely home away from home.
Nothing to mention here but note there is a set of stairs going up for those who may have mobility issues. There are rails to hold on to so it is safe even for kids. For us, this was not a problem at all even with our large bags.

Excellent location in close proximity to shops, restaurants, etc
The directions from Tesco Metro! took us 45 minutes to gain access and offload our luggage. Should read "From Tesco Metro, cross the road and follow the alleyway to the left of the British Legion club and enter by the wooden gate on the left. Number 2 is at the end of the pathway, drive round to the entrance to Huntly Terrrace (just along from the Premier Inn) and off load your luggage before parking in one of the designated permit parking spaces". Minor issue but the corkscrew is only fit for the bin. Fortunately we brought one with us!

Location was excellent, very close to all amenities, and very very close to the shopping centre. So many great places to visit, all fairly near by.
The parking was an issue, although we where given a parking permit, but spaces where at a premium, especially with a restaurant, a couple of bars and a premier inn nearby, but saying that, we always found a parking space.

Great location great facilities very comfortable flat a home from home
Parking the car quite a distance my other half didn't like this as there were drunk youths mucking around with wipers on cars.

Lovely, comfortable and nicely renovated Victorian flat in the heart of Inverness. Spotless clean. Comfortable soft beds. Duvets could be warmer for the winter though. Ideal for 2 persons, not so sure for 4. No view from windows, but enough daylight coming in. We didn't have to use our car as we could do everything on foot. This is exactly what we were looking for. Restaurants, shops, supermarket just a stone throw away. Easy to park on adjacent streets with the visitor's permit provided.

The central gas heating system is not so easy to manage (as mentioned in another review). It was quite cold as soon as it went off. We had to manage the boosting to reactivate it on a regular basis. Unfortunately the heating system collapsed a day prior our departure. Electric heating fans were provided.
We encountered very noisy neighbours from downstairs. Nearly everyday starting around 10pm, for an hour or two, either yelling at each others or listening to loud music. Fortunately this was just for a short period of time. We learnt that they just moved in, so we are sure that Sarah and Kevin will sort that out.
