We'll be staying here again!

Cottage's interior arrangement and decor really suits the islands - AC in the bedrooms was great - kitchen helped us keep the food bill down (one of the best markets on the island is just down the road about a mile) - bar/restaurant and beach are literally right out your door.

The beach was rather small (1000 ft frontage, maybe?) - but thankfully not crowded.

Proximity to the beach and the entertainment district of the city. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere is very good for reflection.

it’s a fantastic place to stay, it was really quiet, the beach is superb, beach bar and other bars within walking distan

Lots of space, our apartment was right on the beach and was really comfortable.

we had a minor problem with the plumbing but we’re given the keys to another cottage to use instead so we’ll dealt with.

If you’re looking for a conveniently located, small scale experience, look no further. This place is a gem.

The access to the beach and the size of the cottages makes this place a perfect getaway.

We like simple so if you’re looking for super swanky accommodations, this may not work for you. For example, there’s only AC in the bedroom. for us that’s perfect.

It was a beautiful stay and convenient to have the sand bar on the property as well:)

The staff was very welcoming. They prefer to be contacted through WhatsApp for any questions after office hours and they were prompt to respond. I loved that the cottages are right by the ocean so you can go for a dip anytime.

The water heater runs solar and on cloudy days we would only get cold water. The binder in the room had the location to manually turn the water heater switch on in the kitchen but it was actually outside. You can't miss the big red button to turn it on. Once on, we never had an issue with water temp again.

A place to find yourself and reset your priorities.

A fabulous location. Clean environment and very rustic. Decent food and drinks at the Beach Bar. Cottages on the beach with an amazing view. Privacy. Very serene. Will return.

Furnishings a bit dated. Can be modernised/upgraded. But well kept.

Very good

The staff was great. Everyone was super helpful and attentive. The thing we loved the most was the location. Literally, mins to the airport, Grand Anse Beach, shopping, etc.

Good place to stay

The kitchen was excellent Generous sitting area Nice bedroom Shower with reliable hot water Daily cleaning - including clean beech towels There is a small general store at the marina in five minutes walk Good beach bar that serves nice food and excellentmrum punch

Poor local bus service but taxis are good (but not cheap) The big super market is a long walk

Quiet private beach. Friendly staff. Great location and very comfortable cottages. We were 7 in the group and the cottages worked out quite well for meals and entertainment

Very Relaxing Resort with Great Staff

We chose to stay at Lance Aux Epines Cottages because it was beach front and completely enjoyed our stay. The Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The beach was peaceful and clean and the restaurant/bar was convenient with good food and drinks at fair prices.
