Very welcoming and relaxing stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Celicall. We had a wedding at Mar Lodge and the location was ideal to travel to it. The room was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The couple were very friendly and helpful as I had forgotten my hairdryer and the landlady offered the use of one. The landlady gave us comprehensive information about the area and the restaurants. Would certainly recommend for a relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay in beautiful Ballater, wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The sliding ensuite door got stuck when trying to close it. But this was only a minor issue. Some of the decor felt quite dated but it was all spotlessly clean.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Had tea/coffee making facilities. Convenient location.

Private parking very limited and tight access for larger vehicle. Breakfast didn't start until 8am.

great place to stay , traditional B+B, right in the centre of Ballater, smashing friendly owners

warm and friendly greeting on arrival and next morning at breakfast, lovely couple own/manage the B+B, lovely place to stay in the centre of Ballater and the freshly cooked breakfast was excellent.

amazing and so good

it was fabulous! Hosts were amazing and the service wonderful. I want to steal the bed !! It was so good. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It is opposite what was the Royal Train Station ( hasn’t been used in 60 years but still.) the breakfasts were superb and I cannot overstate how much I loved staying. would do so again in a heartbeat

Brilliant!

I had a fantastic stay all round, my room was really nice, the location was fantastic. Secure gated parking, control of the temperature of my room (which are normally way too hot for me to sleep!). Incredibly handy for local amenities in easy walking distance. All followed by a well prepared tasty breakfast that gave me a great start to my working day! In all a fantastic place to stay!

Lovely stay in Ballater

Our stay at Celicall was great! It was located right on the main street, with all the village shops, restaurants and cafés right out the front door. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious and there were lots of choices. We loved that we could park our car right out the back in a secure lot! The location was perfect for our family visiting, and also for exploring the beautiful Royal Deeside area! We would absolutely stay here again when we are back in the area!! Thanks!!

Couldn’t fault the location and hosts however it’s a little dated in decor but it did not put me off I would stay there again.
