Apart from the bathroom my stay was satisfactory.

Convenient for exploring the city

The drain of the shower was blocked and water spilled onto the toilet area. The bathroom was damp so this has been an ongoing problem for some time. As a result I was unable to shower. I was travelling with family staying in the cottage next door and was able to use their facilities.

Everything we needed and at a good price too.

Lovely beds, bathroom, kitchen, good wi-fi for a WFH day and desk was comfortable. Nice to be able to look out at the garden as well. Great value.

The water pump wasn’t great although we got used to it. Also the couches weren’t my favourite and a deckchair or two would have been nice.

It was comfortable and perfect for what we needed

Being able to check in late The very friendly staff They had the sleeper couch made up for us on arrival Daily room cleaning if needed The main bedroom and bed was lovely The bathroom was modern and newly renovated

Some of the appliances need upgrading - the stove top is rusty The kettle is rusted and the kettle cord has been cut and then taped back together The deep freeze needs defrosting The braai is very rusted

Comfortable, met our needs, service was good, easy to get keys.

Spacious , everything that we needed. Clean, lovey big bedroom, nice linen. Modern bathroom.

Shower does not drain well and the floor becomes very wet and slippery. Parking is not easy as share the car port with unit 3 - only if both units have small cars can you fit in - had to park Fortuner right outside the cottage. Just make guests aware of this. Would be good to have fans - luckily we brought our own. Cannot open windows in the lounge.

Disappointing

It seemed clean. I liked the wooden floors and furniture in the main bedroom. There was a small garden with an outside bench. There was safe parking.

It was a soulless, sad place. The tone of the information notice seemed abrupt and stern, warning against noise and destruction. The inside and outside bins were missing. We told the host and the reply was: "We know ma'am, the previous guests broke it". No warmth, just apathy. No attempt to remedy the situation until the next day when we insisted on being provided with a bin. The toaster was broken and there were not enough forks. To their credit, they eventually responded (just before we left) by bringing a working toaster, and extra fork and a bin. It would benefit from a table in the living room and more rechargeable lights or gas appliances in case of load shedding.

The apartment was great i wish i could have stayed a little bit longer ,quit and close to everything

It was a very nice place and affordable.

We liked everything about the apartment. I can't go into finer details but everything was good. The cleaning lady was very nice to us and even asked if there's anything wrong or anything we needed. On our return, we'll definitely bring more of our friends and definitely staying more days. We called it a "home away from home". Pity the place is fully booked for the December holidays. we'd have arranged some time of the holidays there.

There's nothing i didn't like about the place. Everything was good. If i were to say there's something i didn't like, then I'll be lying. Keep up the good environment and clean premises. Please and thank you.

Our stay was amazing, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and comfort.

Yhe location os central, close to town and in a quiet street.

Good but it could’ve been better

The units are spacious, beautiful and clean

The units had faulty essential items if not non-functional at all. There was no salt, no cloth to wipe or wash dishes, no mop for spills. The heater didn’t work. The iron didn’t work and instead spilled water on your clothes making it so you can’t wear what you were trying to iron. The admin lady went AWOL when we had to check in, after she’d told us what time to arrive to see her and make payment. We had to drive back again the next day to make the payment and later on got accused of leaving without making payment whereas the payment was made at Bartholomews Loft with 2 staff present. The WiFi was quite bad, could barely get any of my work done

Excellent stay

Great location, we didn’t have breakfast. Friendly staff. Backup provision for load shedding. Comfortable king size bed. Big rooms.

Electric blanket and bedside lamp were not working. I think the problem was with plugs.

Quiet, spacious apartment close the centre.

There was someone present during the day one could interact with. So, we could get a 2nd (single) duvet for night 2 and 3. All rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Location quite central, but not bothered by traffic at all.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom and kitchen. Bedside-table lights, not reading lamps.

Superb

Heater, electric blankets were especially useful during winter.. Lights during loadshedding in particular were appreciated, over and above the usual wifi etc. Very spacious unit.

The TV could either be bigger or moved closer to the bed. It was difficult to make out. However, bouquet selection was good.

the cleaning lady did a great job to clean the place everyday. improvement would be spring cleaning of the dust

the parking for big cars was an issue, and i was concerned about security especially at night when you are in the property. i would have liked to arm the alarm when inside the property, but i realized later that the workers live in the property so the security issue was displaced my concerns.

It was ok...could've been better

On arrival they showed us to our unit but later asked us to move put because they put us in the wrong unit. We were terribly upset with.
