About this cottage rental

The cottage is entirely self contained
featuring three spacious bedrooms, sleeping six adults two queen beds and two single beds, a fully appointed
country kitchen, large verandahs, two open fires and a modern bathroom plus a second toilet.
Telephone (local), TV, books, games and BBQ are provided. All linen is
supplied.

Location

This enchanting cottage is
nestled in the rolling
countryside surrounding the village of Berry. It has amazing views to the escarpment and also views over rolling hills to the ocean. It has a lovely waterfall on the property. The cottage is very private as we have 150 acres so no close neighbours.

Jasper Cottage is just 10 minutes from the township
of Berry and 2 hours from Sydney.

We love every moment of our trip. It's such a cute cozy cottage and was the perfect place for our trip down to Berry. The area and surrounds are so gorgeous and we are so grateful to have been able to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us, couldn't have ask for a better place. Look forward to the next trip!

The property was hard to find in the dark the sign was not lite. Some wood stacked in the fireplace would have been nice. I was lead to believe there were 3 double bedrooms but there are 2 doubles and one room you enter thru another bedroom which had 2 single beds. There was a nasty sewage smell in the hall when we arrived requiring lots of perfume. The cottage is cute but I would list as pretty basic. Lovely area and outlook.

We loved the cottage and the location, my boys got really excited when some cows came up next to our fence. Plenty of supplies to keep you warm in the evening. The covered terrace is amazing for breakfast and brunch in the sun. Pots, pans, plates etc could have been cleaner.

A relaxing long weekend At Jaspers cottage located in a quiet valley in the hills of Berry. The cottage has everything we needed. We loved seeing the cows and took the opportunity to do a couple of the nearby walks. The beach was within 15 min so we were able to enjoy the countryside and ocean. The owners were communicative and very accommodating with a couple of requests. Highly recommend Jaspers Cottage!

Jaspers Cottage was perfect for our Friendsmas weekend away. The countryside on the drive in and the views from the cottage are gorgeous and the cows outside our window in the morning were a lovely treat. The cottage had everything we needed and when the power was cut due to a big storm on our final night Tom and Pam provided us with a big bag of candles and a bottle of bubbly. Soooo lovely! We played board games by candlelight and will remember it for many years to come.

We combined a wedding weekend with a farm stay . Such a lovely part of the world . Relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful views from the house . It’s just short trip into Berry for anything you might need as well as some good shopping . Wedding venue was a 5 minute drive away , so very convenient. Enjoyed staying in a real farm house .

We really enjoyed ourselves at Jasper Cottage. A lovely little cottage tucked away for peace and tranquility. Everything you need is provided for you in the cottage and the surrounding views were amazing sipping on your coffee on the balcony. Berry is only a short drive away so very convenient location to pop into town and visit the cute little shops. Host was great. Really nice getaway from city life. Highly recommend.

A perfect weekend in a rustic cottage. Everything you need and more. Very clean and so lovingly looked after by Tom & Pam. The children had an absolute ball in the fields playing seeing the cows. Kangaroos and wombats. Early morning walks in rolling fields, night time open fires. Seeing the moon and stars was magical. Can’t wait to go back!

Three adult couples had a wonderful time staying at Jasper cottage over the June long weekend. We all thoroughly enjoyed the piece and tranquillity of this property, particularly the views over the paddocks and nearby hills. Great sunrises in the morning. The old farm house has a lot of character but I would suggest that the third bedroom be kitted out with at least a double bed (rather than two singles) to better cater for couples. There are some great food options in town and nearby wineries but the property is so nice you don't really need to go anywhere.

We were a group of friends staying the weekend for a nearby wedding on the Saturday relaxing on the veranda with a cheese plate and wine on Friday afternoon. We found the beds comfortable, it was easy to find with good directions to getting to the cottage. Would stay again to explore the area.

My husband, my two kids and I recently stayed at Jasper's Cottage for 5 nights. What a stunning property - inside and out. We felt so lucky to be there. The property was like a second home with great amenities. A couple of emergency kitchen supplies like some cooking oil would have been a nice added touch and unfortunately the split system air con seemed to be on the blink, but these were minor points amongst an otherwise blissful week. The property was a great base for our visits to Wollongong, Kiama, Gerringong, Jamberoo and Jervis Bay. We all loved the place and can't wait to come again and again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jaspers Cottage - was just what we needed and an ideal spot to base ourselves for our 5 night stay. A short drive into Berry for fabulous food and shopping and retreating back to the cottage for a wine on the balcony watching the cows in the afternoon - perfect! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We needed some peace & quiet and time away from our normal busy routines. Jasper Cottage certainly delivered. The cottage is very charming with lots of character & history, it was like a step back in time for us. The open fireplace was very much welcomed by my lady. Just sitting by the fire & chatting was very relaxing. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing location. The cows came up to the home only on the first day but the view is stunning. It was very cold when we went however there are lots of heaters in the home. The porch around the house is perfect.

The beauty of this property is unmatched. The fresh air and space was absolutely life affirming! We absolutely loved the location and my children loved the cows and the hammock! Everything was fabulous. My only complaint was the shortage of cooking utensils (measuring cups/spoons, baking dish etc.) but no great problem.
