This property couldn't be more perfect whether in for the weekend or a long term stay. I cannot find one thing negative to say, nor can I describe how incredible the experience was. Michael, the host, is the reason why they have 5 stars. I would give it 50 if I could.. This was as good as it gets on all levels. Thanks again for going above and beyond as a host!

Property met our needs and allowed us to explore Dallas as you are in close proximity to everything. Owner was attentive and responded promptly. Would recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

My stay was seamless from the moment I made my reservation to the moment that my security deposit was refunded. I can't brag enough about how nice and accomadating Michael the host was. The place was awesome too. I really loved staying here. The pictures look exactly like the property, and it was impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Not only is this place stunning the owner is extremely gracious. The location is killer for a Taxi or Uber to restaurants and bars in Uptown. The Condo was extremely clean and has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This condo was my third experience with VRBO and I am once again incredibly satisfied. It was in excellent condition, there was plenty of space for the women on the trip, we were in a perfect location for anything that we wanted to do. however, if you have a loud group or intend to do anything later in the evening you may have some trouble with the neighbors at this property. Aside from that, we will definitely be looking to use this property again. We had a fantastic time.

This condo worked well for a mini reunion of college friends. Just minutes away from Dallas/Love Field Airport and about 25 minutes away from Dallas/Fortworth Airport. Restaurants and grocery stores are very close. The condo is well-maintained, and user friendly. Michael offered fantastic customer service as he was just a call/text away. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Dallas who enjoys the comforts of home, while away from home.

WOW! What a Gem! It was one of my favorite VRBO's I have ever stayed at.
This Condo was Amazing and Beautiful. If you like Modern and Special and easy access to everything, this is the condo for you and your guests! It had so many special accommodations that you do not see in other VRBO's. I guess I would call these "bonus perks". A coffee bar that includes the ability to froth your milk, with plenty of different types of creamers and coffee's to choose from. A full "Honor System" bar which was nice when first arriving and you don't immediately want to run out to the grocery stores. Lot's of extra blankets and pillows and all the bedding was high quality...I tend to be really picky about my bedding. The location was perfect to get to Downtown, Central Expressway and the Tollway, quickly making which ever direction you are going, an easy task. I couldn't get over the coziness of the crystal rock fire place.....a total luxury!!!!! Oh, and I cannot leave out the Gorgeous Pine Hardwood Floors......the most Beautiful I've seen. You have to see them to understand what I am talking about. You normally don't see pine hardwoods stained dark.....Beautiful!!!!!!
The most Amazing thing was how accommodating and friendly the owner was. He was always accessible for any questions you may have and always replied back quickly if not immediately. Most often I was able to text him and get an immediate response.
I had the honor of previously staying at another one of this particular owner's condo's, so my expectations were high! I was delighted to see that my expectations were met! I hope the owner will acquire many other VRBO locations. I will always choose his!

Great condo, great location!
We completely enjoyed our stay at Michael's condo! It has such great character and every amenity you could want. I mean, what rental has a milk frother for your morning coffee!! The rooms are all nice sizes and everything was impeccably clean. We wanted to be in the Dallas area, in a safe place, yet close to everything. We couldn't have asked for a better location. There is even a park with a jogging trail complete with exercise stations along the path, and all just a few blocks jog/walk/run away. Michael was readily available by text, and he even called to check on us. We've been using VRBO/Home Away for years and this may have been our best experience to date!! Thanks a million, Michael!

Wonderful Holiday Experience
Michael's condo was great for my family during Thanksgiving! The location and layout were as advertised - location near great shopping, restaurants, groceries; layout perfect for a family with teenagers with one bedroom up and one down. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner, Michael, was immediately responsive when small issues happened (which is to be expected when you stay somewhere for a week). The only complaint my family had is that TVs were needed in both bedrooms. :)
I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and would stay again during our next trip to Dallas.

Excellent, stylish, well maintained
We enjoyed our three-night stay at this downtown Dallas condo. It is stylishly modern and well-maintained, very clean and comfortable. It's only minor flaw is the lack of a half-bath on the main floor. Anyone wishing to stay here must be okay with frequent trips up and down stairs, which was not a problem for us. It's probably most suitable for younger travelers, given the stairs and its downtown location, though not recommended for young children. The neighborhood may appear questionable at first glance, but we found it to be very quiet and off the beaten path, though still convenient to downtown.
The owner was exceedingly helpful with detailed instructions for ingress and egress--very communicative and friendly. The only other issue is not the fault of the condo itself, perhaps a result of its location. Dallas traffic at rush hour is fairly horrendous. We needed to get to Oak Cliff, on the west side of central Dallas by early evening Friday, and so had to negotiate serious gridlock. Would we stay here again? Certainly if not for the need to be convenient to the west side, where our relatives live. If that is not an issue for you, and you like being close to the great amenities of downtown Dallas, then we would highly recommend this condo!

I highly recommend staying at this property. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and best of all the owner was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. I have a chemical sensitivity, and those needs were addressed with housekeeping before we arrived. We also needed a couple of items that first day, and Michael had them there by that afternoon. The kitchen is very well stocked which was a huge added bonus! We will certainly stay here again next time we are in Dallas.

Excellent condo close to downtown
Five adults from our family chose this condo for a special birthday vacation in Dallas to see the Cowboys and the Mavericks, among other things, and it worked out very well. This attractive, updated condo is architecturally interesting, spacious and offers everything you need. I personally found the modern decorating scheme offered just the right touches, making it feel like home, yet not so much that you feel you're invading someone's else's space. Love the vaulted ceilling! The location close to downtown and Deep Ellum, offers easy access to other parts of Dallas. With two couples and one single, we each had our own floor for sleeping. However, one of us was on an air mattress, which we inflated every night and deflated every morning for five days. The sizable master suite includes a generous master bath with dual sinks, and a glass-enclosed, fully-tiled shower and soaker tub area with a window. Fabulous!

You will feel like a VIP staying here. Arrived w/ wife and 2 kids for a conference. Close to all the major attractions-museums, parks, etc.. Will never think about staying in a hotel again. Well stocked amenities, clean open floorplan, felt safe at all times, overall well kept property. I can't find anything negative to say about this place. I thank Michael for his communication and sharing this home with us.

This home was in the perfect location for grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, drug stores, etc. The home is absolutely beautiful! Michael kept in touch with us and was very helpful. We settled in and enjoyed all aspects of this elegantly designed space. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom is amazing! Our son and his wife had the bedroom on the first floor and were very comfortable in their own private space with bathroom and patio. The well stocked kitchen, elegant dining room and very well laid out living room are on the second floor. On the third floor is a master bedroom with huge bathroom and walk-in closet. All in all this was a great place to stay in Dallas and the accommodations were top-notch. We highly recommend this home and would stay there again.
