Our beachfront apartment is located in the heart of Juan Dolio, at the condominium Marbella.

Juan Dolio is a small & safe town in which you can find lots of restaurants, mini markets and a golf course during your vacations. Very close from the unit you will find a car rental and gas stations as well.

The monthly rate for February and March is $2000 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $2000 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Great place

Great location, loved the place. Very well stocked with all the necessary items you would need. Only one thing I could complain about was the Wifi was weak and connection kept dropping also the range was very minimal. Other than that everything else is as shown.

internet speed 1MB (really poor). check-in experience: bad. hot water: didn’t work properly: water was either hot or cold. pool tower: not enough for all adults registered. main besroom shower: clogged. support/assistance: poor. Parking: outside facilities. No drinks, no food allowed around the pool. No visits allowed: forget about a friend visiting you to have a coffee.

Great weekend, nice apartment

The apartment was in order. The A/C and the hot water were working properly. It has a nice beach decor, the kitchen had all the appliances needed. Very clean. Marbella is very safe, lots of personnel in site, nice and clean pools and a great beach with cabannas and beach chairs to relax and have a wonderful time. It also has a restaurant bar on site, with good prices. The only thing I saw needed to improve to a 5 star is that the refrigerator was dripping water (a little bit), and all the pans (skillets) need to be replaced. I'm definitely returning!
