Great house. Pool really made it for my 2 grandsons. Couldn’t get them out. House was updated in 2021 and was very well appointed. Close to beach. Property manager was extremely responsive and attentive. Would consider again!

Exactly as advertised! We were a 3 generation family and this home suited our needs perfectly. We used the outdoor grill and ate outside a few nights in the back pool area - just a perfect setting. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor pool area is spacious, and the owners have very clearly and thoughtfully furnished this unit with attention to detail - nothing is overlooked. The beach is two blocks away - a short 5-7 minute walk. We rented chairs/umbrellas for the week from the staff on the beach as suggested by the owner, and it was a smart idea. The owners were available by text or phone immediately, and were incredibly kind when we had an illness during the week - even offering to go to the grocery store or drug store for us if needed! We will rent from them again, either this home or others that they own. We spent more time in Rehobeth (five minute car ride) than Dewey, but that’s because we had grandchildren with us who wanted to go to the boardwalk/Fun Land. There is a little store just a two minute walk away which has fruits/vegetables/water/milk/cider donuts/coffee/breakfast sandwiches and is open breakfast-lunch hours. Very convenient! Five stars!

We have rented many houses over the years in Rehoboth & Dewey but none as wonderful as this one! The location was ideal - a short walk to the beach and a quick trip by car or bike or a nice walk by foot into downtown Rehoboth or Dewey. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very clean & well-decorated home with fun touches and decor. Very comfortable bedrooms with every convenience, including charging stations on each bedside table. Lovely bathrooms with good water pressure in all showers. Great common spaces indoors and out - including the back porch overlooking the pool, which we made good use of and was heated to the perfect temperature, as well as the hanging bed on the front porch- a lovely spot to read a book. A perfectly outfitted and nice size kitchen - every appliance or utensil we needed was there and in very good shape. Great A/C - we have stayed in houses before where we could not get it cool enough, but even on the hottest days, the A/C units kept up with the heat outside and made it possible to sleep so well. We especially liked that each bedroom could control its own temperature. Lyn was incredibly easy to work with - so friendly and knowledgeable and responsive - she answered every question we had ahead of time, as well as during our stay. The guide to the house and the area she prepared was so helpful - including restaurant suggestions for dining out and take in, nearby markets, and suggested activities and shops. We will be back! Can't wait!

A great house in a great spot. Great backyard with a lovely little pool. It’s nicely furnished with cute touches. Very comfortable for our family!

House is uber clean, pool and backyard was a hit for everyone, facilities are updated with good water pressure, in unit laundry/dryer, and kitchen was well stocked with al you can need for cooking. However location was the best part: quiet but easy walk to beach and we biked everyday to the boardwalk. We would defo otwly stay again

Perfect little house for our family of 12! With 5 children, 4 under 7 yrs, having a pool was a Godsend! We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons in the pool, which kept the children very busy. The handbook asks to keep the noise down in the pool because there’s an ‘anti pool sentiment amongst the neighbors’. We seemed to be the only house with one! Truth be told, it is SUPER hard keeping the noise down with 5 crazy kids swimming, so it was a bit stressful. There were 2 outdoor showers to rinse off the beach sand before we jumped in, which were 100% necessary! The kitchen was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a TV, which didn’t thrill those staying there, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker: they lived! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great with everything within walking distance. We would totally come back!

This was our 3rd stay and 2nd property with Lyn, and it was excellent as always. The properties are consistently very nice with a ton of character and ambiance. And the pool is a game changer! Great experience all around.

This house checks all the boxes if you are looking for a great place to stay. Short walk to the beach and downtown Dewey and wonderful pool. House was clean and well organized. Don't hesitate booking this one....we had a great time.

Everything here is top notch! Our family had a great experience-from the pool, Smores by the fire, games on the deck, short walk to the beach and lovely kitchen. By far the best property we've ever stayed in. We loved riding the trolley into Rehoboth Boardwalk and the stop was very close by. Great choices to eat out in Dewey as well. The owners were excellent - very responsive to any questions we had. I almost want to keep this gem to myself, but wanted to share so everyone can enjoy!

Something for everyone at this property. Great fun at the fire pit making s’mores. Pool was refreshing. With kids be sure to bring your favorite pool toys. Great little deli/farm market close by. Trolley was an easy ride into Rehobeth boardwalk. House guide book was very helpful. Beach was an easy walk and both house and beach are dog friendly. If you book early in the season be sure to bring your beach umbrella snd chairs the beach shack wasn’t open early in the week. We’d book again if returning to this beach for vacation.

I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in Dewey Beach! It was clean, well decorated, and great location. Walking distance to many things and just a couple of blocks to the beach. We loved the pool especially for the couple of days with less than great weather and in the evenings!

Beautiful place for our family to meet and spend time together. Close to the ocean, shopping and Restaurants. We walked to all! Backyard pool area is truly a relaxing oasis.

Owner was of property was great to work with! The house we rented had renters leaving the same day we were arriving. They had a sick child and couldn’t leave so she set us up in her other home making up all the beds! Family was happy with location being the perfect place being near the ocean and a great place for fishing

I stayed with a bunch of girlfriends and we had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect size for us and the heated pool was a lifesaver since our weekend weather was sub par. Kitchen was great, plenty of seating, plenty of beds, and great location. Thanks, Lyn!

My family stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect! It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Lyn was a fantastic host and so easy to communicate with. Best of all, the house was just two blocks away from the beach! We are so grateful for the relaxing getaway.

We had an absolute blast at this house in Dewey Beach. We were a group of Dad (65 yrs), Older Sister and husband (36 years), Middle sister and husband (35 years), and Youngest sister and boyfriend (31 years). Plus we had 2 kids (2 years and 4 months) and our 15 year old dog in tow. A mixed group - but everyone had a BLAST! The house is conveniently located 2 blocks from Dewey beach and like 3 short blocks from the Trolley Stop to Rehoboth Boardwalk. We enjoyed a wonderful day at Dewey Beach which was clean and not overcrowded at all! We also loved taking the Jolly Trolley (a huge hit for the 2 year old) to Rehoboth boardwalk for Thrasher fries and ice cream! It was really easy to order tickets for Trolley online and made it so easy to get to the boardwalk with the 2 little ones, strollers, etc. The house itself was the PERFECT spot for family hang outs. In fact we spent the majority of our time enjoying the house! It was very clean - all of the bedrooms were so nice. Beautiful newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen! The owners had the AC set when we arrived - it was the perfect temp! The living room and dining table became two of our favorite hangout spots as a family. The backyard was the best part! Perfect size pool with pool toys! Grill and ample hangout areas. We grilled out every night that we were there!!! Which made it really easy especially with set kid’s bedtimes. We spent many afternoons at the house just hanging out and relaxing by the pool (during nap times). Also, outdoor showers were AMAZING for getting sand off so no sand was tracked into the house or in the pool! The kids had a blast! And the adults did too! We definitely want to rent this house again on our next trip to Dewey. Perfect for all ages and enough space that everyone was comfortable! The owners were great too! Gave us so much info about the area before our stay so we could have made reservations at some of the amazing restaurants (again, we enjoyed the house so much that we had dinners at home at the large dining table). They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions during our stay. Everything was organized so well - it was really easy too! Loved the check-out checklist. With not very many tasks on the list but also so well organized it helped get the 7 adults, 2 kids, and pet out of the house really easily the morning of our departure. Anyway - great house, great backyard, great owners, conveniently located!!!

My family and I had a fantastic vacation. The house is clean and well furnished. It’s in a perfect location a short walk to a very quiet beach but within walking distance to the much busier rehobeth and Dewey beaches and their restaurants. Lyn is a great host and promptly replies to all messages and provides useful recommendations. The house even comes with a thorough guide that answered most of our questions. Would definitely recommend this home!

The kids, grand kids and yellow lab had a wonderful time at this newly renovated property. Our family of 10 comfortably fit into this house and everyone loved the pool. It's a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, which was a pleasant surprise having stayed in Rehoboth for years. We will definitely come back. The owners are terrific and very accommodating.

This condo is everything we hoped it would be. Equal amounts of proximity to everything and privacy when needed. The beach views are phenomenal from the screened porch and the place is well equipped. The property manager is readily available when needed (although it was rare that we needed her). I'd stay here again and highly recommend it.
