About this house rental
This beautiful newly build home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a completely separate unit from the main house with its own separate entrance which will provide needed privacy to its dwellers. The location comes with many parking spots. In addition, guests will have access to Wifi, a Smart TV (Roku accessible), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The large, serene, green and beautifully decorated backyard is a shared space between the front and back house. This cozy place is conveniently situated amongst some of the coolest attractions that Southern California has to offer. Big attractions such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are 5 and 2 miles away, respectively. For those who are interested in the local culture, there are smaller local attractions such as Medieval Times, Soak City, Adventure Park, or the swap meet that are a mere 10 minutes away. NOTE: we have 3 outdoor cats who like to roam around the back yard. Turkey, the black cat, is the friendlies but will only let you pet his head. The other two might run if approached. Since this guest house is situated in a residential neighborhood, we do not allow parties to be hosted at this location.

After a slight difficulty locating the house number we had absolutely no problems. It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. we love the bottles of water and the snacks available made available. It is a small bungalow attached to a main house. 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and kitchen - perfect for two women to have their own space. very quiet and close to restaurants and stores with proximity (15 min drive) to Disneyland . i would stay again !

This was a delightful place to stay during our Disney trip. It was clean, well kept, and well appointed. The host was responsive, the beds were comfortable, and we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Tim‘s property was great. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the location proximity to Disneyland. We also love the back patio and being able to sit outside and relax in the amazing California weather we would definitely stay again.

We loved this property. It was clean and cute and in a great neighborhood. Communication with the owner was great as well.
There are only 1 thing I would improve to give it a 5 star. 😊. This house is attached and behind a house. When we would come home at night it would be great if there was a light out front. Being single women it would have made us feel more secure when we pulled in and got out of our car. It is a very safe neighborhood so this isn’t a deal breaker and we would go back. This is just a little something that would have made us more secure at night.

What a great property close to Disney! This 2 bed 2 bath property is the perfect place to stay if you are going to Disney! Clean, quiet and much more spacious than any hotel. Tim the owner was amazing to work with. I would absolutely stay here again! The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful and the bedroom spacious and comfy!

We were looking for a place for two adult couples for a celebration trip and this property checked off all the boxes. It is 15 mins from Disney; about 45 mins from Universal and a little under an hour from LAX. There are two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. We found the property with more than enough room for us and our needs and would absolutely stay again if we are fortunate to find ourselves in Sourthern Cali. The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and cozy.

Timothy and Vivienne were excellent hosts. The accommodation was better than described, new, modern, comfortable and close to all the necessary amenities including Disneyland. The outside seating area was beautiful with comfortable chairs and table, nicely secluded. The house had its own entrance and Timothy and Vivienne were always available to help snd advise. When we arrived there was already cold bottled water in the fridge and coffee facilities along with some snacks. Two bathrooms with all you would need for a stay including lots of fresh clean towels. This property was exactly what my friends and I needed for the Celebrate Recovery Summit 2023. We did not spend much time in the unit due to the conference, however when we were there it was quiet. It served our needs, it was a clean, quiet, and air conditioned place to sleep and eat. There are only 5 rooms total. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a kitchen/dining room. There was not a living room, which was fine for us as we did not need it. Timothy, the owner was extremely polite and helpful. We had a problem figuring out the dishwasher, but he was quick to show us how it worked. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great place to stay. As a matter of fact, I will be using this property again in the future.

Quiet, nice hosts, clean rooms. The owner is thoughtful and very clean. Even included a new sponge in the kitchen, little touches. If you are here for a visit to Disney or Knott's, this is a good location. We were here to find an apt for my son going to CSU. Worked for us.
You won't regret staying here.

This is a cute little place close to Disney! We enjoyed how clean it was and the ease of checking in and out. Most kitchen stuff available and our host even left snacks! There is no living room but honestly it wasn’t needed after days at the park we just wanted to eat, shower, and get to sleep.

Very charming, clean home. Super convenient as each bedroom has it’s own washroom. Only 12 minutes by vehicle to get to Disneyland. Very comfortable stay.

Space was very clean with beautiful decor! It was absolutely perfect in terms of the space that was there! If all you need is a place to sleep, then you won't find a nicer place. However, if you intend to spend any time "hanging out" and relaxing, this might not be the ideal place because there is no family room or common area space with a couch, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining table, plus a nice outdoor patio space -- but no family room for hanging out or lounging around with the family. It's my fault because I looked afterwards and the posting did not specify there was a family room, but I just assumed any house would have a family room without it having to be explicitly stated. Lesson learned. It wasn't a huge deal, but after each long day of tourism and coming back exhausted, it would have been nice to have a space for the family to lay around and still be together without having to lay down in a bedroom. If that is not a need for your stay, then I would 100% recommend this house and its very friendly owners!

This Luxury Studio has everything you could wish for- Lovingly furnished and supplied. A fantastic Vrbo listing. Privacy and quiet is much needed after your jammed packed day. It was wonderful to sit under the pergola at the Patio table in a garden setting to enjoying the birds with your coffee in the morning or the softness of stars and night air. This is a 10 out of 10 property not to be missed.
