Welcome to Nashville! Beautifully RENOVATED two story cottage in HIP & TRENDY East Nashville! Near all the action and conveniences that a busy city has to offer. WALK to restaurants, bars, shops, AND full grocery store! You couldn't find a more convenient location. 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa in living room, 3 full bathrooms (one only w/tub, no shower). Only 2 miles to Downtown, 15 min. drive to BNA Airport. Walk many places or Uber for CHEAP!**NO PARTIES.**
The Space:
Built in 1930, our 1,390 square foot cottage in the heart of East Nashville is a perfect getaway for your Nashville stay. Our home is thoughtfully decorated and set up with all the amenities you would find in a hotel but better :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks. Central Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation system. Two downstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans, upstairs loft has a floor fan.
Two downstairs bedrooms have blackout curtains and shutters for maximum darkness and quality sleep.
Main Level:
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa is also with memory foam mattress! VERY comfy for a sleeper sofa.
Kitchen: Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, etc. drip coffeemaker with some coffee beans and a grinder to get your started. Because the house is conveniently located directly across from an updated Kroger grocery store (with a gas station!), you can pick up all of your preferred/specific cooking needs for your stay.
Bedroom 1: King Memory Foam Bed w/full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower
Bedroom 2: Queen Memory Foam Bed with adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower
-Laundry closet with full size brand new stackable washer and dryer available for guest use!
Upstairs:
Bedroom 3: King bed w/ensuite full bathroom with TUB ONLY
-Parking is FREE on the gravel driveway. Can park 2 small cars with additional parking available along the back fence and at the business located next to the house.
-Counter height island with 6 stools in kitchen area to gather for meals, games, or to serve as a work desk.
-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. Provided is approximately 50 channels from our digital antennas, Netflix, Hulu and other apps can be accessed.
-We provide some fresh coffee beans, a grinder, tea, creamer, sugar, light snacks, some water bottles and sparkling water.
-Fresh bed linens provided. We layout towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and shower gel on each bed. There are extras if needed in each bathroom. 3 hair dryers, one iron & ironing board, *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee provided, if you need more, you can stock up from the nearby grocery store (Kroger-directly across the street!, Tower Deli, Turnip Truck are all nearby).
-Fireplace is non-working.
**There is an additional $300 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**

A great deal of passion went into renovating and decorating our Nashville home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 8).
-Guests must use provided handrails when using stairs.
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The $120 fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner, Meagan, to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

Potential for noise - There is a train that runs near my property. I have sound proof windows & foam insulation that drowns out the sound for the most part.
Must climb stairs - 3 steps at entry.
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and ONE driveway. There is space for two small cars in our gravel driveway. Additional parking is available along the back fence as well as the business located next to our home.
The Neighborhood:
This is one of the hippest parts of town. Choose from great local restaurants such as Pomodoro and Lockeland Table, bars like Southern Grist, and upscale cocktail haunts like Bar 308. Parks, golf courses, and the Five Points area are a short drive.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can only park two small cars.

This home was in a safe neighborhood and the perfect location close to grocery stores, shops and food. Located out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, yet close enough for a quick Uber ride away. The home had everything we needed, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the backyard patio in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect. It was clean, the check-in was easy and the owners were very communicative. The 3 bathrooms were a huge bonus for us since we were 5 adults. The grocery store right across the street was very convenient. The house is a short uber ride to downtown. Had a great time and would rent this house again.

We loved the cottage! The 3 bedroom, 3 bath was just the right size for us and the location was great. We used Uber to get back and forth from the city and that was super easy and cost less than parking in the city.
We had a great time in Nashville. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a stay in Nashville.

Very conveniently located with a grocery store across the street. Cute cottage. Not a bad part of town, but nothing special. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults! Loved the fire pit and they decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch!

The house and interior were outstanding. Furnishings were great house was updated and clean. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. However, we didn't know that the upstairs loft bathroom didn't have a shower. Didn't remember reading that. We made it work. The neighborhood to the right of the house is an older neighborhood and many of the houses are being redone. Wonderful. However, the house backs up to an empty bail bonds building, lots of trash outside, homeless living on and off in the parking lot behind, a commercial area that is a bit of a tough neighborhood. We did not feel comfortable walking over by that side of the house. But it was 15 minutes into Nashville and only 5 minutes to a series of wonderful restaurants and bars. Grocery store within a block.

Nashville getaway
Our group had a great time at your rental. We were close to stores and a few restaurants, as well as the main attractions on Broadway. We could walk, drive or take a short Uber ride everywhere we wanted to go.

Home was clean, nicely laid out and convenient to come and go. Fresh and trendy decor and amenities. The patio was nice and fire pit inviting ( it happened to snow so we didn’t use it). Owner very responsive.

This place was perfect for a group of girls celebrating a 40th birthday! It was cute and cozy and so conveniently located! We walked to brunch at Hearts (best meal we had while there) and dinner at Pharmacy Burger. It was just a short uber ride to Broadway. Every time we came back from being out it was exciting to pull back up to our sweet little house. Loved it!

This house is perfect, appears recently remodeled, the owners put a lot of thought into every aspect of this abode. Very clean, beds are very comfortable! Great back yard area with fire pit, unfortunately it rained quit a bit so we were not able to enjoy that area. Loved having the Kroger grocery store within a stone throw away. Also, many restaurants within walking distance. Ubers to broadway ranged from $10 to $25 depending on traffic. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect, appears recently remodeled, the owners put a lot of thought into every aspect of this abode. Very clean, beds are very comfortable! Great back yard area with fire pit, unfortunately it rained quit a bit so we were not able to enjoy that area. Loved having the Kroger grocery store within a stone throw away. Also, many restaurants within walking distance. Ubers to broadway ranged from $10 to $25 depending on traffic. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and would definitely stay here again.

There were a lot of local places to walk to as well (Pelican & Pig, Tail Gate Brewery, Five Points Pizza East were favorites). The Kroger is steps away. The layout of the house worked well for our group. The fact that the upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a shower wasn’t a big deal as we just used the two downstairs showers. House is well maintained, organized and clean. Owners were responsive. Fire pit and outside area are nice options. Would highly recommend this house.

It was a good location. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. It was a little noisy though being close to a busy road. Other than that all was good.

Perfect Nashville get away!
This property was perfect for our stay in Nashville. It was a short Uber ride downtown and had everything we needed including a grocery store just a few feet away. The only item(s) I would change, or request additional information/assistance with is the setting/disarming of the alarm on the property, along with the digital code to enter/exit. Property Manager was very responsive! All in all a great place to stay!

We had flight issues and they were more than accommodating and replied quickly, which was ideal for situations were you are stranded.

I can’t give them enough praise for the care they have put in this house. It didn’t feel like a Vrbo and kinda felt like home. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to all my friends and family! I was very impressed and so happy to have found them!

Back Yard was a mess - outside table and chairs covered in grime that would ruin clothing if you sat down. When we arrived the side yard entrance - which we used to bring in our bikes - was overgrown with weeds 4 to 5 feet tall. Managment company was responsive and had the weeds removed the next morning (thanks again!) - but why was the house spotless but the back yard neglected for months? Suggest you make sure they clean backyard before you arrive :) Klaus Family

Great house for 3 couples! No shower (only tub) in 3rd bathroom was a little inconvenient. They had to use shower in one of the downstairs bathrooms. Plenty of hot water though!! House was very clean and looks just like the pictures. But BE SURE to read & save to your phone the digital welcome book that the owners send you because they do not have a hard copy on site. Write down the interior alarm code (in digital welcome book only) so you'll have it ready when you enter!! Kroger is directly across the street- very convenient! There is a great breakfast place, "Nashville Biscuit House" and Tailgate Brewery right around the corner. There are other several bars and restaurants about a mile and a half down the street. Not as close as we had hoped. We wanted to use the fire pit and hang out outside in the side yard, but we ran out of time. Nice area with chairs and hanging lights! Fun time was had by all!!

This was a perfect place for us to stay while I town helping our kids move to a new house! The house is well cared for and had all we needed for our stay. We could walk to breakfast locations and just a short drive to downtown. I was able to walk in the neighborhood and see a lot of cute bungalow style homes. The loft bedroom was a great place for the few days when we needed to work remotely.

Great location, comfy beds
This was a perfect place for us to stay while I town helping our kids move to a new house! The house is well cared for and had all we needed for our stay.
