About this cabin rental
Recently built, Lone Wolf Lodge is as versatile as it is inviting. Able to sleep up to ten people, this three-bedroom home can easily accommodate a family (or even two families), multiple couples, or a group of friends. What’s even more exciting are the amenities. This beautiful cabin includes an outdoor hot tub, a pool table, free WiFi, and a wraparound deck where you can savor awe-inspiring views. Bring your morning coffee out to watch the mist rise above the Smoky Mountains or linger over a nightcap in the silvery moonlight as tree frogs and crickets serenade.
The great room makes up much of Lone Wolf Lodge’s main floor. When you take a glimpse of this room, you will understand why it is great. During the day, sunlight streaming in through the large windows show off the brilliant wood-planked walls, floors, and beamed cathedral ceiling to a lustrous effect. At night, the flames from the crafted stone-surrounded fireplace cast the room in a warm golden glow. Entertain your senses with the printed rustic décor as you stretch out on the roll-arm sofas, nestle in an armchair, or sprawl across the rug. Catch up on your favorite movies or just bask in the noteworthy abode while appreciating such charming adornments. There is plenty of room to inspire and entertain with friends and family.
The great room also encompasses a copacetic dining space. Although eating out is often a vacation highlight, the Mountain View will hold you spellbound once you capture the terrain from the quaint dining spot. Lone Wolf Lodge includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Sparkling stainless-steel appliances, gleaming granite countertops, plenty of cookware, tableware, and elbow room; it’s all right here. The only thing up for discussion is what to prepare.
Hot dogs, burgers, and chicken, oh my! You’ll be happy to know Lone Wolf Lodge has a gas grill on its spacious deck. Show off your skills. Impress your family with deliciously smoked links or barbecued ribs. You will be pleased to know that you could do the works here at this lofty lodge. You can dine alfresco too, here at the deck’s picnic table. As you indulge in your first bite, relax as you are serenaded by the sound of the breeze rustling through the trees, ideal background music for any time of day. For dessert, enjoy a soak in the deck’s hot tub. Lone Wolf Lodge is the perfect place to balance yourself after a long day of vacationing. It’s especially magical at night, beneath the canopy of stars, with whippoorwills and owls putting on a concert for your benefit.
For other entertainment options, head to Lone Wolf Lodge’s lower level. Here’s where you’ll find the full-sized billiards pool table, along with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating you’ll love sinking into. Challenge your friends and family to a round or two. What a great place to enjoy your time while relishing in great conversations. Reminiscent of a typical game room, this room is decorated with nostalgic Coca-Cola decor, which you will enjoy as you toss on a movie, pop some popcorn and relax on the comfortable furniture. This area is designed for sleeping and comes complete with a queen-size bed.
Two of the three “official” bedrooms, including the primary, are on the main floor; the third makes up the loft level. All three bedrooms include a flat-screen TV, generous storage, and handsome log-style furniture. As you wake up refreshed and well-rested, you will come to know comfort and luxury will define your stay here at Lone Wolf Lodge. Along with a luxurious king-size bed, the primary suite has a bathroom with a sizable jetted tub. After a day of hiking, skiing, or chasing the kids around Dollywood, a soak among its massaging jets of water is so pampering! The loft suite features a bed fit for a king, while the other main-floor bedroom includes a queen-size bed. What’s more, one of the lodge’s sofas opens into a bed for two—perfect for unexpected guests.
If serenity and privacy are priorities, you’ll appreciate Lone Wolf Lodge’s location on a quiet road in the sought-after Cobbly Nob neighborhood, known for their picturesque mountain views. Cobbly Nob is a beautiful 1,000-acre resort that boasts an 18-hole Gary Player Golf course, a tennis court and two outdoor pool areas available during the warmer months. Your nearest neighbors will be the wrens and warblers in the surrounding trees, and you can marvel at nature’s majesty while strolling among towering pines. The home is close to the area’s many attractions. In just twenty minutes, you can drive to the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, an eight-mile trail of more than 120 galleries, shops, and studios. Less than a half-hour away is downtown Gatlinburg, home to the Anakeesta outdoor entertainment complex, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, the Guinness World Records Adventure, and more. Also close by is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
When you stay at Lone Wolf Lodge, you’re sure to have a memorable time taking in all the local attractions and sights. But you’ll also love returning to the comfort, ease, and beauty of the cabin itself. Sounds perfect, doesn’t it? So make your reservation today and get ready to make some wonderful memories.

The cabin is immaculate with beautiful woodwork and views. Everything you need is supplied. It has ample room and the downstairs game room/ extra living space is ideal. It’s close enough to downtown but still secluded also. We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about another trip.

The location was perfect for relaxing. Very clean as shower in the pictures.

Property was in need of some basic amenities (salt/pepper, more towels, etc.), grill burners were not functional rendering it inoperable, master bedroom door handle falling apart, bathroom sink drain plug broken. Small deficiencies resulting in overall rating.

The cabin was wonderful! The drive up the mountain a little scary for some of us!

We did like the house. Found it odd there was only a tub, sink an toilet on main level across from what we think would have been a master bedroom. But other than that an a few more small things it was really nice.
Would have stayed a bit closer to town though. An the drive to the house is very hilly, steep an narrow roads. Would not advise in the snow/ice weather.

Lovely cabin and great memories!
We enjoyed the cabin and loved the area. The three levels were perfect for the kids, teens and adults to spread out. Loved the kitchen. Hot tub was great too. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Beautiful Cabin!
The cabin is absolutely beautiful with separate downstairs quarters that we thoroughly enjoyed! There were a few pieces of trash downstairs and the pictures depict a more isolated mountainside location, however the surrounding homes are quite close. We would definitely stay here again!

First trip to the mountains
Besides having the bad luck of the power going out due to a snow storm, we know it wasn't due to the cabin itself. What we can say the cabin stayed pretty warm for that day and a half we had no power 😃 the view was spectacular! We stayed entertained with the downstairs game room! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved every bit of our stay and we cannot wait to continue our yearly trip up to gatlinburg! The place was beautiful!

Wonderful stay!
We truly enjoyed everything about this stay! We loved the cabin. It was beautiful and clean. The checkin process was super simple and it was an easy drive to everything in town. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.
The only things I would recommend would be a Keurig instead of a coffee pot and possibly a slightly later checkout. It was a little challenging getting all 10 of us out and cleaned up after a long weekend. But I would 100% recommend this cabin to any group of 10 or less!

Beautiful Cabin
Rented Lone Wolf Lodge for our annual family trip. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The four grandkids took over the downstairs and had a blast. Saw a bear on the way up to the cabin first day! Half dozen deer first thing next morning. Had a great time.

Lone Wolf Lodge
Overall Lone Wolf Lodge was very nice accommodations and the eight of us enjoyed our stay there very much. The only negatives were that there is no shower on the main floor (second level) where two bedrooms are located, the loft area bedroom is open to the living area on the second level so is not private, a new cabin is being built very close to this property which affects the view, port-a-potty from construction was right across the street from Lone Wolf and there is no covered deck area.

Enjoyed stay
Overall really enjoyed the house. Hill is steep with windy roads getting to the house. View was decent. The two bar stools someone mentioned in a previous review were still very wobbly and not safe to sit on. House was clean though. One of the rooms is a loft so not the best for sound/privacy. We saw a bear every day and came onto the deck twice! We never ate outside and only kept a cooler with beverages. Very cool experience to see but would recommend being careful with younger kids. Overall really enjoyed the space and time with our family.

Super clean and awesome place to stay!
Loved everything about this cabin! Plenty of space and very private with a good view. The basement was awesome with a great pool table and we all got addicted to darts!

We specifically chose this property because it was ranked so high for cleanliness; however when we arrived it was clear it had not been cleaned! There was sauce spilled on the counter, pee all over the toilets and dust/dirt on dressers. Needless to say our first night we spent there was dedicated to cleaning, washing and disinfecting everything. It was extremely disappointing and I would not ever recommend this place or any other property managed by Jackson Mountain Homes unless they start hiring better cleaners. Some of the positives were it was in a great location to Gatlinburg, but far enough away that we could enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. We even saw black bears 3 times! We also enjoyed the game room downstairs and the wood burning fireplace (make sure to get some firewood before you arrive).I wish this place was managed better, because it is nice...just not worth it if you have to start your vacation cleaning toilets.

Beautiful views
Our stay was very nice. Lots of space! My only concern was the cleanliness. The loft hadn’t been vacuumed, the stairs were full of dirt and dust. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Location and beautiful home was perfect for summer vacation. Bear sightings bonus. We will be back
Beautiful well appointed home in wonderful mountain neighborhood. Loft has king bed & bathroom. Main level has king bedroom and queen bedroom. Bathroom on this level is shared with big jacuzzi tub but no shower. Bottom floor great with queen bed and pullout couch. Full bathroom, laundry room and pool table. Was perfect for the teenagers. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the house. Lots to do ziplining was just down the street, fishing in Greenbriar short drive and we even rented a tent site for the day down the road at Greenbriar campground so we could go tubing. They sell great tubes @ camp store. So happy we were able to get away to this peaceful place during crazy 2020. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing modern log cabin
Our stay at Lone Wolf Lodge was amazing! The cabin was very clean and so comfortable. We had 8 in our group including 4 teenagers and a 6 year old and everyone loved the house. In the words of my 18 year old "it made me feel like a fancy HGTV house show". The teens favorite spot was the spacious downstairs Wolves Den. They enjoyed the pool table and relaxing in the hot tub. The drive up the mountain is not for the faint of heart but well worth it. We would all stay there again!

We had a lovely 4 night stay. The cabin was clean and convenient. We loved the pool and the full kitchen.

Awesome cabin
The cabin itself was GREAT . The location was bit further than expected but had great views. We had trouble getting into the cabin during check-in we were given the wrong code, the propane grill wasn't working properly so we purchased a charcoal grill and was charged for not removing it. We also were charged for not washing out a pot because there wasn't any dish washing liquid(or trash bags) in the cabin. Overall our experience was great and we had a blast.

LOVED IT!!!
We stayed for 3 nights in February and thoroughly enjoyed it! Hot tub was so relaxing! House was very clean. Would definitely come back! Only thing was having to check out at 10 am! So early to be getting kids up, eat, showers and shoving them out the door so fast. Absolutely nothing else to complain about! Loved it!

Beautiful Getaway
Beautiful spot and extremely reasonable prices. The view was incredible and we had plenty of room. My favorite cabin in Gatlinburg and I grew up going to the cabins as a kid all the time

Excellent family vacation in the Smokies
Our stay at the Lone Wolf Lodge was incredible. Everything was sparkly clean and brand new. The pictures of the property do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it! The cabin had plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans and anything else you will need for your stay. No detail was forgotten. The only thing I wished for was that we could stay longer. The privacy of this mountain property allowed us to connect and make memories as a family. We especially enjoyed seeing bears, turkeys, deer, butterflies, etc every day during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Smokies.

Lone Wolf Lodge is a fantastic mountain home!!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lone Wolf Lodge!! It was the perfect location for a secluded getaway that was about a 20 minute drive to Smokey Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge.
We have never been to this area before and can’t wait to come back.

Very clean and tidy. Felt just like home!
We stayed at the Lone Wolf Lodge with five adults and four children all under the age of 4. We were initially welcomed by three black bears, which was so exciting for the kids! We saw bears two more times during our one week stay. The cabin itself was amazing. So comfy and cozy! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We are already talking about our trip back next year! Thanks for allowing our family to stay in your cabin in the Smokies!
