A great place with a helpful host.

First of all the host was really nice and helpful, she also picked us up from the airport, helped out in some other concerns about the city. The place was really nice , it was clean with new sheets and towels. It was next to supermarket and some other facilities and like 3 min walk from the beach. I do recommend this place for a family staying. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fridge.

Wonderful stay

Malvina is very hospitable, we communicated in Viber after booking before our arrival and she answered all questions. Malvina also picked us up in the airport upon arrival and prepared a pleasant surprise for our family- fresh cherries from her father’s garden. The apartment is on 20th floor, the view is amazing. It is really close to the sea shore, literally, like 3 minutes by foot . Mall is in the building across the road, you can buy anything there. You can also walk like 10 mins to Chavchavadze street if you need local market - there are lots of farmer shops with fresh veggies and fruits, homemade bread, Georgian sweets. There are some nice restaurants around with local, European and Chinese cuisine. I would say it’s the best location in Batumi. It was our 3rd time in this city and I can honestly say this place combines everything perfectly (apartment itself, location, host). Cuz if you select smth close to city center the prices are much higher for lower quality, if you move further close to airport- it’s far from all the city sights and also noisy because of planes…. So Malvinas belle vue is a golden middle. About apartment- literally everything needed was in there: towels, bed linens, everything needed for cleaning, dishes for cooking and serving… you will only need to bring a swimsuit) the apartment is new and clean, everything is stylish and comfortable. Malvina gave us a key for free elevator use (usually it’s 20 tetri per ride in Georgia), and we had super-fast WiFi ( video calls and remote work was fine for me from there). My family and I have only pleasant impressions of our trip, and mainly thanks to this amazing place we selected to stay at. Malvina speaks both English and Russian, and supported us all over the stay when we had any type of requests or questions. I definitely recommend this place for those who are looking for apartment for long term or short stay in Batumi. It will suit for family with kids as good as for company of young folks.

exceeded my expectations

close to goodwill, MacDonald and good fastfood markets, close to sea an all the attractions of the batumi Malvina is very good host, she gave us valueble suggestions about the city and must see places
