Great stay, would recommend!

What a great spot with so much history. Breakfast was delicious and you can’t beat the views from the restaurant / bar area.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room which was essentially two hotel rooms attached by a doorway. Unfortunately the only bathroom was accesible from one of the rooms. So at night, those staying in the room without the bathroom had to walk through the other room to get to it. Not a terribly big deal since I was traveling with family but for others this could be an issue since it was not clear in the pictures or room description when booking.

I would recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Very unique and modern for being this remote - loved the story behind the place!

Some breakfast items were slightly late, but it was ok as we arrived exactly at the opening time.

Very good

Staff were friendly. 1st night we were upgraded to the Big Loft, a very spacious room with 6 beds and a kitchen. Breakfast was from 8-10 and was good. The pizza at the restaurant was very good.

Would love to return one day

Brekky great,all you need. Great location in a delightful part of the world We would have enjoyed another nights stay but we weren’t able to organise it. The welcome was friendly and professional and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome, original hotel with a cool story behind the ownership.

Great location in the heart of Henningsvær. Superb bedrooms, nice mix of new and the traditional factory walls. Great views from the outdoor restaurant area.

Would have been good to have a fridge and kettle in the room.

A lovely stay in Henningsvær

The staff at Traverefabrikken were great! The breakfast was very nice, and our room and the entire property were very well-designed and fun to enjoy.

I found the bed to be slightly uncomfortable—just a lot firmer than I’m used to. It was a little noisy at night from the music/bar—but totally acceptable. I knew to expect that.

Super nice

Very unique style, renovated from a factory so please expect to see some machine art installations in the hallway. The room is spacious, newly renovated and modern. It's located in the center of Henningsvaer, close to everything! Staffs are super friendly, cafe is nice and breakfast delicious. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Henningsvaer.

very good location and very nice historical building

we had 2 connecting rooms for us and the kids but only one bathroom with toilets inside. Not practical. there was a lack of lightning also in the kids room but fortunately there were candles. also it is a pitty there is no room with sea view.

Best place to stay in lofoten!

Everything, they were very accommodating and even had a movie night the night we stayed. The sauna was great and the breakfast was delicious and traditional.

Magnificent stay

Love the beautiful conversion of this old factory into an open and welcoming place. I admired the little thoughtfully designed details in the room and enjoyed staying there a lot. The room got a little cold at night but there's a radiator in case it's too cold and the blankets were wonderful. The breakfast was diverse and super tasty. The staff are the kindest people, ready to help out when needed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

More food options in the evening - probably a bit off season, but plenty of places to explore in the village so not a problem at all Would have liked some local smoked salmon/arctic char at breakfast and an option for other types of eggs e.g. scrambled/poached

Nice but..

Looked good, bed really comfortable, just lovely breakfast. Dogs are welcome :)

Floors at the room had lots of body hair, yak! Rooms yes looks good but little unpractical, like on a bathroom only place to put toilet bag is on the floor and there is only one pillow/person on a bed so no sitting comfy there. Was unhappy about being claimed that I had not paid, as I had, but there was problem with booking.com to my understanding.

Relaxed accommodation in a great location

The building has been sympathetically restored with a strong design aesthetic. The room was large with light on two sides. The breakfast was simple but great ingredients and good for vegetarians. The room has a fridge and kitchen sink.

We were there for three nights and there was no housekeeping. If it's DIY then please provide cleaning materials in our room so we can wash mugs and wipe down surfaces.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!

Our time at Trevarefabrikken was fantastic. The staff were all so kind and friendly during our stay. The building and history to the renovation is really interesting. Our room was beautifully designed and thought out. Minimal, chic colours and beautifully created. The shower was particularly big and bed very comfortable. We spent time exploring the town which had some great stores and galleries. You must check them out! We couldn't get enough of spending time in the main building, bar and outdoor area overlooking the ocean. It was stunning. The coffee in the coffee shop was also delicious. The breakfast was so good with a large selection of fresh produce and healthy options. We booked a visit to the sauna which was magical and jumped in the ocean in between sittings of the sauna! Certainly one way to freshen up! The hotel is very peaceful and has a great vibe. We would defiantly go back!

Wish we had stayed longer!
