About this cabin rental

The Rock-n-Roll is a fun, whimsical 3 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath cabin. We have recently updated the entire property adding lots of special touches to our property that we hope you enjoy.
All of our cabins now feature central air/heat as well as washers and dryers in each.
The cabins are fully furnished with full size oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pot/pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dish washer. If we don't have something in the cabin you need just ask, its likely we have it in storage.
All linens are provided except for beach towels. We ask that you bring your own beach towels and not take ours to the beach.
There is a large walk in shower in the bath and a half bath in the master bedroom.

The cabins are all connected by a large porch which faces the back of the property towards the beach. This porch and the outdoor space is shared by all property guests. Almost always you can sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is lots of room for kids and adults to run and play out back away from the road. We also have a few games outside that you are welcome to use. We have an outdoor cooking area with gas or charcoal grills. This is a really great place to cook out and have your friends or family enjoy with you as there is lots of seating.
If you are coming with a large group or a family reunion you may consider renting all 5 cabins which could sleep up to 30 people.

When you arrive at the property our manager, Becky, will be there to check you in. You should have her phone number once you have reserved a cabin so just give her a call. Her house is the first house on the left side of the driveway. Just pull in off the street and park to the right. She will direct you to the parking area most convenient for your cabin. We are approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. A large sidewalk in front of our property goes all the way to the beach, its about a 5 minute walk.

The wireless internet code should be on the refrigerator in the cabin. We have a dumpster on the far right side of the property for trash. We do try to be green so please use your towels more than once. Please do not take our towels to the beach.

If you are bringing a dog please make sure to pick up after them in the yard. We will also ask you to sign a pet release stating that you will take full responsibility for your pet during your stay. There is a small one time pet fee of $35 per pet that is paid to our manager once you arrive.
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.. If you would like to check in early or check out late please give Becky a call. She will do everything possible to make it happen, but sometimes because of tight schedules it will not be an option.

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25. If you are not 25 please let us know and we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.

We loved our stay here! Becky was wonderful and so helpful! Our fur babies loved relaxing outside on the massive porch and walking around the neighborhood. Our morning routine was a little trip around the beach which literally was 5 minutes to get to which was also convenient so we didn’t have to drive our car on the sand and the kids didn’t mind the walk. Close to town but not in the middle of all the chaos. Our cabin was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

The property was awesome. The managers go over and above to make sure the little details that make a place special are taken care of. From washer & dryer with detergent to shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers to little snacks on the counter to comfy beds and pillows to filtered water in the fridge to every kitchen appliance and gadget imaginable to name a few. My list is far from complete! The property is well maintained and the landscape is darling. There are nice seating areas outside and games for the use of everyone. There are both gas and charcoal grills. And last but not least, they are extremely pet friendly! Our dog had so much fun playing with all the other dogs. We would definitely come back and would recommend this beach house to others.

This property was so amazing. The house was so clean, decorated perfectly, close to the beach and the property manager was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely be staying here again when we go back!

This property is so well cared for, Becky and John do an amazing job. I love the uniqueness of Dancing Dunes. It is the most dog friendly place we have stayed, and I love the real grass without all of the sand burrs. Great location, convenient to everything.

Loved the property. Met all of our neighbors and their dogs. Everyone got along well...people and pets! Becky is great. She does a nice job of maintaining the property along with her husband, John. The cabins are decorated nicely with Ikea furniture and fixtures. The artwork matches the theme of the cabin. Main bedroom was a little warm but not too bad. It's a quick walk to the beach. If you have lots to carry and don't mind sand in your car, you can drive and park at the beach with a $12 parking pass you get at the local grocery store.

Nice and clean accommodations but would of liked drapes on windows in living room and one of the bedrooms for privacy and sleeping darkness. Other tenant had two young boys yelling and screaming making it hard at time to sleep in morning and do schoolwork online. Not property owners fault though. She was very nice and accommodating.
