If you are looking for a luxury beachfront condo look no further. This beautifully remodeled two bedroom two bath condo is spectacular! No expense has been spared to ensure the complete satisfaction of every guest. Everything is fresh and new including the kitchen cabinets with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lighting and artwork, furniture and linens, and the patio sets. The total living area in the condo has a wonderful view of the white sand beaches as does the master bedroom with the king size bed and flat screen smart TV. The second bedroom has two full beds with a window and flat screen smart TV. This combination allows the condo to sleep 8 comfortably. The balcony is centered on the two pool complex at Regency Towers and showcases amazing views of the surf and sunsets as far as the eye can see to the East and West.
The Tiki Bar that is located between the two pools provides wonderful snacks and specialty cocktails around the pool complex all day. It really just does not get better than this! Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and relaxing as the crystal clear emerald green water laps at your feet. The amenities at Regency Towers are abundant ! When and if you tire of the beautiful beach spend some time at either of the two large pools and also enjoy the indoor jetted hot tub. The billiard room is a favorite family activity and for the exercise enthusiast the state of art workout room is available. You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, the Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. We had a great time in this property at our family vacation.
As a comment, I believe that the TVs and towels deserve an upgrade. Would be nice to have a pouch of Shampoo at the moment of arrival.

The cart attendees were rude and then got mad when you couldn’t understand them. Elevator was broken most of the time. My family got stuck, the doors slammed open and then the outer door slammed immediately shut. Master bedroom balcony door handle was broken so it could not be opened. Master bathroom toilet paper holder broke first use and fell into trash can. Guest bathroom tub has cracks all in it and needs to be updated like the kitchen. The vibe feels like a business owned condo and not a family owned condo. It was not cozy. The couch is horrible and old. The only tv that worked was in the living room and the only thing it would play was YouTube. The younger bartenders at bikini bobs could use less time on their phones and more time taking orders. The pros are that we had a roof over our head, the drinks are good once they’re made and the food is good. Would I book here again…honestly no. Thank you for letting us rent from you.

Condo was clean and nice. Lamps didn’t work in one bedroom and balcony wasn’t as big as it appeared in picture. Also sliding door to balcony from bedroom wouldn’t open. Regancy Towers is nice but the elevator situation sucks! Had to wait 30 mins every time so needless to say I got my exercise with the steps a lot!

My friends and I stayed at Regency Towers for spring break and it was so much fun! The workers are nice to you and we had no issues. We loved how close it was to the beach since we spent most of our days there! We loved the variety of things at the Bikini Bobs tiki bar and ate there multiple times! I would definitely book a place at Regency Towers again!

We stayed at Regency Towers in Feb 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location for our needs, quiet but conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The condo was nicely decorated and had just about everything we needed. I would suggest a few more kitchen necessities as we made 85% of all our meals on site. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it and will consider it as a future rental.

This is a great location and has a restaurant/bar on-site however not reliable hours. It is a large complex and throughout the week at least one of the 3 elevators weren’t working resulting in long wait times Our unit did have some updates and was clean, however the kitchen could use updated cookware and the 2nd bath needs a new shower rod that will accommodate the non sliding curtain. Overall we had a good time

Beautifully updated condo with the best sunset views
We thoroughly our extended 6-week stay in this condo. Though Regency Towers is one of the older buildings in PCB, this unit was completely updated with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views and great for miles of beach walks. The manager of the property was always available a few times that we needed to contact her. We travel to PCB every winter and we would highly recommend this unit.

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the owners. They were easily reachable, and very understanding and accommodating of request that we made to insure we had a great stay. Beautiful Unit
809 is a lovely property. We’ve stayed at RT for several years for spring breaks with the kids and family friends, and this is by far the nicest and most updated unit we’ve stayed in. Beds are comfortable, furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is completely current including new appliances and has everything we needed and then some. RT is a challenging experience for those on the higher floors because of the crummy elevators but, as long as you pack your patience, you’ll be fine. Gorgeous balcony views with morning coffee - no better way to start the day. Would definitely book again. Super easy to work with the owners. Thanks for sharing your place!

The pictures are exactly what you have! Beautiful kitchen, AMAZING view and the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. We’ve never experienced such a peaceful trip. The beds weren’t THE BEST. Bur we definitely didn’t lose sleep from them. My husband and I and our kids are already discussing our future trips. Hoping to use the same condo to create a tradition :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Regency Towers in Panama City! The condo is updated and clean, and it has a wonderful view of the emerald coastline! The kitchen is beautiful and equipped with all of the dishes that you might need. We loved the heated pool and short walk down the steps to the beach! Our 1st choice at Regency Towers
We've stayed at Regency Towers many, many times over the past 10 years. We will always check the availability of this condo before any others when we return. They did a wonderful job renovating the entire condo, from kitchen, to bathrooms and floors. The beds and furniture are comfortable and plenty. I even noticed the light fixtures, which you may not care about in a beach condo. But they give it an extra touch. The kitchen is well stocked and very organized. The towels are plush and even the bed sheets smelled amazing. If you've never been to Regency Towers, the check-in is quite simple, even if you are arriving after hours. The pools and are clean and you'll love the convenience of Bikini Bobs. We love RT.

We loved the condo. Perfect size for our family of four, but could have easily accommodated more people. My daughter stayed in the second room, second bed was empty, plenty of room for a pack and play for my 1 yo. Very clean. We did have a hiccup at check in as my hubs didn’t realize the code was emailed to him before arriving. We were able to get in touch with the owners pretty easily, and they were kind in helping us get it sorted out. Condo facilities were nice and clean. Large pools, maintained daily, plenty of chairs.

This complex was not in the middle of a ton of others like we saw so you are not on top of each other when you are at the beach! Everything in the unit was all new and clean and so so well done! My only negative, and it was kind of a big deal to us, was we were sitting in the living room and 5 or 6 people barge in the door. They had been given the wrong unit number and key code. I’m glad we were there when it happened. I contacted the owners and they were not able to change our code so others had it for the rest of our stay. 🤷🏻♀️ Other than that, everything else was amazing.

This condo was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. It's fully updated, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. I loved having the smart tvs so we could pile up on the comfy couch and stream movies at night and one day that it rained all day. Beach Get away
Unit was clean, updated , and exactly as pictured.
The couch is new and comfy, but the two side chairs are very ,very uncomfortable . The kitchen was well stocked with most of your needs.
The building, grounds, pool ,and workout room are very well
maintained.
We rented in late January,February and early March . Keep in mind since this is the Pan Handle of Florida the weather is not very warm or sunny during those months ; but certainly not the owners fault.
We would definitely recommend this unit and plan to return next year!
