This elegant apartment has a total of 1,829 sq ft of interior space where every corner is decorated with impeccable taste, where you can find oak wood, Italian marble, and exquisite finishes that create a sublime atmosphere and a romantic mood. Just Relax on a sunny day, or on a crispy sun set evening with a glass of wine or our most traditional President’s beer, some feel good island music, fresh cut fruits, and enjoy the tranquility and serenity on the ocean view terrace equipped with a Jacuzzi and "picnic area " complete with BBQ for your enjoyment.

•2 rattan three place sofas and love chairs, beautiful center table, ceiling fan, radio, marble floors, all surrounded by glass doors that opens directly to the beautiful view of the moutains, ocean and tropical garden
Central Air Conditioning in the living room area is available, subject to a $20USD fee per day and must be requested and authorized by guests to access. Electricity for Air conditioning in the bedrooms is included with the rental at no additional charge.
DINING ROOM AREA
•A unique 8 people dining room table made of river stone granite and chairs, lightened with a gorgeous chandelier for an enchanted family dinner.
KITCHEN AND EATERY
•High-end kitchen with pantry, fully equipped with stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender.
• We offer the service of a personal chef for US$45.00 per meal from the Chef Specialty Menu

•Residence swimming pool located at the garden facing Las Ballenas beach.
