Sensationell gut!

Außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel! Service und Freundlichkeit waren sensationell! Die Zimmer verdienen mehr als 5 Sterne😍 Die Suite unterm Dach mit Terrasse war der Hammer! Die Lage ist spitze. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten an der Promenade und in 5 Minuten auf der Einkaufstrasse. Idealer geht's nicht! Wir kommen unbedingt wieder und geben eine ganz klare Empfehlung ab 👍👍👍👏👏

Alles super! Es kann nichts besser gemacht werden.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Suite (haben ein Upgrade bekommen), sehr charmant eingerichtet, super bequemes Bett, sehr ruhige Lage, super nettes Personal

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in bester Lage

Super schöne Ausstattung, viele Goodies. Wir hatten das Glück, einen sehr günstigen Preis für die Suite zu bekommen. Dies war ein toller erster Eindruck - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice rooms in a nice, central location. Unfortunately no proper reception

Reception hours are very limited. Hard to get the tourist vouchers to access the beach area (only from 15/15:30 on)

- boutique gem - great location (close to main attractions but away the loud crowd) - comfortable and welcoming aura & staff - coffee machine in every room

- minor detail about internet, however there is a service number you can always call

nice apartment, would stay again

very nice big apartment, very friendly helpful staff, everything was as described , the balcony great (though it was raining). walking distance to everything in Westerland . I think we had a special rate as it was short notice, which made it very good value

one tiny snag,which has probably already been seen to. hopefully. the door handle in the bedroom was broken, meaning that if the door closed while you were inside, you were locked into the bedroom!!!

All Perfect!

Easy access even without the reception because of a late check in. The room was simply perfect and the atmosphere of the whole building is really special and cosy.

I stayed only one night unfortunately, my fault, I'll be back : ) Just a small suggestion: the communication with the reception it's easier in English if you don't speak German properly but I was fine anyhow.

It is a lovely place but given some of the inconveniences probably overpriced.

Very tastefully decorated room, soft towels, high quality sheets, good location, friendly staff

The bathroom's ceiling was partially at an angle due to its rooftop, making it likely that your head hits the ceiling in certain areas. I am not tall by any means but I hit the ceiling several times. Tall people should be careful. There was no elevator to the third floor and I had trouble taking my heave suitcase down the steep staircase. On my check-in an employee was available to carry the suitcase up. There is no staff on premises during the evening and early morning hours. To have breakfast or meals you had to walk for 10 -15 minutes to some of the town's restaurants. It was very cold when i was there, so it was not pleasant. If you have a car, street parking may not always be available.

Very good

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Tasteful decoration. Very friendly service. Town center accessible on foot. Wifi worked well. Beds were very good.

Somewhat decentral and a lot of construction in area. Parking in the street, difficult to find free space in the vicinity and if you don't look out it is paid parking. Forgot to gives us proof of paid tourist tax which would have given us free access to beach promenade and forgot to tell us about it. Access to promenade is 4 EUR (ridiculous). No breakfast on site.

Super designed hotel in very goog location

Goog location, 3 minutes walking to the beach. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable.

There was a construction of another hotel beside and the view from the room was directly to that building
