The localisation was great and the staff very nice

Very old place that needs to be renovated, you can feel the springs in the mattress and the air conditioning is so old it sounds like old fridges. There is mould in the shower and in the corners of the room. The shutters on the windows were impossible to open, so there was very little natural light, and if we're talking about the continental breakfast ... It was pretty limited.

Very good

I found the room to be clean and large. There was a french window onto the front. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Breakfast was basic, but met my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The residencia is very near the village/town centre, with shops and very friendly atmosphere, ideal for a wander, or to buy supplies. There's a fridge in the room if needed. I got given a take away breakfast on my last day due to early departure, which was very kind.

The bed was very hard. The room was single glaze so the traffic was heard in the morning. There was no soap for the hand basin.

Beautiful location with very friendly inhabitants!

Good location for N2 we were riding. Very helpful friendly welcoming owner Paul who speaks excellent English. The village is charming and within easy walking distance. The eateries recommended serve very good Portuguese fare at the right price.

Very good hotel nearly a great one

The size of room was great. The bed was great.

On whole very nice hotel few minder correction to turn it into a great hotel. The shower doors gap was to small was unable used shower without removing the doors. Bedroom door didn't lock sometime on one occasion returned to find the door open . Noise on few nights there was noise problem

Nice clean room with all facilities: TV, wifi, shower, ...

* No staff at 7am hence no breakfast. * Shower connection wobbled making it impossible to fix the shower head to it.
