We had an amazing one week vacay! The location was perfect and we had the opportunity to meet the owner’s sister (who was a sweetheart) and his lovely Mom. We’d def stay here again. The condo was very clean and well kept! Such wonderful memories for summer of 2019!!

We stayed here for a week and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay and the beds were comfortable (which I am very picky about). The owner was great and made sure we had a great stay and was available if we had any questions or issued . The location of this condo is perfect. You’re a block from the beach and all the best bars are all around you. We would absolutely recommend staying here, and we hope to be back next year!

Not worth the hassle- owner is poor communicator

We rented the condo Saturday to Saturday. We could not get a hold of the owner: contact person for 4.5 days. The air conditioner stopped working on Tuesday. We had three little children and a 30 week pregnant woman staying. We contacted the owner many times and little to no answer. He did get an HVAC person to come out but never answered their call so they couldn’t get into the condo. They came back the next day and said there was nothing that could be done (after changing filters, etc.). We were without air conditioning for 5 days and had to purchase fans/open windows. Better yet, the home owner turned the air off on his own to let the system thaw (still didn’t work). The issue was never resolved. On top of the air conditioning not working most of the stay, the door had a broken lock and we were locked out (or in) the condo several times. We spent the majority of the stay on the phone, emailing the rental company, or working on the broken door/conditioner. The condo itself was nice but definitely not worth the hassle. If you have an issue, you will be stuck to deal with it on your own and unlikely it will get resolved while on your trip. Highly not recommended if you are trying to relax.

Location, a block and a half from the beach was wonderful. However the property needs better maintenance; including only 1 cooking pot, no broom and dust pan to sweep out any sand, closet door in master bedroom was broken at the top, cable TV kept cutting off when watching a program and key got stuck in bottom lock of front door and wouldn’t come out without a locksmith. Owner/manager couldn’t help me find a locksmith and after the locksmith that I found resolved the problem, the owner didn’t want to pay him. I wouldn’t recommend this property to family or friends, in spite of its location.

We had a great time here. It's a nice place. Very comfortable. My only issue was all of the steps. I requested a first floor because I use a cane and my daughter is 7 months Pregnant. Was a bit surprised by the 4 flights of steps. Other than that it was a really cute place. Very clean

Clean, no frills, close to beach

The condo is on the third floor, so we got a bit of a workout each day. The unit itself is very clean and seems well-maintained, with fresh-looking paint in all the rooms. The views are nothing to write home about, but it's a block from the beach and within walking distance of tons of restaurants and some boutiques. The layout of the building doesn't feel cramped any we didn't hear our neighbors at all. There's a nice little deck in the front. The condo development lights don't seem to ever turn off, though, so there's not much in the way of ambience out there at night. There weren't any unpleasant smells or visible dust and dirt. It's a bit Spartan in some ways, though - bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. Hand soap and regular dish soap aren't provided, but linens are. The internet speed isn't great, but we managed to do a bit of gaming (on a system we brought) without serious issues. The televisions are modern and well-sized. All in all, this was a comfortable, clean place to spend our anniversary weekend. While we didn't need to contact the local property manager for anything, the rental company I worked with for the reservation was great. Overall, I would recommend this place or rent here again without hesitation.
